Territory marketing is a popular area in terms of developing directions for territorial development and practical steps for the implementation of this activity. The interest in this area has been updated due to the development of globalization and increased competition of territories with each other. However, in the scientific literature there are many similar concepts related to territorial marketing, territorial marketing and regional marketing, which requires understanding and understanding of their essential characteristics and relationships. Along with this, it is of objective interest to characterize the main approaches to territory marketing due to their high demand for Russian reality.

The issue of defining concepts and developing terminology is fundamental in any science. Definitions and terms influence the final results of research. Currently, a large number of diverse approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “economic security” are presented in the scientific literature, while the content of each analyzed term reflects one or another approach of the author. Given the dynamic growth of objective interest in the requirements and practical aspects and issues of ensuring economic security, the systematization and development of the methodological apparatus for ensuring economic security, according to the authors, is a priority of scientific research. The results of a study on the substantiation of a methodological approach to conducting a terminological analysis of key concepts on the example of the maxim "economic security" are presented. This approach offers a five-step gradation of terminological constructions and allows you to highlight the key factors that most fully and accurately characterize the concept of economic security, as well as give an author's definition that meets the criteria of significance. The methodological approach is universal and can be used for terminological analysis of scientific categories both in the field of economic security and in other scientific fields.

LABURPENA: 7/2015 Lege Organikoak administrazioarekiko auzi- eta kasazioerrekurtso berria ezarri zuen. Bada, ezarpen horren lehenengo balantzea jorratzen da lan honetan, indarrean jarri eta urtebetera bitartekoa. Auzitegi Gorenak lehen urtean egindako doktrina aztertzen da, bai kasazio estatal berria interpretatzeko eta ezartzeko gidalerroak finkatzen dituelako, erreformak planteatutako zalantzei eta galderei erantzute aldera, bai errekurtsoa onartzeari buruzkoa, eta, batez ere, jurisprudentzia sortzeko kasazio-interes objektiboari buruzkoa delako, Onarpen Sekzioari dagokionez. Era berean, kasazio-errekurtso autonomikoaren ezarpenean dauden zailtasunak aztertzen dira. ABSTRACT: This paper deals with an initial assessment of the implementation of the new cassation appeal introduced by Organic Law 7/2015 at the year of entry into force. It analyzes the doctrine of the Supreme Court in the first year, which sets guidelines for the interpretation and application of the new cassation system in response to the doubts and questions raised by the reform and revolves around the admission of the resource and primarily on the cassational objective interest for the formation of case-law, of discretionary appreciation by the Admission Section. And it also examines the difficulties in the implementation of the regional cassation appeal.

The study is devoted to the relevance of legitimate interest, which is due to the radical economic, political, legal and cultural transformations taking place in the country, carried out by the judicial reform. The word “interest” comes from the Latin “interest”, which means “to be important”. Interest in objective right performs many functions: it acts as a conscious need (motive) of a person's volitional behavior, due to a legal fact, a prerequisite for filing a claim, the basis for entering into the process, the criterion for determining the procedural position, the basis for challenge, etc. It should be noted, however, that there is still no holistic concept of interest and its role in legal science. If we consider the interest from these positions, it can be noted that most often the goals of individuals do not coincide with the interests of society. Especially when we take into account the fact that almost the full expression of the interests of society is the government with its apparatus, implementing its tasks. However this is more of a subjective or situational factor, and its impact can be tried to be minimized, still it has a value. If we consider the interests expressed in law from such positions, we can note the presence of both public presumably objective interest, and at the same time private subjective-objective.

LABURPENA: Botere Judizialari buruzko uztailaren 1eko 6/1985 Lege Organikoa aldatu duen 07/2015 Lege Organikoa indarrean jarri izanak irauli egin du Auzitegi Nagusiko hirugarren Salaren aurreko kasazio-errekurtsoa, antolakuntzako, legezko, prozesuzko eta prozedurazko berrikuntza garrantzitsuak sartu baititu. Horien artean, auziak onartzeko betekizun bakar gisa kasazio-interes objektiboa sartu izana nabarmentzen da. Legegileak ahalegina egin du bai zantzuen kasuak zehazteko (Administrazioarekiko Auzien Jurisdikzioa arautzen duen Legearen 88.2. artikulua), bai kasazio-intereseko ustekizunak zehazteko (Administrazioarekiko Auzien Jurisdikzioa arautzen duen Legearen 88.3. artikulua). Hala ere, kontzeptu berri hori sartu izanak zalantzak eragin ditu kasazio-interesaren kontzeptuaren eta interes hori egiaztatzeko moduaren inguruan. Auzitegi Nagusiko hirugarren Salaren onarpen-sekzioaren jurisprudentzia hasiberriaren azterketan zentratzen da lan hau, kasazio‑interesaren kontzeptua eta interes hori egiaztatzeko modua zehazteari begira. ABSTRACT: The entry into force of Organic Act 7/2015 that amends Organic Act from July 1st of the Judiciary has drastically changed the right of appeal before the Supreme Court Third Chamber by introducing relevant organisational, legal, procedural and of proceeding novelties, among which stands the incorporation of objective interest for appeal as the unique condition for the admission of the cases. The introduction of that new concept, in spite of the legislator effort to establish specific cases for indications (art. 88.2 LJCA) and presumptions for the interest for appeal (art. 88.3 LJCA) has created doubts about the concept itself of interest for appeal and the way to demonstrate it. This work is focused on analyzing the incipient case law by the section for admissions within the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court in order to specify the concept of interest for appeal and the form to demonstrate it in the written pleadings of preparation of the rights of appeal.

In analyzing the signs of the times in advanced democratic capitalism, it is pressing for a Marxist left to take into account the motivational structures of the dominated classes. Marxists tend to attribute the current rise of nationalist and authoritarian thinking and the recurrent dominance of protectionist and exclusionary practices to internal struggles in the ruling classes, leading to a split-off of the most reactionary class fractions who in turn successfully address the populace with a racist and pseudo-social semantic and programmatic. But what if such a programmatic is not only a class strategy “from above” and not external to the “actual” social imaginary of the dominated classes? What if at least major parts of the dominated in the rich capitalist societies of Europe and North America may be said to have an (“objective”) interest in sticking to what is given and to opt against solidarity – because they know or at least suspect that, at the end of the day, they profit from the structures of inequality that over decades have been established in global capitalism? What if we admit that, today, the proletarians have more to lose than only their chains? To be sure, class analysis (and, as it were, class struggle) becomes a much harder business then.

Objective: Interest in training in psychiatry appears to be in decline. To pursue reasons why a career in psychiatry is not regarded as an attractive option for trainees, attitudes of senior Australian medical students were surveyed. Method: Fifty five medical students from one university were set a question inviting them to detail reasons why doctors might be less likely to train in psychiatry as part of their written examination in psychiatry. Several major themes and salient statements were identified from a qualitative analysis. Results: Analysis identified several multifaceted factors, including a difficult and pressured work environment and lack of resources due to chronic underfunding; perceived deficiency of personal skills, such as empathy; inadequate income; negative implications of stigma, low prestige, and limited patient gratitude and job satisfaction. These issues, coupled with the widespread belief that the discipline is unscientific and not “real medicine”, may contribute to later decisions not to pursue training in psychiatry. Conclusions: While the framing of the research question was biased towards eliciting negative evaluations of a career in psychiatry, the responses are nonetheless instructive in helping to understand the reasons why potential trainees might be discouraged from the field. If psychiatry is to attract high-quality recruits, there is clearly a need to address stigmatizing attitudes within the medical hierarchy, and provide positive educational experiences for medical students that excite their imagination about a career or even a calling – as against its negative ‘job’ status.

OBJECTIVE: Interest has focused recently on the influences of the polypeptide factors inhibin and activin on the selective regulation of the pituitary secretion of gonadotropins. DESIGN: Measurement of the concentrations of inhibin-related proteins in relation to the changes in pituitary gonadotropin (FSH, LH) parameters, after GnRH stimulation with a bolus injection of 100 microg gonadorelin, in 19 women with ovulatory disturbances. METHODS: Serum levels of inhibin A and B, activin A, and pro alpha-C were measured using sensitive ELISA kits. RESULTS: Within 60 min after GnRH stimulation, FSH values doubled from 5 to 10 mU/ml (P < 0.001). LH increased 12-fold from 2 to 24 mU/ml (P < 0.001). Activin A showed a significant decrease from 0.47 to 0.36 ng/ml (P < 0.001), whereas pro alpha-C increased from 127 to 156 pg/ml (P = 0.039). The median inhibin A concentration did not show a significant change between baseline and the 60 min value, whereas inhibin B was characterized by a minor, but not significant, increase in the median from 168 to 179 pg/ml (P = 0.408). A significant inverse correlation (P = 0.014) with a mean coefficient of correlation of 0.5516 was found, demonstrating a strong relationship between high inhibin B baseline levels and a small increase of FSH after 60 min. CONCLUSION: Our results show an interesting correlation between the baseline inhibin B and the change in FSH before and after GnRH stimulation. A high baseline inhibin B implies only a minor increase of FSH after 60 min.
