ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of curriculum competence and motivation on studentachievement in the Faculty of Islamic Studies. The form of survey research is quantitative, that is researchconducted to look for the effect of curriculum, lecturer competence and motivation on student achievementin the Islamic Faculty of Tarbiyah Department of Islamic Studies Laa Roiba, Bogor Regency. The researchmethod used in this study is a survey method. This research is correlational because the research seeks toinvestigate the relationship between several research variables namely competence, curriculum andmotivation variables on learning achievement. This correlation study will use correlation and regressionanalysis. In this study there are three independent variables, namely competence (X1), Curriculum (X2),and motivation (X3) to the dependent variable namely learning achievement (Y). The three independentvariables (X1, X2, and X3) are related to the dependent variable (Y). The results showed that there was apositive influence between lecturer competence (X1) on learning achievement (Y). This is indicated by thecorrelation coefficient of 0.921 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 3.967 andthe significance of the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at α = 0.05. forthe curriculum (X2) of learning achievement (Y). There is a positive influence. This is indicated by thecorrelation coefficient of 0.914 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 8,547 andthe significance of the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51,930 which is very significant at α = 0.05, andfor motivation (X3) for achievement of learning outcomes (Y). This is indicated by the correlationcoefficient of 0.940 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 3.189 and the significanceof the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at α = 0.05, while the results of theanalysis of lecturer competencies (X1), curriculum (X2), and motivation (X3) are together on theachievement of learning outcomes (Y) has a significant multiple correlation coefficient with a value of0.858 with the significance of the multiple regression coefficient Fcount 51.930. The objective of this study is to analyze some points, such as (a) the effect of inflation on stock returns, (b) the effect of SBI rate on stock returns, (c) the effect of Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate on stock returns, and (d) simultant effect of inflation, SBI rate and Indonesian Rupiah exchange on stock returns. However, the research focuses on a mining company which is registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The study uses purposive sampling method and a causal-comparative research. Regarding the data collection, this study uses direct observation method. Based on the multiple regression coefficient test, it can be concluded that the inflation (0.0002) and SBI rate (0.018) give effect on stock returns because its significant value is <0.05. On the opposite, the exchange rate does not give any effect on the stock returns because its significant value is 0.115 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect financial performance that of significant value is 0.010 < 0.05. As a result, the coefficient of determination concludes that the six independent variables affect the 17.4% of financial performance.

BackgroundDespite improvement in anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation (AF), substantial variation in anticoagulation persists between clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and regions in England.AimTo identify reasons for variation between English CCGs in anticoagulation for AF.Design and settingA 4-year observational study from 2012/2013 to 2015/2016, of the national Quality and Outcomes Framework.MethodMultiple regression and Pearson’s correlation coefficients were used to analyse anticoagulation for AF in relation to older age, Index of Multiple Deprivation, prescription of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOACs), and exception reporting, as well as stroke hospital admission and mortality.ResultsThe proportion of eligible patients in England prescribed anticoagulants for AF without exceptions for clinical complexity or patient dissent increased from 65.1% in 2012/2013 to 77.9% in 2015/2016. In 2015, 290 920 additional eligible people were anticoagulated in association with use of the CHA2DS2VASc rather than CHADS2 score. From 2012 to 2015, exception reporting almost halved from 20% to 10.2%. Variation in CCG anticoagulation was not associated with deprivation or NOAC use. There was a strong negative association between exception reporting representing patient complexity and anticoagulation performance, accounting for 57% of the variation in anticoagulation without exceptions (multiple regression coefficient = −0.81; 95% confidence intervals = −0.92 to −0.71; P<0.001).ConclusionAnticoagulation for AF has improved substantially in England in association with considerable increases in the eligible population as a result of decreased exception reporting and the use of the CHA2DS2VASc score. There is still substantial room for improvement in most CCGs because, even allowing for exceptions, nine out of 10 CCGs failed to achieve 90% anticoagulation.
