It is noted that flax oil is a promising object in the system of biology of agricultural production, since it has a positive effect on the state of agrophytocoenosis and has a wide nutritional medical and cosmetic application. Production of oilseeds for food and medical purposes should be based on the use of biological preparations of abbrevy, protective and growth of regulatory action. The use of biological preparations on flax crops can improve plant nutrition, provide high-quality protection and contributes to the stability of agrocenoses affected by intensive chemicalization. Modern biological poly functional preparations provide phytohormonal regulation of basic physiological processes in plant organisms and contribute to adaptation to adverse environmental factors such as drought and thermal stress. The purpose of the work is to study the influence of biological preparations on the formation of indicators of oil flax productivity for seed treatment and soliloin feeding of crops during the growing season. The research was carried out on dark chestnut heavy loamy soils in the indigestable crop rotation of the southern Steppe of Ukraine. The object of research is microbiological preparations Ecophosforin, Binok TK, Asphosforin and organic fertilizer Bio-gel, which were used in accordance with the regulations. The experiment used the vera variety, which was grown in compliance with zonal technology. In accordance with the recommendations, biological preparations were used by pre-sowing treatment of seeds on the eve of sowing and spraying plants in the "Christmas tree" phase with a hand sprayer. It has been proved that the use of drugs, improving the nutritional and vital activity of plants, increased the number of boxes and seeds formed by one plant. The use of drugs Ecophosforin and Bio-gel has shown the greatest positive effect on the formation of elements of oil flax productivity compared to control and other options. The average seed weight from one plant was the highest with the double use of organic fertilizer Bio-gel (0.37 g), as well as in the treatment of seeds ecophosforin (0.35 g) and Bio-gel (0.36 g). Treatment of seeds with microbiological preparation Ecophosforin and organic fertilizer Bio-gel increases yield by 0.22 and 0.35 t /ha. Microbiological drug Azotophosforin should be used for processing seeds and crops in the "Christmas tree" phase, which ensures an increase in the yield of oil flax by 0.21 t / ha. The highest yield of seeds was provided by the treatment of seeds with organic fertilizer Bio-gel 0.99 t / ha among microbiological preparations Ecophosforin 0.86 t / ha.

This study aimed to determine whether camelina oil is safe for use in canine diets, using canola oil and flax oil as controls, as they are similar and generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for canine diets. A total of thirty privately-owned adult dogs of various breeds (17 females; 13 males), with an average age of 7.2 ± 3.1 years (mean ± SD) and a body weight (BW) of 27.4 ± 14.0 kg were used. After a 4-week wash-in period using sunflower oil and kibble, the dogs were blocked by breed, age, and size and were randomly allocated to one of three treatment oils (camelina (CAM), flax (FLX), or canola (OLA)) at a level of 8.2 g oil/100 g total dietary intake. Body condition score (BCS), BW, food intake (FI), and hematological and select biochemical parameters were measured at various timepoints over a 16-week feeding period. All of the data were analyzed with ANOVA using the PROC GLIMMIX of SAS. No biologically significant differences were seen between the treatment groups in terms of BW, BCS, FI, and hematological and biochemical results. Statistically significant differences noted among some serum biochemical results were considered small and were due to normal biological variation. These results support the conclusion that camelina oil is safe for use in canine nutrition.

Therefore, it is important to take measures to protect the precious ma artifacts. Generally, ″ma″ includes ramie, hemp, flax, oil flax, kenaf, jute, and so on. In this paper, an examination and analysis of a painted ma textile were the first step in proposing an appropriate conservation treatment. Standard fiber and light microscopy were used to identify the fiber type of the painted ma textile. Moreover, custom-made reinforcement materials and technology were introduced with the principles of compatibility, durability and reversibility. The properties of tensile strength, aging resistance and color alteration of the new material to be added were studied before and after dry heat aging, wet heat aging and UV light aging. After systematic examination and evaluation of the painted ma textile and reinforcement materials, the optimal conservation treatment was established, and exhibition method was established. Our work presents a new method for the conservation of ancient Chinese painted ramie textiles that would promote the protection of these valuable artifacts.

The aim of this work was to investigate thermal properties of acrylate-based composite combined with alumina-based particles. The composites were made of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) modified with dimethyl itaconate (DMI) as a matrix. As reinforcement were used alumina particles (Al2O3) and alumina doped with iron oxide (Al2O3-Fe) modified with 3-aminopropyl-trimethoxylane (AM) and flax oil fatty acid methyl esters (biodiesel - BD). According to the thermal conductivity measurements, the highest thermal conductivity values had the composite with alumina particles with the highest alpha phase content. With the addition of modified alumina particles to PMMA/DMI matrix mechanical properties were improved (tensile strength, modulus of elasticity and elongation at break). Composite with 3 wt. % Al2O3-Fe-AM particles had the most improved mechanical properties. It was noticed that this composite, compared to PMMA, had the lowest temperature in a crack zone (10.28%) and that is due to the better stiffness and highest thermal conductivity. The results indicated that the Sobel fractured surface area is related to the crack energy, which is reflected by the temperature of sample monitored by thermal vision.

The research aims to establish a connection between the content of phospholipids, their fatty acid composition and the sorption capacity of honey bee head tissues and their reproductive capacity and productivity depending on the amount of flaxseed oil in the feed additive. It was found that the addition of flaxseed oil in the amount of 10 and 20 g into the feed additive which consists of low-fat soy flour and sugar syrup, demonstrates the dose-dependent increase in the content of saturated, monounsaturated and especially polyunsaturated fatty acids both in fatty acids of total lipids and non-esterified fatty acids. Feeding honey bees with a feed additive enriched with flax oil leads to a dose-dependent increase in the concentration of phospholipids in the tissues of the head of honey bees. At the same time, the relative content of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the ω-3 family increases in the phospholipids of bee tissues of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups, but the content of monounsaturated fatty acids of the ω-9 family decreases. In this case, the ratio of the relative content of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the ω-3 family to the polyunsaturated fatty acids of the ω-6 family in the phospholipids of the head tissues of honey bees of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups grows significantly. The increase in the concentration of phospholipids and the relative content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the ω-3 family leads to a dose-dependent increase in the sorption capacity of the head tissues of honey bees of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups. At the same time, the tissue of the honey bee head in the 1st and mainly the 2nd experimental groups undergo the increase in the content of Nickel, Plumbum and Cadmium. In addition, the content of Copper and Chromium rises in the tissues of the head of honey bees of the 2nd experimental group. Changes in the content of phospholipids, their fatty acid composition and sorption capacity of the tissues of the head of honey bees of the 1st and especially 2nd experimental groups are accompanied by changes in the reproductive capacity of queens and honey productivity of worker bees. Specifically, the egg laying of queens in the 2nd and, to a greater extent, 1st experimental groups increase by 6.4% and 15.4%, respectively, and honey productivity of worker bees increases by 10.7% and 17.5%, respectively.

To use flax oil in food, it is necessary to decrease the content of linolenic acid. We developed the oil flax variety Amber by individual selection from the hybrid population of the 3rd generation from crossing of the low-linolenic variety Linol and the breeding line 34725. The variety is mid-ripening, the duration of its growth season is 90-98 days, it is well adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of Siberia. It differs from the standard variety by its low content of linolenic acid in oil – 4.8-6.3 %. According to the results of competitive variety testing in 2016-2018, the variety Amber exceeded the standard variety Severny in terms of seed productivity by 0.29 t/ha. The variety ripens in uniformity, it is resistant to Fusarium blight, lodging and shedding, it is suitable for mechanized harvesting, it is developed to obtain edible oil of high quality. The potential cultivation areas of the oil flax variety are Volgo-Vyatsky region, Ural and West Siberia.
