One of the ways of achieving landing accuracy is the control of the unit movement using navigator installed on the tractor, including autopilot systems that can correct the trajectory of the tractor. However, the straightness of tillage may be low. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in increasing the track stability of agricultural tools when cultivating row crops. (Materials and methods) The article proposes the use of a controlled attachment as part of a machine-tractor unit with navigation equipment installed on both a tractor and an agricultural tool, the use of which will significantly improve the accuracy of technological operations. The article presents the scheme, technical characteristics, and operating principle of the controlled attachment device. The article describes the method of conducting a field test of a machine-tractor unit with an installed controlled attachment. (Results and discussion) It was found that when cultivating without navigation equipment, the deviation from the axis was 62 mm; when cultivating with a machine-tractor unit with navigation equipment on a tractor it reaches 22 mm; when cultivating with a machine-tractor unit with a controlled CHD-3 attachment and navigation equipment on a tractor and cultivator it reaches 20 mm. The untreated area of the field by a machine-tractor unit with CHD-3 and navigation equipment on a tractor and cultivator was 0.27 square meters in relation to 0.45 square meters when processing the unit as part of a tractor with navigation equipment and a cultivator. (Conclusions) The use of tool control devices for cultivating rows of potatoes is impractical, since the straight movement of the planting machine along a given line is not guaranteed when planting potatoes. It was found that increased accuracy and further productivity will be achieved when using a controlled attachment on all operations of potato cultivation up to harvesting. The use of a controlled attachment device is advisable when cultivating crops that require high precision planting, for example, sugar beets.

Improving the controllability of mounted agricultural implements as part of the unit during soil cultivation and planting crops is an important condition for obtaining high yields. The article presents the results of a field experiment developed by a controlled attachment (UNU-3) designed to improve the accuracy of various technological operations. Recommendations on its use are given. The process of functioning of the device is described. It was determined that this device will allow to increase the level of positioning of the landing tool in the unit, by minimizing the lateral displacement of the agricultural implement. The device will allow the agricultural implement and tractor to be on the established path with an accuracy of 2.5 cm.

The presence of Pancasila nowadays and in the future or the spirit of “Palapa” oath in the past, is functioned as the attaching base and the unity – device for Indonesian nation and its archipelago. We realize truly that this nation consists of various tribes, religions, languages, ethnics, groups, ecology, etc; it needs to be kept, to be preserved, to be conserved. If it is ignored, it can ‘explode’ in anytime so that it needs in depth thinking and strategies to handle and to finish it. That thing has to be done so that it will not make any difficulty in the next day, so it has to be on a passion, maintained and fought for about the Pancasila and the spirit of “Palapa” oath. As the attachment device of the nation, both Pancasila and Palapa oath are taken from the root of the culture of the nation itself: so that it become familiar, close and usual for us as a nation. Though, both of them present according to the situation of the era, they are believed be able to be the ideology of a country, Indonesia nation. The study focuses on developing a novel dosage counter system for a low-cost sleeve attachment device for enhancing the usability and functionality of any standard pressurised metered dosage inhaler (MDI). The paediatric metered dosage inhaler sleeve attachment’s (pMDI’s) primary function is to allow patients 5 years and older to safely use their inhalers, particularly in emergencies. Currently patients don’t know how many dosages are remaining in the MDIs, cant activate the devices and refuse to use their inhalers because of stigma, The dosage counter was a critical feature as it was discovered that patients are using empty inhalers, which leads to hospitalizations and increased mortality rates. A dosage counter was found to be a critical feature for the sleeve attachment, as all MDIs should have one.

The treatment of joint-fractures is a common task in orthopaedic surgery causing considerable health costs and patient disabilities. Percutaneous techniques have been developed to mitigate the problems related to open surgery (e.g. soft tissue damage), although their application to joint-fractures is limited by the sub-optimal intra-operative imaging (2D-fluoroscopy) and by the high forces involved. Our earlier research toward improving percutaneous reduction of intra-articular fractures has resulted in the creation of a robotic system prototype, i.e. RAFS (Robot-Assisted Fracture Surgery) system.We propose a robot-bone attachment device for percutaneous bone manipulation, which can be anchored to the bone fragment through one small incision, ensuring the required stability and reducing the “biological cost” of the procedure. The device has been evaluated through the reduction of 9 distal femur fractures on human cadavers using the RAFS system.
