Handling emergency cases must not only be carried out quickly but also must be precise. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is one of the instruments to measure the quality of service. the number of patient visits that can affect the quality of service. Triage is a way of sorting patients based on therapy needs and available resources. Therapy is based on ABC conditions (Airway, with cervical spine control, Breathing, and Circulation with bleeding control). On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic greatly affects the response time, impacting the number of patient visits. Response time is the time between the beginning of a request being responded to in other words it can be called response time. A good response time for patients is 5 minutes. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the number of patient visits and the accuracy of triage implementation and response time. The electronic database used is PubMed, Springer, and Google Scholar with a search strategy using the PICO (patient, intervention, comparison, and outcome) method.

IntroductionThe wide circulation vertebral pathologies is one of the most significant modern medical and social problems.AimsEstablishment of psychological qualities of the person with a functional pathology of spine. Methods«Valuable orientations» by M. Rokich; «Firmness definitions to stresses and social adaptation» by Holmes and Rage; «Versatile scale perfectionisme by Huite and Flate; «Revealing dependence on work»; «Degree of expressiveness of neurotic bents of the person» by M.A. Kuznetsov. 100 patients with following functional infringements of spine have been surveyed. In control group have entered 30 students of medical school.ResultsSuch features of the person with a functional pathology of a backbone are established: dependence on work - 100%; socially caused perfectionism - 26% which is interpreted as the non-realised overestimated requirements of associates; primacy of individualist values; requirements for the power over associates, using own intelligence and will - 13 %, in love and favor of other people - 37%, in independence and self-sufficiency - 22 %; danger of occurrence of psychosomatic frustration - 54% (p < 0,05). Statistically significant differences between group of patients with functional pathology of spine control group are established on indicators «dependence on work» (p < 0,02), «stability to stress» (p < 0,046).ConclusionsThe timely psychological analysis of the person of the patient and correctly developed program of psychotherapeutic intervention promote achievement of comprehension and understanding of investigatory communication between features of its person and disease, is the concrete help to patients in overcome diseases and its negative corporal or mental displays.

Greater trochanter pain syndrome (GTPS), also known astrochanteric bursitis, is a regional pain syndrome that is frequently treatedby physiotherapists in private practice or out-patient departments.  It is classi -fied as an overuse injury that could become chronic in nature and frequentlyco-exists with other pathologies. This case study describes the treatment of a 61-year-old female with GTPS of her left hip. The aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of specificsoft tissue mobilisation (SSTM) and eccentric strengthening of the Gluteus Medius (GM) muscle in treating this condition. Particular emphasis was placed on rehabilitation of lumbar spine control in order to improve proximal stability. A nother aim was to return the patient faster to her functional activitiesthan had been reported in the literature. The patient could return to her normal daily activities after four treatment sessions and was completely pain free after 12 weeks. This case study presents a different approach to the treatment of GTPS and proposes that GTPS maypresent in a similar manner to GM tendinosis. This phenomenon could therefore possibly explain the chronic nature ofthe condition.
