Influence of heat pumps inclusion in deaeration scheme of heating network make-up water on the operating modes of the TPP

The idea of using a heat pump in the heating cycle seems quite attractive at first glance, but requires careful analysis of the effect of the heat pump on the operation mode of the thermal power plant. In this work we analyze the influence of the heat pumps inclusion in deaeration schemes of heating network make-up water on the operating modes of the CHP. All calculations were made for the real scheme of the de-aeration plant DSV-800 of the power unit with a T-100 turbine. The calculations were carried out for three schemes of heat pumps of different capacities. The calculations took into the account various uses of the heat received from the heat pumps.

The Proposed European Public Prosecutor’s Office – from a Trojan Horse to a White Elephant?

The concept of a European prosecution service operating within a single legal area as proposed by the 1997 Corpus Juris study aimed to tackle impediments to the prosecution of budgetary fraud cases in the transnational context. Subsequent compromises shifted the focus of negotiations from creating a European prosecution service with uniform powers to the integration thereof into the divergent national legal systems. This paper analyses relevant documents up to the draft endorsed by the 2015 Luxembourg Presidency and concludes that the scene is set for autonomous and binding Union decisions to prosecute budgetary fraud at national level. Nonetheless, the low-level of Europeanisation coupled with an increasingly complex model and no real scheme to tackle the fragmentation of national criminal laws fail to enable effective and consistent prosecutions of EU budgetary fraud.

ANALYSIS OF LIFTING MECHANISM OPERATION OF HOISTING MACHNIES

The lifting mechanism of hoisting machines is presented as a compound-chain mechanism, parts of which perform different movements. In the study this mechanism is replaced by a two-tier mechanism, equivalent to the action with the real scheme. Based on the principles of theoretical mechanics, theory mechanisms and Dalamber principle, we received a model of work in three periods: start abd acceleration, steady movement, braking and stopping. The model allows to evaluate the existing static and dynamic moments and to take concrete practical solutions. Numerical examples of using the model was offered, the calculated values of moments and power in three periods of work on a particular lifting mechanism were determined. The model is convenient in practical use, because it doesn´t require cumbersome calculations.
