Digital activity during the pandemic is increasing this is because people are asked to stay at home doing all activities online, this makes people vulnerable to becoming victims of cyber crime. Cybercrime itself is a cyber crime by using a computer or computer network as a tool, or as a target, as well as the location of the crime, the absence of space and time limits makes it easier for cyber criminals to carry out their actions in the cyber world. The author's purpose in conducting this analysis is to discuss what are the obstacles in handling cybercrime cases during the Covid-19 pandemic and how to enforce the law for cybercrime perpetrators. This article is the result of normative legal research that focuses on the use of secondary data. Cyber crimes need special attention from law enforcement, both national and international. The perpetrators of cybercrime have not been fully prosecuted due to the weakness of the cyber legislation system in Indonesia and the limited number of experts to handle this case. Cyber law has not been clearly spelled out in the regulations governing the technical implementation. The perpetrators of cyber crime come from various countries, limited human resources and infrastructure are the main obstacles. It requires a strong commitment from the leadership, law enforcement institutions to improve the quality and quantity of human resources as well as to prepare an adequate budget for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure as well as to establish cooperation with higher education to accelerate the handling of existing limitations.

Today, sustainability is an imperative for industry, in all its sectors. The common focus is on achieving development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the future of the Planet and its People. In the field of fashion and textiles, this momentum toward sustainability translates also into an embryonic process of transformation of the material dimension. This positive transformation is characterized by the choice of new textile solutions supported by growing investments, radical experimentation, and a strong commitment to sustainability. Within this framework, there is a growing interest in bio-based materials, not only from material engineering experts, but also from designers who are starting to explore the possibilities offered by these materials through experiments more focused on design and aesthetics. According to the presented scenario, the proposed article investigates how to strategically implement the systematization of experiments in order to promote the development of an efficient and effective production chain for the growth of bacterial cellulose (BC). To do so, the authors will draw on the knowledge reservoir produced by the De- FORMA project - of which they are all members. This project has just initiated experimentation around the systematization of growth processes and characterization of bacterial cellulose. Specifically, the materials and methods used during the project's initial research phases will be here introduced and illustrated.

A school of social work devised a process to assess the implicit curriculum by auditing the required readings to identify the race and gender of the authors. As a profession, we espouse a strong commitment to social justice and diversity. Yet we know that there are limitations to our objectivity and that auditing is a valuable tool that can reveal biases. The concrete data provided by an audit can help reveal and disrupt entrenched patterns. The audit was conducted by reviewing the syllabi for required BSW and MSW courses. For each text, we collected the names, gender, and race for each author. Across all programs, authors were disproportionately White as compared to the general U.S. population, professional authors, professional social workers, and students in the programs. Similarly, men were over-represented as compared to all of the benchmarks, except for the authors in the BSW program, which was more feminized as compared to the U.S. population. This assessment process adds to the existing toolset by measuring current levels of representation—including over and underrepresentation. It is hoped that auditing will prove an effective tool for doing antiracist and anti-oppressive assessment, however an audit can only reveal where work is needed.

Nearly seven million Turkish citizens are fully or partly descendants of refugees coming from Northern and South-Western Caucasus and more than two million of them keep and vigorously affirm a strong commitment to their roots. The public expression of their identity was totally forbidden from 1923 to 1946, but has been more or less tolerated since then. After a discussion of some meaningful events of the republican age, a survey of the current situation of this community is provided. Traditionally present in the Ottoman and later republican state apparatus much more than the Kurds, perceived as a privileged rather than a victimized minority, the Caucasian diaspora looks increasingly less inclined to blend in.

Norway is a petroleum exporting country that, simultaneously, is at the forefront of implementing ambitious climate policy measures. Through a discourse analysis of official documents that address petroleum policy, this article examines how the Norwegian government justifies a place for Norwegian petroleum in a low-carbon future. Our findings show that the frames used to justify continued petroleum production between 2011 and 2018 remains predominantly stable, despite the growing opposition to this official discourse in relation to climate change and the societal dependence on petroleum revenues. This article highlights the tension that Norway, as a petroleum-producing country, face in an increasingly carbon-constrained world, and how this is handled in the official petroleum discourse. It shows how the official discourse portrays continued petroleum production and exploration as both valid and necessary and how this framing is discursively linked to a strong commitment to mitigate climate change.

Although the position of the party on the ground has been weakened by cartelization, grassroots activists remain an important recruitment pool for political professionals. Based on unique survey data collected among the staff of 14 Belgian and Dutch parties (N = 1009), this article offers an in-depth analysis of party activism among this under-researched population. Introducing a new supply and demand framework, I argue that staff recruitment is shaped by candidate preferences (supply) and party preferences (demand). The findings demonstrate that most political staffers are high-intensity activists with a strong commitment to their party. Moreover, the theoretical model accurately predicts that non-activists are more common among policy and communication experts, ministerial staff, and those working for ideologically moderate parties. These findings show that paid staffers do not necessarily widen the gap between parties and activists. They also raise normative questions about internal congruence within parties in coalition governments.

Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of languages. The many ethnic groups and cultures are capital for Indonesia to foster a sense of unity and strengthen national identity through the use of the Indonesian language. In the current millennial era, Indonesian is rarely used by some people, especially young people. This article tries to provide answers to the questions regarding (1) What are the factors that cause the existence of the Indonesian language to be marginalized? and (2) What efforts should be made to strengthen the existence of the Indonesian language again? Writing the data for this article uses a qualitative method of literature study with a literature review of journals for the years 2019-2021. The results found through reading journals indicate that the factor that causes the marginalization of the existence of Indonesian is the influence of foreign languages and slang which are now more often used. It takes a strong commitment and good self-awareness for the Indonesian people to be able to restore the existence of the Indonesian language.
