Low—Permittivity Copolymerized Polyimides with Fluorene Rigid Conjugated Structure

As the miniaturization of electronic appliances and microprocessors progresses, low-permittivity interlayer materials are becoming increasingly important for their suppression of electronic crosstalk, signal propagation delay and loss, and so forth. Herein, a kind of copolyimide (CPI) film with a “fluorene” rigid conjugated structure was prepared successfully. By introducing 9,9-Bis(3-fluoro-4-aminophenyl) fluorene as the rigid conjugated structure monomer, a series of CPI films with different molecular weights were fabricated by in situ polymerization, which not only achieved the reduction of permittivity but also maintained excellent thermodynamic stability. Moreover, the hydrophobicity of the CPI film was also improved with the increasing conjugated structure fraction. The lowest permittivity reached 2.53 at 106 Hz, while the thermal decomposition temperature (Td5%) was up to 530 °C, and the tensile strength was ≥ 96 MPa. Thus, the CPI films are potential dielectric materials for microelectronic and insulation applications.

MGSE regulates crosstalk from the mucin pathway to the TFE3 pathway of the Golgi stress response

The Golgi apparatus is an organelle where membrane or secretory proteins receive post-translational modifications such as glycosylation and sulfation, after which the proteins are selectively transported to their final destinations through vesicular transport. When the synthesis of secretory or membrane proteins is increased and overwhelms the capacity of the Golgi (Golgi stress), eukaryotic cells activate a homeostatic mechanism called the Golgi stress response to augment the capacity of the Golgi. Four response pathways of the Golgi stress response have been identified, namely the TFE3, CREB3, HSP47, and proteoglycan pathways, which regulate the general function of the Golgi, apoptosis, cell survival, and proteoglycan glycosylation, respectively. Here, we identified a novel response pathway that augments the expression of glycosylation enzymes for mucins in response to insufficiency in mucin-type glycosylation in the Golgi (mucin-type Golgi stress), and we found that expression of glycosylation enzymes for mucins such as GALNT5, GALNT8, and GALNT18 was increased upon mucin-type-Golgi stress. We named this pathway the mucin pathway. Unexpectedly, mucin-type Golgi stress induced the expression and activation of TFE3, a key transcription factor regulating the TFE3 pathway, suggesting that the activated mucin pathway sends a crosstalk signal to the TFE3 pathway. We identified an enhancer element regulating transcriptional induction of TFE3 upon mucin-type Golgi stress, and named it the mucin-type Golgi stress response element, of which consensus was ACTTCC(N9)TCCCCA. These results suggested that crosstalk from the mucin pathway to the TFE3 pathway has an important role in the regulation of the mammalian Golgi stress response.

Simulation Design on Kalman Filter with Mobile and No-Intersymbol Interference System Based on MATLAB

Intersymbol Interference (ISI) problem is one of the main factors affecting the baseband transmission performance of mobile communication’s digital signal which can not only reduce the transmission quality of the information but also can result in misinformation and false pass of information and provide troubles to the user and communications. In order to minimize the error rate, we propose a new digital equalization filter and establish the basic model of the digital filter and introduce non-linear Kalman observation equation and the state equation into the model and design partial differential mathematical model of the Kalman filter and develop MATLAB solver based on the mathematical model. In order to verify the validity and reliability of Kalman filter algorithms and mathematical procedures designed in this paper, it uses MATLAB toolbox to simulate the filter of mobile crosstalk signal and obtains amplitude-frequency characteristics and time-domain characteristics before and after filtering. By comparison, we can see that the filter can eliminate the high frequency crosstalk signal which provides technical reference for the study of the problem of crosstalk between the mobile communication codes.
