In the chemical industry, for example, in the production of sulfuric acid and the movement of sulfur recovered in refineries, the temperature of liquid substances can vary widely. The study of the effect of aggressive liquid temperature and concentration on the productivity and energy efficiency of vacuum systems for transporting liquids has been carried out. The performance (dry air pumping rate) and the consumed power of the vacuum pump ZhVN-12N depending on the pressure in the working chamber are considered. The correction coefficients of productivity for pumping out humid air have been determined for different temperatures. The performance indicators of a vacuum system for transporting liquids based on ZhVN-12N have been investigated. It was found that an increase in the temperature of the pumped humid air increases the average productivity of the vacuum system for transporting liquids, reducing its energy consumption. It is shown that an increase in the sulfuric acid solution concentration results in a decrease in productivity and an increase in the energy consumption of the vacuum system, while the efficiency decreases slightly.

Its a meglitinide analog is an oral symptom designed to common hour aldohexose excursions. Through not an antidiabetic, it acts in AN analogous manner by binding to antidiabetic receptor likewise on alternative one distinct receptor-» closure of adenosine triphosphate dependent K+ channel-» of depolarization-» internal secretion unharnesses. Repaglinide induces fast onset short-lasting internal secretion discharged. It is administered antero every main meal to stabilize postprandial hyperglycemia; the dose ought to be emitted if a food material is incomprehensible. Because of less permanent action, it perhaps had a lower risk of the seriousness of hypoglycemia. Repaglinide is indicated solely in type-II DM as another to sulfonylureas, or to supplement metformin/long internal secretion. It ought to be avoided in disease. This review delivers a detail description totally different of various analytical ways were printed for the estimation of repaglinide and its combination medicine in prescription drugs and biological matrices. This assessment encompasses different analytical ways such as chemical analysis ways, aggressive liquid activity (HPLC), superior thin-layer activity (HPTLC), liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopic analysis (LC-MS), and ultra-performance liquid activity (UPLC), GC-MS, [LC-ESI-MS-MS], capillary activity (CE), titrimetric and chemical science technique, and designation study for the estimation of repaglinide and together with a mixture.

One of the main components of urban design and landscape architecture that shapes and emphasizes the urban environment are small architectural forms. These elements of landscape architecture are used outdoors, so the material is influenced by a variety of atmospheric phenomena (temperature fluctuations, insolation, etc.). The results of the experiments showed that increased water resistance rates reduce the degree of exposure of the aggressive liquid medium, in particular sulfate and magnesium surface and groundwater, and frost resistance create conditions for the operation of these samples outdoors. The whiteness of the obtained results indicates that the obtained composition of concrete can be used as decorative with the addition of colored pigments.

The aim of the research was to verify whether it is possible to use specific types of treated hazardous waste as a filler in special epoxy based polymer mortars. In particular, it was a neutralizing sludge (NS-HW) with a relatively high content of heavy metals and other hazardous substances. This alkaline sludge is formed as a by-product of galvanic plating of steel elements in the baths, which are subsequently thickened and neutralized with calcium hydroxide. During the experimental verification, it was determined what resulting mechanical properties can be achieved by using 40% of the treated neutralizing sludge as a filler. In order to compare the achieved properties, a reference filler in form of a silica flour was used in the same binding matrix, and the polymer mortar containing waste foam glass of approximately the same fraction. It was discovered that, at the same percent filling, the polymer mortar with neutralizing sludge (NS-HW) had a similar tensile strength similar and cohesion with the concrete substrate as the reference material with the silica flour. Furthermore, it has been shown that this filler lowering the environmental footprint does not affect the chemical resistance of the polymer mortar to aggressive liquid solutions. As part of the microstructure observing, the uniformity of the filler distribution in the hardened polymer mortar, the incorporation of sludge particles into the epoxy matrix, and the quality of the polymer mortar bonding to the concrete was monitored using a high resolution digital microscope.

The chemical changes of cement structures exposed to aggressive environments are explored in this paper. In the predetermined time intervals the influence of the aggressive liquid, namely 5% wt. non-flowing sulphate solution, on mineralogical composition was tested. The chemical changes caused by corrosive sulphate environment on the testing specimens were determined in dependence on the different type of cement. From the results obtained follows that different kind of cement has impact on the sulphate resistance.

This study contains results of carbonaceous SHS-refractory materials application for binding of the graphite products and melting of metals in the induction furnaces. The opportunity of producing strong graphite-graphite bond up to 5 MPa by means of the carbonaceous refractory material that demonstrated high chemical stability in the aggressive liquid metals and alloys environment has been shown. The results of the industrial tests of melting crucibles made of carbonaceous SHS-refractory materials have been presented in the case of aluminium melting. It has been shown that such crucibles stability is 5-6 times higher than that of standard graphite crucibles in aluminium melting conditions. The obtained research results testify that developed carbonaceous material is applied for lining of the induction furnace of melting unit is allow to increase the number of nonferrous metals (bronze) melting cycles from 5 to 6 times in comparison with the traditional graphite crucible melting. High chemical stability of the material to oxidizing environment as well as to metal melts is provided by formation of high-melting compounds in the carbonaceous exothermic systems during SHS-process.

Borexino detector is composed of 2214 photomultipliers (PMTs) collecting the scintillation light produced by the liquid scintillator. Phototubes are partially immersed in the scintillator and partially in high purity water. A proper electrical and mechanical selection of the devices as well as a custom-made encapsulation was mandatory for a long-term immersion in these two aggressive liquid. Underwater cables and connectors and optical fibers are also described in detail.
