Abstract In this resarch using qualitative descriptive method. The step used are doing data analysis and SWOT analysis. The first results of the research, based on the analysis phase of the appropriate strategy carried out by the manager in marketing Sasando Production and Promotion Houses, are maintaining and maintaining the position on the internal indicator letter E, which has a network of cooperation with the government. The general policy of this strategy is to penetrate the market and develop products. This means that company managers must maintain their position by continuing to develop works such as making works in the form of musical instruments and miniatures/souvenirs. Secondly, based on the SWOT analysis quadrant which shows its position in quadrant IV, it describes the organizational situation is very bad, because in addition to various internal weaknesses arising from outside threats, defensive strategies can increase the resilience of each company competitive advantage when combined with offensive strategies to improve competitive advantage company. This type of defensive strategy can be divided into two major parts, namely deterrence strategies and response strategies.

Chapter 4 looks at how key stimuli and brain programming affect our own species’ aesthetics and determine which shapes, colors, and landscapes humans are attracted to and consider beautiful. Like other animals, people are predisposed to respond to certain key stimuli, which have been associated with an expectation of functionality, fitness, and increased well-being. In other words, the perception of beauty represents a strong internal indicator, which it pays to be guided by in order to gain various benefits. In this investigation, the chapter enters the micro-processes of artistic creation. It looks at the aesthetic effects that make up an artwork and at the understanding of why something captivates and fascinates people. The right embellishment can transform a trivial everyday object into an overwhelming power object—a kind of fetish that means the world to us and costs a fortune. How does something like this happen?

Close relationship researchers have proposed that the increased sharing, helping, and sacrifice among social partners of all kinds—friends, spouses, and biological kin—is mediated by the same internal indicator: the feeling of emotional closeness. However, recent work on "kinship premiums" in the U.S. and Europe shows that emotional closeness is not sufficient to account for increased giving among genetic kin, suggesting that closeness may not be a sufficient proximate mechanism to account for giving in other evolutionarily important relationships. Using a hypothetical social discounting paradigm with a $75 reward, we test for such premiums among mates, close friends, and kin in two cultural settings where researchers have proposed key differences in relationship cognition–India (N=63) and the U.S. (N=284). We find that emotional closeness substantially mediates (often fully) the effect of close friendship on the amount of money forgone, suggesting that this is a key factor in the increased sharing observed among friends. On the other hand, people on average report sacrificing an additional $8.3 (95% CI: $4.5-$12.1) for mates and $9.7 (95% CI: $6.5-$12.8) for genetic kin when removing the effects of closeness. Importantly, these effects are not statistically different across samples from the U.S. and India. These results show that people use relationship-specific information about genetic relatedness and pair bonding in addition to general indicators of emotional closeness when making decisions to share with others. Please find the final version at: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.evolhumbehav.2014.10.002

In some areas in Indonesia, farmers usually graze their goats during the day and house them at night.  The goats eat grass without additional concentrate.  However, how much nutrient intakes of grazing goats in Indonesia are seldom calculated. Therefore, this research was set up to investigate the productivity and to estimate the dry matter, protein, and TDN intake of grazed Kacang buck using lignin internal indicator.  About 12 heads of Kacang buck, aged 1-1.5 year (the incisors have erupted 1), having the initial body weight of 18.42+1.78 kg (CV= 9.67%) and reared by farmers in Grobogan, Central Java, Indonesia were used in this study.  Intake and nutrient digestibility of the buck were calculated using lignin as internal marker.  After being reared 86 days, the average daily gains (ADG) of the buck were 3.20+21.14 gram ( -26.16 gram to 53.60 gram). Low ADG of the buck was caused by low DMI, protein and TDN intake.  The Kacang bucks were usually grazed in the soccer fields, back yards, and roadsides, therefore their intake were lower than their maintenance needed.  The averages of DMI, protein and TDN intake were about 1.17+0.17 % their body weight, 30.16+4.18 g and 91.45+11.64 g, respectively. It can be concluded that the productivity of grazing Kacang bucks is relatively very low.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) as an internal indicator banks representing aspects of profit and liquidity and the inflation rate as an indicator of bank external (macroeconomic) the ratio of financing problems are reflected in the ratio Non-Performing Financing (NPF) Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2007-2012. analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using panel data. Results of regression is that the variable Financing to Deposit Ratio (X1) and a significant positive effect on Non Performing Financing, Return on Assets (X2) and a significant negative effect on Non Performing Financing and the inflation rate (X3) and no significant positive effect on Non-Performing Financing.

Mini-watermelon [Citrullus lanatus (Thunb.)] cultivars Valdoria and Vanessa were evaluated at 20, 30, 40, or 50 days after anthesis to determine maturity at harvest. Fruit circumference, weight, ground spot color, and number of senescent tendrils were measured as external indicators for each watermelon. Soluble solids content (SS), pH, and SS:total acid ratio (SS:TA) of each watermelon were determined to provide an indication of internal maturity. Regression and Akaike Information Criterion fit statistics analyses were performed to determine significant relationships and best predictors for external indicators of internal maturity factors. In this study, external predictors were most closely linked to fruit pH rather than to SS or SS/TA. Of the external indicators tested, fruit weight, circumference, number of senescent tendrils, and International Commission on Illumination (CIE) b* color coordinate values of the ground spot were best related to fruit pH. According to the regression models, two completely senesced tendrils, a circumference of 53 cm, weight of 3 kg, and CIE b* coordinate ground spot value of 40 are each sufficient to predict maturity when pH is used as the internal indicator of maturity under the conditions of this experiment.

ABSTRACT A radioimmunoassay for the determination of urinary aldosterone-18-glucuronide has been developed for the clinical laboratory. Ten ml of urine is pre-extracted with methylene chloride and then submitted to acid hydrolysis. This is followed by a second methylene chloride extraction. The aldosterone concentration in these extracts is determined with antisera obtained from rabbits immunized with an aldosterone-oxime bovine gamma globulin conjugate. In view of the high recovery of [1,2-3H] aldosterone no internal indicator standards were used. The sensitivity of the overall assay was 0.44 μg/24 h. The coefficient of variation was 3.7 % within a single assay and 13.6 % for multiple assays. The specificity of the method was examined by comparison with a double isotope dilution derivative method and by simultaneous use of 6 different antisera. Under normal sodium intake the urinary excretion of the acid-labile aldosterone-18-glucuronide ranged from 4.0 to 13.0 μg/24 h in 9 normal male subjects.
