Space traffic management - key issue for Industry 4.0

Space technology and services represent a major component of the well-functioning societies’ infrastructure. At the same time, outer space is being increasingly accessed with many entities sending out technologies in an attempt to minimize launching and operational costs. Subsequently, a cross-domains activity, space technologies and services lay in the insufficiently settled area of legislative and institutional measures, leading to a growing ambiguity among professional community, reunited under the concept of ”space traffic management” (STM). In line with the new initiatives in the field of STM, this paper attempts to unblackbox the interplay between definitions and establishment history of it, its context of emergence, usage and the level of technological maturation. At the same time, the paper intends to address the tension between governmental and private initiatives related to the management and the coordination for space traffic, in order to open up a discussion on this topic. Thus the paper is expected to contribute to building a better understanding of the controversial nature of space services and technologies, especially with regard to delineations among geopolitical groups of interest, economic and governmental uses, as well as interfacing, roles and responsibilities, and impact on interoperable means of communication among various institutions.

Early Childhood Education : In The Past, Present and Future

This study aims to analyze the early childhood education development in the past in terms of the establishment history of an institution, the early childhood education development and implementation today and the early childhood education development in the future is seen based on the needs analysis and expectations of parents and educator. The study was conducted for 3 months from February to April 2019 at the Global Islamic School institution, on Jalan Raya Condet, East Jakarta. The research method is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy that aims to research natural object conditions, researchers act as key instruments, triangulation data collection techniques, inductive data analysis and qualitative research results emphasize more on meaning than generalization. The conclusion obtained is that the Global Islamic School combines two main concepts, namely the formation of the character of a Muslim with a global insight and combines the 4 concepts of the nature of the child, namely the heart, mind, exercise and feeling in helping children develop their potential and abilities.

Дослідження галузевих терміносистем в українському термінознавстві (2000–2015)

The article presents research results of the Ukrainian studies terminology material collected in the period between 2000–2015. The author reviews abstracts of the Ukrainian terminology dissertations. The subject of the review are termsystems description tendencies, criteria of their formation assessment, their lingual and spoken peculiarities, as well as scientifi c fi elds processing degree and language improvement criteria. The goal is to analyze the above-mentioned abstracts, to evaluate diff erent aspects of termsystem descriptions as well as to fi nd out the degree of the processed scientifi c fi elds outlining a prospect for further research. Each scientifi c fi eld has its own establishment history, peculiarities of termsystem construction in themes and structure as well as advantages of one or another scientifi c language construction concepts and models. The material is provided by scientifi c vectors: science and technology terminology, economic, medical terminology, etc. Scientifi c areas that attract Ukrainian researchers and perspectives of the term analysis are indicated. Since 2000 until today, there have been defended more than 100 dissertations which describe nearly 50 scientific vectors.
