AbstractThe main result of this paper is the construction of a family of superintegrable Hamiltonian systems on moduli spaces of flat connections on a principal G-bundle on a surface. The moduli space is a Poisson variety with Atiyah–Bott Poisson structure. Among particular cases of such systems are spin generalizations of Ruijsenaars–Schneider models.

In this paper, we present the integrable deformations method for a maximally superintegrable system. We alter the constants of motion, and using these new functions, we construct a new system which is an integrable deformation of the initial system. In this manner, new maximally superintegrable systems are obtained. We also consider the particular case of Hamiltonian mechanical systems. In addition, we use this method to construct some deformations of an arbitrary system of first-order autonomous differential equations.

In previous work, we have considered Hamiltonians associated with three-dimensional conformally flat spaces, possessing two-, three- and four-dimensional isometry algebras. Previously, our Hamiltonians have represented free motion, but here we consider the problem of adding potential functions in the presence of symmetry. Separable potentials in the three-dimensional space reduce to 3 or 4 parameter potentials for Darboux–Koenigs Hamiltonians. Other three-dimensional coordinate systems reveal connections between Darboux–Koenigs and other well-known super-integrable Hamiltonians, such as the Kepler problem and isotropic oscillator.

We propose the description of superintegrable models with dynamical [Formula: see text] symmetry, and of the generic superintegrable deformations of oscillator and Coulomb systems in terms of higher-dimensional Klein model (the noncompact analog of complex projective space) playing the role of phase space. We present the expressions of the constants of motion of these systems via Killing potentials defining the [Formula: see text] isometries of the Kähler structure.

A non-degenerate second-order maximally conformally superintegrable system in dimension 2 naturally gives rise to a quadric with position dependent coefficients. It is shown how the system's Stäckel class can be obtained from this associated quadric. The Stäckel class of a second-order maximally conformally superintegrable system is its equivalence class under Stäckel transformations, i.e., under coupling-constant metamorphosis.

We make significant progress toward the classification of 2nd order superintegrable systems on 3-dimensional conformally flat space that have functionally linearly dependent (FLD) symmetry generators, with special emphasis on complex Euclidean space. The symmetries for these systems are linearly dependent only when the coefficients are allowed to depend on the spatial coordinates. The Calogero-Moser system with 3 bodies on a line and 2-parameter rational potential is the best known example of an FLD superintegrable system. We work out the structure theory for these FLD systems on 3D conformally flat space and show, for example, that they always admit a 1st order symmetry. A partial classification of FLD systems on complex 3D Euclidean space is given. This is part of a project to classify all 3D 2nd order superintegrable systems on conformally flat spaces.
