Aiming to improve the road friendliness so as to reduce the road damage caused by heavy multi-axle vehicles, and to enhance the ride comfort, we propose a kind of hydro-pneumatic ISD suspension structure, which is equivalent to a two-stage ISD structure integrating a traditional hydro-pneumatic suspension and a fluid inerter. Firstly, based on the 1/4 model, a genetic algorithm is used to optimize the key structural parameters of hydro-pneumatic ISD suspension. Secondly, the AMESim dynamic model of heavy multi-axle vehicles is built for the performance comparison between the traditional hydraulic and hydro-pneumatic ISD suspensions. Finally, this paper machines a hydro-pneumatic ISD suspension to replace the traditional hydraulic one in a heavy multi-axle vehicle to carry out a road test. Test results indicate that the proposed suspension can effectively restrain the vibrations of sprung and unsprung mass and improve ride comfort as well as road friendliness. The hydro-pneumatic ISD suspension can be applied to engineering.

In this paper, we designed a triboelectric acceleration sensor with excellent multiple parameters. To more easily detect weak vibrations, the sensor was founded on a multilayer suspension structure. To effectively improve the electrical properties of the sensor, a surface roughening and internal doping friction film, which was refined with a room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV) and some thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) powder in a certain proportion, was integrated into the structure. It was found that the optimization of the RTV film increases the open circuit voltage and short circuit current of the triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) by 223% and 227%, respectively. When the external vibration acceleration is less than 4 m/s2, the sensitivity and linearity are 1.996 V/(m/s2) and 0.999, respectively. Additionally, when it is in the range between 4 m/s2 and 15 m/s2, those are 23.082 V/(m/s2) and 0.975, respectively. Furthermore, the sensor was placed in a simulated truck vibration environment, and its self-powered monitoring ability validated by experiments in real time. The results show that the designed sensor has strong practical value in the field of monitoring mechanical vibration acceleration.

In order to improve the damping and controllability of the mining robot suspension system, a new magnetoelectric hybrid suspension hydraulic damper, which is a semiactive suspension damper, is proposed based on the traditional hydraulic damper by introducing the magnetic-electric hybrid suspension structure. The structure and working principle of the damper are introduced, respectively, and the mathematical models of the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping of the system are calculated by the magnetic circuit method and the oil circuit method, while AMESim/Simulink cosimulation is carried out. In order to test the damping performance, a prototype of the magnetoelectric hybrid suspension hydraulic damper was fabricated. The results show that the vibration displacement amplitude can be reduced by 20% and the vibration acceleration amplitude can be reduced by 10% by adjusting the stiffness and damping of the system due to the magnetoelectric hybrid suspension structure. Moreover, the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, which verify the effectiveness and superiority of this type of damper.

In order to improve the vibration isolation performance of cab seat and ride comfort of the driver, a seat suspension structure of construction machinery cab is proposed based on negative stiffness structure (NSS) in this paper. The influences of different parameters of suspension system on dynamic stiffness are analyzed. The configuration parameter range of suspension system is obtained. Then, the nonlinear dynamic equation of the seat suspension system is established and the NSS optimization model is proposed. The vibration transmissibility characteristics of suspension structure are analyzed by different methods. The results show that the displacement and acceleration amplitude of optimized seat suspension system are obviously reduced, and the VDV and RMS in the vertical vibration direction for the seat are respectively decreased by 87% and 86%. The vibration transmissibility rate SEAT and the Ttrans are both decreased. Moreover, the peak frequencies of the vibration transmitted to the driver are not near the key frequency values which are easy to cause human discomfort. It indicates that the design of seat suspension system has no effect on the health condition of the driver after being vibrated. The advantages of vibration isolation performance of the designed NSS suspension system are demonstrated, improving the driver’s ride comfort and the working environment.

In automobiles, a double-wishbone suspension is an independent suspension structure that uses two wishbones to support the wheel and the maximum load is transferred from the upper wishbone to the lower one, which can lead to failure and deflection of the triangle wheel inferior. The developed lower triangle consists of three holes at one end which are attached to the wheel hub, and the other end is connected to the frame, which is placed between the steering arms. This article introduces the vehicle's engine and suspension system, as well as the description of global warming and the effects of global warming.

This paper presents a novel thermopile chip in which the resonant cavity structure was fully utilized as an absorber by an optical design. The resonant cavity absorber structure was designed using Al as anthe bottom reflective metal layer, air as the intermediate dielectric layer, and SiO2/TiN/Si3N4 sandwich layers as the top absorption layer, while the bottom reflective metal (Al) was deposited on the cold junctions of the thermopile. The simulation and calculation results show that the thermopile chip with resonant cavity absorber structure not only has great infrared absorption in the wide infrared absorption range but also can effectively prevent the cold junctions from absorbing infrared radiation and inhibit the rise of temperature. As a result, the temperature difference between the hot junctions and the cold junctions is increased, and the responsivity of the thermopile chip is further improved. Moreover, the duty cycle of the thermopile chip is greatly improved due to the double-layer suspension structure. Compared with the traditional thermopile chip structure, the sizes of the thermopile chip with the resonant cavity absorber structure can be further reduced while maintaining responsivity and specific detectivity.

The aim of this study was to compare the stability and texture of three zinc oxide suspensions with different additives. Suspension 1 was made as official magistral formulation Suspensio album 7.5% from Formulae magistrales 2008. Suspension 2 was prepared when 1% carbomer gel was added to suspension 1 and suspension 3 was prepared when polysorbate 20 was added to suspension 2. After stability tests, texture analysis was performed on all suspensions. Following parameters were measured: hardness cycle 1, hardness cycle 2, cohesiveness, adhesiveness, resilience and springiness. The study showed that suspension 3 had the lowest value of hardness, and therefore the best spreadability. Also, suspension 3 was the least sticky of all three, since it was characterized with the lowest adhesiveness. Further, suspension 3 was the most cohesive and is predicted to withstand the stress during packing and use longer than others. On the other hand, the highest values of resilience and springiness were detected for suspension 1, while the lowest was related to suspension 2. Therefore, the best textural characteristics were assigned to suspension 3. This result is in accordance with the results of performed stability tests. The results of our study offer insight into potential improvements of the current magistral formulation Suspensio album 7.5%.
