En la Universidad Cubana, ha quedado establecido en varias carreras universitarias, como  la  de  Ingeniera  en  informática,  la  aplicación  del  plan  de  estudios  D, caracterizado por emplear una modalidad semipresencial, y poseer una marcada disposición a la educación constructivista y significativa. Esta carrera posee en su plan de estudios asignaturas, como “Redes de Computadoras”, que requieren de laboratorios correctamente equipados que no siempre están disponibles debido a los altos costos y por consiguiente, a lo escasos que resultan los diferentes dispositivos que se emplean en las redes informáticas. En un ambiente que utilice cualquiera de las modalidades educativas antes mencionadas, esta situación se hace aún más crítica . El presente trabajo, se enmarca en la necesidad de dar soluciones a la problemática anterior. La idea central es organizar los contenidos de la asignatura Redes de Computadoras,  usando  mapas  conceptuales  a los  cuales  estén  asociados  recursos multimedios tales como textos, imágenes,  animaciones, y sobre todo, simulaciones de procesos o equipos propios de las redes de computadoras, y luego compartirlos en una  red  informática,  de  manera  que  permitan,  en  primera  instancia,  resolver  las carencias señaladas y en general constituyan un soporte de apoyo a la enseñanza de la materia.   Palabras claves: Redes de computadoras, mapa conceptual, enseñanza a distancia, routers, protocolo IP    An organizational proposal for the subject "computer networks" in a blended learning environment Abstract  In  the  Cuban  University  it  has  been  established  in  several  university  courses,  such  as computer  engineer,  application  of  curriculum  D,  characterized  by  employing  a  blended format, and have a strong disposition to constructive and meaningful education. This race has in  its  plan  of  subjects  studies,  such  as  "Computer  Networks",  which  require  properly equipped laboratories are not always available due to high costs and therefore to the few that are different devices used in the computer networks. In an environment that uses any of the educational methods above, this situation more critical .The present work is still done, is part of the need to provide solutions to the above problems. The central idea is to organize the contents of the course Computer Networks, using conceptual maps which associated multimedia resources such as text, images, animations, and above all, process simulations or own teams of computer networks are, then share on a computer network, so as to allow, in the first instance, to resolve the identified gaps and generally constitute a support to support the teaching of the subject.   Keywords: Computer networks, conceptual map, distance learning, routers, IP protocol

Power transformer is one of the most important equipments in the electric system. Dissolved Gases Analysis is an important method in the diagnosis of internal fault of transformers. Because the signs and types of fault have complicated nonlinear relations, the traditional methods cannot exactly meet the requirements of engineer application. This paper proposes synthesis of relational grey incidence to analyze the comparability and the proximity of the sequence which can effectively diagnose the type of transformer faults.

With the increasing development of ocean engineering, towing extending-retracting equipment used widely is the basic platform realizing the engineer value of towfish. In this paper, the dynamic model of the equipment in rough sea condition is created based on Adams, and the operating parameters are determined by maximum dynamic load, as the input data of static model of the equipment. Then the static models of capture unit, swing arm and base frame are created to calculate the strength respectively. Lastly, from the results, the valuable suggestions are put forward to provide valuable references for optimization design and engineer application in future.

For the problems such as layering and splitting of traditional sandwich structure composite, a resin matrix composite with lattice and interface reinforced structure has been designed, The composite material has high specific strength and stiffness. On this basis, a road pavement developed by this composite material used in engineer urgent was designed. The connection between the pavements was designed for quick assembling, which could make the pavement assemble operation was simple, fast and reliable. Experiments and engineer application indicate that the composite pavement has characters of low cost, simple maintenance, corrosion resistant and reusable, which has a great application prospect.

Lateral dynamic response of pile foundation in liquefiable soil has been one of the focal problems of the geotechnical engineering field and varieties of test methods are put forward by experts and scholars. In the dissertation, a shaking table test is based on and a new calculation method is involved too. It’s the first time that using Fiber Prague Grating (FBG) technology in the method of study on lateral dynamic response of pile foundation in liquefiable soil. Experimental results indicate that calculation by method of FBG is more accurate than that by acceleration integral method. Data processing shows that p-y curve of pile foundation in liquefiable soil can be better to indicate the actual dynamic constitutive relation, and it establishes the theoretical basis of experimental study and engineer application of pile foundation in liquefiable soil

At present, the crane metal structure cracks are ignored based on the traditional strength theory in the crane engineering design. As enlarging of crane mechanics, although their maximum stress don’t exceed allowed stress, recently considerable number of serious crane accidents happened, that are caused by the fracture because of crack faults. It is essential to analyze crack growth based on fracture mechanics in design or diagnose. The crack analysis consists of determination of the crack growth trajectory and calculation of crack growth rate. In generally, the crack of crane is supposed as I-mode in the engineer application. So the crack growth trajectory can be determinated without calculation, which simply cracks trajectory analysis. Then the crack growth rate will be calculated according to the Paris formula. The Paris’s formula is put forward as the form of the relation between stress value and crack length often. To improve the precision, a new method is put forward in the paper. According to the method, the form of Paris’s formula is function of the stress intensity factor (SIF). The new method is valid and high precision through the comparing with the boundary collocation method and the traditional method. And then an example of crack growth analysis on crane is given; the analysis procedure is described also. The method has a benefit to prevent fracture failure and it is supplement to the traditional strength design method also

The performance simulation report of product is an important basis for resource distribution and estimate in design process. In order to acquire data rapidly, an automated generated solution of performance simulation report is presented. It can be applied not only in mechanical product but also in other fields. The technology architecture of management system for performance simulation report is constructed, which is based on SOA. And the data management is accomplished by relational database and Java content repository. The BIRT tool engines encapsulate the main step of creating report, then the performance simulation report can be demonstrated by Web browser. At last, an engineer application of multidisciplinary simulation has been implemented and it demonstrated the validity and practicability of the solution.
