Rumah pintar merupakan inovasi Internet of  Thing (IOT), Dimana semua benda atau perabotan rumah sehari-hari yang akrab dengan masyarakat “dioptimalkan” karena integrasi teknologi dalam bentuk chip serba bisanya,Dalam hal smart home,internetof thing akan hadir dalam rupa barang-barang yang bisa di temui di rumah orang kebanyakan. Aplikasi dari system smart home berbasis (IoT) Internet Of Thing ini menggunakan modul NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai microcontroller dan aplikasi android Blynk sebagai alat pengendali ataupun monitoring. System ini terdiri dari pengendali lampu, Moitoring sensor suhu , pendeteksi pergerakan di suatu ruangan, dan pendeteksi kebocoran gas. Terdapat tiga sensor yang digunakan yaitu sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi adanya pergerakan, sensor MQ2 untuk mendeteksi adanya kebocoran gas, Dan sensor LM35 untuk monitoring suhu. Selain itu dalam rancangan sistem ini juga memakai relay yang digunakan sebagai penghubung lampu dengan system. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa pengendalian peralatan elektronik pada smart home ini beroprasi sesuai perintah yang di berikan. Adapun beberapa uji coba yang di lakukan adalah uji coba jarak terjauh menghidupkan lampu dan jarak terjauhnya adalah 35 meter, Untuk jarak terjauh deteksi sensor PIR adalah 8 meter, dan untuk jarak terjauh sensor MQ2 5 meter, percobaan penghitung tegangan relay dengan lampu saat lampu keaadaan hidup dan mati, Dan sensor PIR saat mendeteksi pergerakan dan tidak. Selama system terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet secara stabil dan continue tidak akan terjadi kendala pada system smart home berbasis IoT (Internet Of Things)

Home networking means high tech living environment which connect all the information electric appliances in the house with wire/wireless network and providing various services such as remote education, home automation and multimedia to anyone, anytime and anywhere free from boundaries. This thesis have designed and implemented a controlling system which control Embedded Home networking system with smart phone and server. Implemented Embedded home network system design proposed with embedded home node structure, remote smart application system, and home server controlling system. efficiency, safety of the power grid. Real time power measuring and its monitoring are necessary for safe energy supply, in this thesis, suggesting WEMS (Wireless electric power measurement monitoring system). Home node structure consists of intrusion detection, weather control, power control and On/Off control module and modules design proposed to be controlled from home server.

In the normal Smart home system, the hardware interface and the communication agreement were different from each other, so they cannot be used with a unified interface because the traditional home node was self-designed. An intelligent home control system based on cloud computing was proposed to solve this problem, the redundant processing ability of cloud computing was used, data storage and data analysis capabilities were used, data was collected by wireless ZigBee and transported to the cloud, a variety of protocols, interface and data processing were finished with cloud computing. The problem of disunion interface was solved with cloud computing.

The use of emergency telemedicine applications at the site of a medical emergency event provides a multitude of benefits, both from the perspective of the patient and the emergency care providers. Innovations in rich multimedia telemedicine solutions further enhances the aforementioned benefits, but places more stringent quality-of-service demands on the underlying mobile networks. In this paper, the authors present a proposal for a complementary solution for rapid provisioning of mobile broadband data connectivity for emergency telemedicine applications in indoor environments. The proposed solution relies on the exploitation of existing femtocellular network resources available at emergency sites in various residential building types. Simulations carried out for a UMTS network environment demonstrate significant improvements in terms of achievable throughput for the emergency mobile terminal device when access to UMTS Home Node Bs available in the building is allowed for emergencies compared to macro Node B access only.

Femtocell is a licensed indoor coverage solution served by a residential licensed access point known as FAP or Home node B. Femtocell promises to address the cost and coverage issues of mobile networks and increase cellular network capacity by rising above the impact of wall attenuation on macrocell deployment. The Femto Forum defines femtocell as a low cost access point leveraged on mature mobile technology that operates on a licensed spectrum and utilizes broadband (IP) as backhaul. This chapter gives an overview of the femtocell technology and architecture, standard and business models.
