Getting job opportunities is the biggest challenge for students with special needs in Malaysia and the transformation through the Career Transition Programme has proven successful in training them to work. This study based on two (2) main objectives namely to identify the level of Transition Program Taxonomy and identify the demographic relationship of respondents with the level of Transition Program Taxonomy towards the implementation of Career Transition Programme for special needs students. Quantitative methods in the form of survey studies using Ecological Theory and Taxonomy Model of Transition Program as well as questionnaires adapted from Team Planning Tool for Improving Transition Education and Services (Paula D. Kohler). The findings of the study showed a very high and high level of mean scores on the five practices in the Transition Program Taxonomy. Meanwhile, there is a linear relationship (at a very high level) between the demographics of the respondents with the Transition Program Taxonomy in the implementation of the Career Transition Programme for special needs students. The implications of the study focus on theories and models related to the study and policies that have a positive and effective impact on researchers other than the readers. In conlusion, the Career Transition Programme should be implemented comprehensively in government and non-government aided schools, especially in the Special Education Integration Program and the cooperation of all parties involved is very important in planning the direction of program implementation effectively also efficiently.

This study postulates team characteristics and environmental factors as the main drivers of team performance. In the proposed model of this study, team performance is positively and significantly affected by collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate. Likewise, team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Data werecollected from 103 of sales/marketing employees of a manufacturing industry in Indonesia by random sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicated that collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate have a positive and significant effect on team planning and team performance. Likewise, team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Moreover, the empirical test of this study, by investigating sales/marketing employees working in the Indonesian manufacturing industry, complements the application of social cognitive theory in understanding team performance. Finally, the managerial implications of team performance and future open problems are discussed at the end of the research report.

Teratomas are neoplasms of the embryonic tissues that typically grow in the gonadal and sacrococcygeal regions of adults and children. Intrabdominal teratomas that occur in adolescent are rare and demand challenging management options. We report a case of an intraabdominal mature cystic teratoma in a 17-year-old female patient. Complete resection of the mass was performed by a laparotomy approach. Radiological imaging is helpful in preoperative diagnosis and planning. Multidisciplinary surgical team planning is also essential to avoid injury to the adjacent organs in duodenal teratoma operation. Complete surgical excision is the treatment of choice, and the prognosis of mature teratomas is excellent.

Abstract. Although there has long been consensus in team research that planning generally has a positive impact on performance, very little is known about how input factors (e. g., situational factors) affect the planning behavior of teams. In addition, the various dimensions of planning remain largely unexplored. In this study, we examine the effects of time pressure, task routine, and decision importance on team planning. We suggest that planning consists of four dimensions: exploration, strategic planning, detailed planning, and prognosis. In two policy-capturing studies, undergraduates and employees were presented with a series of hypothetical scenarios and asked to indicate in each case how they might plan for these if working as part of a team. Results from our Bayesian multilevel analyses revealed that teams overall used less planning when they were under acute time pressure, when tasks were very routine, and when the decisions involved were of little importance.

Orotracheal intubation is considered the most delicate maneuver performed by anesthesiologists, and failure to manage the airways is one of the main causes of possible complications that can be catastrophic during its performance, thus requiring good team planning. Anatomical and / or physiological characteristics, such as limited mouth opening, a condition often found in patients suffering from fractures of the zygomatic arch or who have some abnormality in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), can characterize a difficult airway, which demands attention greatest of the professional. Therefore, in order to overcome the obstacles that may occur during a difficult or unexpected intubation, new tools have been used, such as videolaryngoscopy in which an intubation device containing miniature video cameras is used in order to allow the operator has an indirect view of the glottis to increase success rates and decrease intubation time. The aim of the present study is to report a clinical case of a trauma victim, with limited mouth opening, who underwent intubation with the aid of a video laryngoscope after failed attempts at conventional intubation.
