The current problems of administrative-legal regulation in the field of health protection and ensuring the sanitary-epidemiological well-being of the population of the Russian Federation are investigated, eurrent trends in its development and problems of systematization are considered. Based on the analysis of statistieal data and the practice of applying international legal acts regulating the issues of interaction in the field of preventing the spread of dangerous infectious diseases, the conclusions and recommendations of the World Health Organization and other international organizations, proposals are formulated for further improvement of national legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, methods are proposed its systematization and options for possible codification. The features of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of relations that develop during the implementation of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision in the conditions of the spread of dangerous diseases are analyzed. A new model for the development of sectoral legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare is proposed, based on modern criteria and principles of systematization of regulatory legal acts that ensure sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and protection of public health. The main versions of draft model laws in the form of codified legal acts aimed at improving the activities of executive authorities and their officials performing the functions of state regulation and sanitary and epidemiological supervision in the studied sphere of relations are submitted for discussion.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran berbasis video materi teknik dasar footwork bulutangkis bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development).  Prosedur penelitian dengan mengadopsi tahapan-tahapan penelitian dari Borg and Gall. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg and Gall yaitu sepuluh langkah-langkah. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini memiliki empat langkah yaitu pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, membuat draft model, dan validasi ahli. Produk penelitian dilakukan validasi pada ahli permainan bulutangkis dan ahli media. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi Penjaskes FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Hasil validasi ahli permainan bulutangkis diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 76,78 dengan kategori layak. Hasil penelitian dari validasi ahli media diperoleh persentase sebesar 74,38 dengan kategori layak. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah produk penelitian berupa model pembelajaran berbasis video materi teknik dasar footwork bulutangkis telah dinyatakan valid sehingga dapat digunakan.

Sejalan dengan diberlakukannya Kurikulum tahun 2013 di sekolah di Indonesia, pola pengajaran deduktif (teaching-focused) berubah menjadi pola pengajaran induktif (learning-focused). Tantangan besar yang ditengarai menjadi sandungan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran induktif adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru akan model pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan saintifik, seperti discovery dan inquiry learning. Karena kurangnya informasi tentang model pembelajaran induktif, para guru tak terlatih mengembangkan model-model pembelajaran induktif.  Untuk membekali para guru dengan ketrampilan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop di SMKN 1 Lingsar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat.   Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, diantaranya, adalah membekali keterampilan para guru SMKN 1 Lingsar dengan pengatahuan dan ketrampilan dalam merancang, mengembangkan dan menerapkan model pembelajaran discovery dan inquiry learning baik secara luring maupun daring; mengenalkan aneka model pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pendekatan discovery dan inquiry learning di sekolah target; dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran induktif melalui pemanfaatan Learning Platform sebagai alternative pembelajaran dari rumah di masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kegiatan pemecahan masalah, demonstrasi, refleksi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mengungkap beberapa hasil yang positif, diantaranya seperti: (a) dihasilkannya draft model pembelajaran berbasis discovery dan inquiry learning yang dikembangkan oleh para peserta; (b) munculnya respons positif dari para peserta untuk  memperdalam pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mereka dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran induktif; dan (c) dari kegiatan curah gagasan dan kegiatan pemecahan masalah terungkap inisiatif untuk membuat rencana tindak lanjut pengembangan model pembelajaran  induktif  melalui pemanfaatan Learning Platform yang berbasis daring (online) dan (d) adanya permintaan dari para guru agar kegiatan serupa dilanjutkan di masa mendatang. Keywords: Kurikulum 2013, Pendekatan Saintifik, Discovery Learning, Inquiry Learning.

This chapter focuses on Chilean perspectives on the Hague Principles. Due to the scarce and mostly unilateral provisions on private international law contained in Chilean legislation, there remain large gaps in the system. Chilean judges must therefore deduce relevant principles, and the result is often unclear solutions. Nevertheless, the recognition of party autonomy is increasingly gaining ground in academic literature and court judgments. On 2 October 2017, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, and the Chilean Association of Private International Law signed an agreement to compose a Draft Act of Private International Law. This work is being developed by a commission of specialists and originally revolved around the draft Model Act of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in the Caribbean (OHADAC) of 2014. Many of the ideas contained in the Hague Principles have been acknowledged and included in the draft, which is expected to be submitted to the National Congress. Given the lack of rules that specify the scope of party autonomy, the provisions contained in this instrument would be a welcome contribution to the Chilean legal system.

The article indicates the draft model of an NTI specialist, built on the basis of the generalized opinion of experts. Education as an integrated process is focused on the intellectual, spiritual and moral, creative, physical and/or professional development of a person. Based on the analysis of personality theories, the main criteria of the personality model of an NTI specialist are determined. An algorithm for group expert assessment of the personality model of an NTI specialist is presented. Methods for registering indicators of the formation of personality substructures of NTI specialists are pedagogical and psychological diagnostics and expert assessment. The tendencies of positive changes in the personality development of NTI specialists are revealed.

The students of Indonesia University of Education (UPI) and Bandung Islamic University (UNISBA) typically practice religion as it was received from their parents and socio-religious environment. They Salat, which is the main prayer of Islam, simply abort their obligations, and after praying, immediately leave their prayer mats without making dhikr or remembering God first. Furthermore, they do not understand khushu` Salat, which involves remembering God throughout the prayer, along with the meaning of dhikr, and the importance of a Murshid, which is the Grand Shaykh of Sufi Order. They also view Sufism as non-Islamic teaching and are cynical about the practitioners. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Sufistic learning model in Islamic Religious Education to improve students’ understanding of these teachings in a substantive and tolerant manner. This research used an R&D approach, and the stage that was performed involved the preparation of a draft model and associated trials. Meanwhile, the learning used the madhhab typology approach of the Sufi and Shari`a Islamic models. The trial results showed that the Sufistic approach was effective in increasing students’ understanding of Islamic teachings in a substantive and tolerant manner. Before learning, students were unaware of Sufi Islam and viewed it as a foreign influence. Also, they did not understand khushu` prayers, comprehend the importance of dhikr, nor that of learning from Murshid. After learning, they understood Sufism, accepted the teachings and did not consider them to be foreign influences, and also recognized Islam in a substantive and tolerant manner. Therefore, the Sufism approach is improving the quality of religion and tolerance of students, with the implication that the model is an alternative in learning Islamic education at universities.Objective: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Sufistic learning model in Islamic Religious Education to improve students’ understanding of Islamic teachings in a substantive and tolerant manner.Methods: A research and development (R&D) approach, which was performed in the preparation of a draft model and associated trials, was used. This research aimed to develop folklord teaching material based on comic and the effectifness in instilling elementary student literacy skill on Rejang Lebong. The research used research and development method (R&D). The subject on this research were the 5th grade student of elementary school number 85 on Rejang Lebong as control class, the 5th grade student of Al Latif Unggulan Aisyiyah on Rejang Lebong as first class experiment and the 5th grade student of elementary school number 10 on Rejamg Lebong as second experiment class. Based on result of this research and the explanation. In conclution that (1) the development of teaching material began with preliminary study through student and teacher interview. Then the interview result were adjusted to the theory and the observation become a draft model that would be validated by experts. Revised draft model would be tested in small scale and large scale.AFter that the final test product would be conducted by pretest and postest technique and the gain score would be analized. (2) folklore teaching material based on comic was effective to instill student literacy. g-score of the experiment class has  0.63 for kognitif aspect and 0.57 for psikomor aspect, while the g-score in control class has 0.16 for kognitif and psikomotor aspect.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini diawali dari sebagian besar siswa  yang masih banyak dalam  karakter anak masih kurang mulai dari berbica sendiri tidak mematuhi peraturan dan tidak mendengarkan gurunya dalam pembelajaran penjas. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi pertimbangan bagi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengahasilkan model pembelajaran aktivitas jasmani dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada siswa kelas IV di SD Bendan Ngisor Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari Borg and Gall yang kemudian pada tahap pengembangan dibagi menjadi beberapa langkah-langkah yaitu (a) penyusunan draft model awal pembelajaran, (b) validasi ahli, (c) uji coba skala kecil, (4) uji coba skala besar, dan (e) produk operasioanl terbatas. Hasil dari penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan normatif berkategori baik, berkategori baik artinya model yang dikembangkan dapat mengembangkan karakter siswa, dan model yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan karakteristik dan pembelajaran penjas. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan karakter, Demokratis.
