In the process of textbook management of universities, the flow of storage, collection and check of textbook is quitecomplicated and daily management flow and system also seriously constrains the efficiency of the managementprocess. Thus, in order to combine the information management model and the traditional management model, it is necessary to set up a textbook information management system with the platform of information technology. This article mainly introduces how to employ the B/S system structure, use the Active Server Page (ASP)technology, set up textbook information management system of universities by taking SQL SERVER 2000 as thebackground database, set up a variety of functional modules according to different roles in the textbook management, enable textbook management to employ the networked management model and realize high efficiency of textbookinformation management.

The unattended electromechanical equipments are widely distributed in the harsh environment, which makes it difficult to construct the monitoring system. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution of the remote monitoring system based on Internet, which applies the VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology in constructing the network. The network microprocessor STM32F107 is adopted to design a low-cost remote information terminal. The system software is designed based on B/S (Browser/Server) architecture by ASP (Active Server Page) technology, which implements SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and pre-warning system for the unattended electromechanical equipments. The application shows that the system is stable, reliable and worth popularizing.

Buku ini memberi panduan asas kepada pembaca bagaimana membina laman sesawang sendiri (Do It Yourself-DIY).

The design quality of auto steering hydraulic rotating valve directly affects driving security, operating stability and ride comfort. Active server page (ASP) technology is applied in the study of working principal of auto steering hydraulic valve, calculation method of web-based design and parameterization design for parts. An collaborative design platform in network environment is built. The collaborative design of auto hydraulic Steering valve based on network is realized through some key technologies of safety technology in network design, database technology, graphical viewing technology, and COM technology.

An online survey uses World Wide Web technology to deliver a survey instrument to a geographically dispersed audience, thus providing the benefits in elimination of mailing costs and an elimination of data entry costs. Both of these provide further secondary benefits such as elimination of follow up mailing costs and fewer errors in data collection. This article explains the basics of constructing an online survey using World Wide Web technology and provides some design tips for someone planning to construct such a survey. A simple online survey consists of three basic components. First, the survey is presented to the subject through a web page which allows them to enter information or select options in response to questions. A simple HTML Form will be used for this purpose. Second, a program is needed on the web server where the data will be stored to take the values from the form and store them in a database. An Active Server Page program will be used in this article for this purpose. This is, essentially, a program written in visual basic that takes values from the form and inserts them into a Relational Database. After a very simple example of each of these components is explained, some design tips will be provided that will make constructing and exploiting an online survey much easier.
