Survey work was carried out with the sample of 50 farmers in five different villages of the Malwan block of Fatehpur district of U.P. were selected purposively and randomly keeping because of having the highest area under Banana cultivation in district Fatehpur and based on the increasing trend in the area under production and production of banana. Sample villages were taken, keeping in view that they fall in the banana-rich area, and also the samples resemble the entire population. Data analysis reveals that the producer’s share in consumer’s rupee is 35.52 percent and wholesaler’s net margin 18.71 percent, and retailer’s net margin 26.86 percent of the total marketing margin of banana in channel I. The channel II contractor’s net margin is found 3.6 percent, wholesaler’s net margin, 17.99 percent, and the retailer’s net margin was 25.95 percent of the total marketing margin of banana in the study area.

Fulfilment of optimal balance nutrition will be affected by the health and reproductive system on the teenager. The main problem at that period is an iron deficiency or anaemia. Based on preliminary studies, there were 28 teenagers (29,1%) had anaemia. This research aims to analyze factors that influence the incidence of anaemia in teenager at Al Ma’ruf Islamic Boarding School Kediri. A study design used in this research is correlational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample were all teenagers as many as 96 people. The sampling technique used total population. Data analysis using Rho spearman and multiple logistic regression. The result showed factor that influenced the incident of anaemia are age ( 0,017; OR = 7,118), knowledge of nutrition ( 0,006; OR = 0,230), nutritional status (0,000 ; OR = 0,025). Physical activity ( 0,604) and length of menstruation ( 0,071) are not correlated with anaemia.

The purpose of this research is to know the level of financial literacy learning model effectivity for building quality character of sekkah student base The effectivity levels of the models will be used to determine whether the model can be used as best practical or not. Number of population of 272 and it all made as the respondents, thus this research is the research population. Data analysis using t-test and tools to validate using the kendall and spearman, while for reliability using cronbach alpha as its parameters. The results showed the existence of level  models effectivities at the level of significance of 1%, the components of the planning,  the implementation  and evaluation has an impact on the success of the formation of nonkonsumerisme character and spirit of entrepreneurship.

This research aims to study the effect of leadership, personality and job satisfaction on diplomat performance in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The research methodology was a survey with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted among 158 diplomats selected  by simple random sampling from 657 young diplomat population. Data analysis and interpretation indicate that (1) leadership has a positive direct effect on job performance of diplomat/diplomat performance, (2) personality has a positive direct effect on diplomat performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on diplomat performance, (4) leadership has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (5) personality has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction.
