In this article, based on the mathematical, numerical and computer modeling carried out by the combined application of E&F Chaos, Past, Fractan, Visual Recurrence Analysis, Eviews Student Version Lite programs, some of the well-known 2D models of S-chaos are modeled, the data obtained are studied using nonlinear dynamics methods and the fact of their relation or non-relation to chaotic (quasi-chaotic) processes is established. As a result, it was found that the time diagrams obtained for the studied 2D models of S-chaos have a complex noise-like appearance and are continuous in the time domain. The resulting spectral diagrams have both a complex noise-like and regular appearance and are continuous in the spectral regions. The obtained values of BDS-statistics show that some of the time implementations can be attributed to chaotic (quasi-chaotic) processes. Also, the obtained values of BDS-statistics show that the studied 2D models of S-chaos have a property characteristic of classical chaotic (quasi-chaotic) processes: the slightest change in the initial conditions leads to the generation of a new set of signals. The obtained values of the lower bound of the KS-entropy show that the studied models also have the properties of chaotic (quasi-chaotic). Taking into account the conducted research and data from known works [1–5], it is possible to conclude that 2D models of S-chaos can relate to chaotic (quasi-chaotic) processes.

There were disclosed the main features of the formation of the modern domestic republican model of state regulation of civil relations. It was concluded that the modern system of state regulation of civil relations, reflected in domestic legislation, has pronounced features of a continental legal family. It was made the analysis of the distinctive characteristics of the civil law relations regulating in the continental and Anglo-Saxon legal systems. The general features and differences in the construction of a system of civil relations and it’s state regulating in were investigated. It was established that for domestic practice of civil relations state regulating, the most utilitarian features of the continental legal system are: codification of legislation, separation of individual institutions in civil law, separation of the categories “property” (characteristic of things) and “ownership” (characteristic of the process). There were disclosed the main aspects of utilitarianism and the value of judicial precedent as an element of the civil relations regulating. It was proved the value of judicial precedent as the most operational and mobile instrument for regulating civil relations through the adjustment of legal reality. It was determined the partial admissibility of its application in domestic practice of the of the civil law relations regulating.

In conditions of growing competition, the importance of intangible assets to Russian companies is justified by necessity of regular improvement of risk management techniques associated with the management of IA and punishable by financial and information losses. In today’s dynamically changing economic situation in the country increases the degree of importance of the study of the effect of those risks on the value of intangible assets of the company, and identifying ways to protect against these risks. Timely identification of risks affecting the value of intangible assets allows to avoid financial losses and reduce costs to cover the consequences of these risks. Such consequences are the factor of universality of risks that are probabilistic. The universality of risk is manifested in the fact that they are not the random result of a conscious activity, a necessary condition for the existence of any company. Hence the structure of the risk management system is an indispensable necessity for effective activity of any enterprise. This is justified by the systematic risk and is considered as a property characteristic of all types of economic activity of enterprises. The diversity of forms and ways of manifestation of the risks as well as the variety of methods of assessment is determined by the absence of systematic approaches to risk management.
