PENERAPAN ANALISIS REGRESI BERGANDA DALAM PEMODELAN TINGKAT KELANCARAN PENGEMBALIAN PEMBIAYAAN

Abstrak: Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya tingkat pengembalian pembiayaan pada BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung dan KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung. Tingkat pengembalian pinjaman yang teratur akan mempengaruhi kesehatan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah. Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan dapat dilihat dari indikator yang digunakan: tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan perusahaan, jumlah pembiayaan, taksiran agunan dan jangka waktu pinjaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sementara jenis penelitiannya adalah hubungan pengaruh antar variabel atau disebut dengan asosiatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Data variabel yang digunakan dalam analisis terukur dengan skala Likert. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan (1) Antara variabel tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan perusahaan, jumlah pembiayaan, taksiran agunan dan jangka waktu pinjama terdapat salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. (2) kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan secara signifikan (3) variabel pendapatan operasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan. (4) variabel jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh signifikan (5) kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan pada variabel taksiran agunan. (6) dan variabel periode pendanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan. Abstract: The background of this research is that the high level of smooth return of financing, in KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. The smooth rate of return on financing will affect the health of a sharia microfinance institution. Analysis of the factors that affect the smooth rate of return on financing can be seen from the indicators used include Education Level, Business Income, Total Financing, Collateral Estimate, and Financing Term. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling technique and the measurement scale used is the Likert scale, so the test results show (1) simultaneously among the variables of education level, business income, amount of financing, estimated collateral and financing period have a significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (2) the education level variable has a significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (3) the operating income variable has no significant effect on the smooth return of financing at KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung and has a significant effect on BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. (4) the variable amount of financing has a significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (5) the estimated collateral variable has no significant effect on the smooth return of financing. (6) the financing period variable has a significant effect on the smooth return of financing at KSPPS Baitul Izza Sejahtera Tulungagung and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. Pajanan Partikulat Debu Kapur dan Faktor Risiko Pekerja dengan Kejadian ISPA: Sebuah Literature Review

Limestone mining is an industry that produces pollutants in the air. The pollutants produced from the lime mining industry are dust and gas particles. The resulting lime dust can harm the health of workers. ARI is a respiratory disease that attacks lime mining workers. ARI does not only occur due to exposure to lime dust, there are several risk factors for workers that can cause ARDs. This study aims to determine the exposure to lime dust and the risk factors for workers with the incidence of ARI. This research was conducted using the literature review method with a sample size of 16 journals. The results showed that 80% of the variables studied were significant or had a relationship with the incidence of ARI. From the review of the article, it is known that there is a period of work, use of PPE, age, history of disease, and smoking habits. The most dominant risk factors that have a significant relationship with the incidence of ARI are the working period variable and the use of PPE.

Factors Affecting the Use of PPE (Personal Protective Tools) in Nurses in Hospital

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in the Nurses in the Hospital TK II Putri Hijau Medan in 2020. This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Putri Hijau Kindergarten II Hospital, Medan. The population in this study were 152 nurses with a total sample size of 60 people based on the sample count using the Slovin formula. Collecting data in the study using a questionnaire and processed into SPSS with univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of research with the chi square statistical test, it is known that the variables age, years of service, knowledge, attitudes, availability of PPE, supervision and social support have a relationship with p <sig α (0.05). Multivariate analysis shows that the working period variable (p = 0.004, Exp (B) 13.169), namely the working period has 13 times the effect on the use of PPE, attitudes (p = 0.003, Exp (B) 14.931) namely attitudes have 14.9 times the effect on use PPE, and social support (p = 0.012 Exp (B) 8,592), namely social support has an effect of 8.5 times on the use of PPE. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of tenure, attitudes and social support are the factors that most influence nurses in using PPE completely.

PHOTOMETRIC STUDY OF THREE SHORT PERIOD VARIABLE STARS

We have obtained uvby − β photoelectric photometry with the 0.84 m telescope at the San Pedro Mártir Observatory, México, for the stars HD 115520, HD 220735 and HD 26738. The first two had been previously determined to be variables whereas the last one is being reported here as a new variable. With an extended time basis for the first two, we have determined their period of pulsation, which is found to be stable. Physical parameters are presented for the three stars.

ALMA observations of PSR B1259−63/LS 2883 in an inactive period: Variable circumstellar disk?

We report Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) observations of the gamma-ray binary system containing the pulsar PSR B1259−63 orbiting around a massive star LS 2883 in an inactive period between the 2017 and 2021 periastron passages. We detected radio continuum emission from the binary system at 97 GHz (Band 3) and 343 GHz (Band 7). Compared with our previous ALMA observations performed soon after the 2017 periastron passage, the fluxes have decreased by a factor of six at 97 GHz and of two at 343 GHz. The flux at 343 GHz is large relative to that at 97 GHz and appears to be thermal emission from the circumstellar disk around LS 2883. The decrease of the 343 GHz flux may indicate that the disk has expanded and become partially optically thin since the disk is no longer affected by pulsar winds. The flux at 97 GHz is consistent with that expected from the pulsed emission from the pulsar, which indicates that the unpulsed emission that had been produced through pulsar-disk or pulsar-stellar wind interaction has disappeared. The image of the system is consistent with a point source and shows no sign of ejecta.

Second Version of SpectraView for Spectra Analysis

This short communication presents a second version of the program SpectraView (SV2). The Second Version of SpectraView for Spectra Analysis is based on data collected with 2-m RCC telescope at Rozhen National Astronomical Observatory. This version is equipped with new user interface and other features unavailable in its previous versions. It has also been created using modern programming language and is now compatible with the latest operating systems. The program has been tested on the observations of the five short-period variable stars.

From Evolved Stars to the Formation and Evolution of NGC 6822

NGC6822, an isolated dwarf irregular galaxy (dIrr), due to close distance, apparent isolation, and easy observation, has been always selected as a desired candidate for studying star formation and galactic evolution, without the strong gravitational influences of other systems. To derive the SFH of NGC6822, the method mentioned by Javadi et al. (2011) is used which is based on theoretical models coupled with color-magnitude diagrams (CMDs) by using directly the long period variable (LPV) stars which are mostly asymptotic giant branch (AGB) stars at their very late stage of evolution, as well as more massive red super-giant (RSG) stars according to their significant role to study the star formation rate (SFR). To calculate the SFH in the bar of the galaxy, we use more than 600 LPV stars from different catalogs of variable stars that two of the most important are Whitelock et al. (2013) and Letarte et al. (2002) that they reported the main part of the LPVs and the Carbon stars, respectively, Patrick et al. (2015) announced the RSG stars. Understanding the star formation history of NGC 6822 plays an important role in comparing the galaxy history evolution with other nearby dwarf galaxies as well as studying the nature of the evolving population of galaxies which were detected in deep redshift surveys.
