Disadvantaged areas are districts whose areas and communities are less developed when compared to other regions on a national scale. Java Island as the contribution of the highest economic growth in Indonesia in fact accounted for 6 of 122 disadvantaged areas in Indonesia, namely Kab. Bondowoso, Kab. Situbondo, Kab. Bangkalan, Kab.Sampang, Kab. Pandeglang, Kab. Lebak. One of the criteria of disadvantaged areas is human resources, this can be measured through HDI (Human Development Index). The number of poor people, labor force and GRDP per capita are some factors that are considered to illustrate the influence of HDI in 6 disadvantaged areas. This research used Random Effect Model (REM) panel data regression in 6 disadvantaged areas in Java Island 2010 - 2016. The result of this research, labor force variable has no significant effect to Human Development Index (HDI). While the number of poor and PDRB perkapita have a significant effect on HDI in 6 disadvantaged areas in Java. It is therefore an effective way to accelerate the growth of economic growth in underdeveloped areas related to HDI through the decline of the number of poor people with the creation of labor-intensive jobs which in turn will increase the per capita GDP. Thus, increasing GRDP per capita will increase Human Development Index (HDI) where HDI is one indicator in economic growth of a region.

This research was aimed at analyzing the effect of urbanization, industrialization, labor force level, the elasticity of labor force and minimum regional wage rate in Indonesia. The analysis technique used were descriptive and multiple linear regression. The result on α = 5% shows that the labor force variable was significant to unemployment level in Indonesia. Industrialization shows a positive effect and non-significant to unemployment level, it means that the capability of industrial sector is lower in reducing unemployment compared with agricultural sector and service sector. The elasticity of labor force is negative and non-significant to unemployment sector. The result of regression shows that the elasticity of labor force is non-significant to unemployment level. The variable of minimum regional wage rate shows negative effect and non-significant to unemployment level means that the wage rate is not invisible.

Abstract We explored synergies between two legs and two subjects during preparation for a long jump into a target. Synergies were expected during one-person jumping. No such synergies were expected between two persons jumping in parallel without additional contact, while synergies were expected to emerge with haptic contact and become stronger with strong mechanical contact. Subjects performed jumps either alone (each foot standing on a separate force platform) or in dyads (parallel to each other, each person standing on a separate force platform) without any contact, with haptic contact, and with strong coupling. Strong negative correlations between pairs of force variables (strong synergies) were seen in the vertical force in one-person jumps and weaker synergies in two-person jumps with the strong contact. For other force variables, only weak synergies were present in one-person jumps and no negative correlations between pairs of force variable for two-person jumps. Pairs of moment variables from the two force platforms at steady state showed positive correlations, which were strong in one-person jumps and weaker, but still significant, in two-person jumps with the haptic and strong contact. Anticipatory synergy adjustments prior to action initiation were observed in oneperson trials only. We interpret the different results for the force and moment variables at steady state as reflections of postural sway.
