The millennial generation is recognized as digital generation. The flourish and fast changing technology and information surround their lives. It is likely to influence and direct how they learn and socialize. One of significant learning media which is popular among today’s generation is video. The use of video, including vlog in English Language Teaching is prevalent today. However, how EFL students feel when they learn and create vlog are still under-examined. Thus, this study aims to explore several EFL students’ emotional experiences when they create vlog and academic video during COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. The study adopts qualitative research method. The data are collected through the students- participants’ narrative and vlog or video analysis. The study reports several findings. The first is the students-participants experience emotional roller coaster of negative and positive states. The second finding is the student-participants develop resilient capacity after regulating emotion by developing self-assurance of personal benefits of learning, creating economic prospect orientation and establishing social senses and global relationship goals. The third finding is it highlights the need to incorporate technology, emotion and cognition learning to fulfil the need and passions of today’s generation.

Like other developing countries, Nigeria faces a lot of problems confronting fish marketing such as dwindling profit due to fish spoilage as post-harvest losses occur more frequently particularly in the rainy reason, lack of improved technology for the management of fish production, inefficient harvesting methods and wastefulness due to lack of infrastructural facilities. This study assessed fish marketing, distribution and consumption in Ido Local Government Area (LGA), Oyo State, Nigeria. A two-stage random sampling technique was usedwhile descriptive statistics (frequency distribution and percentage frequencies) and inferential statistics (such as multiple regression analysis and budgetary analysis) were used for the analysis. The study concluded that fish marketing was a profitable business though with a small profit margin. The study thus recommended that micro lending programmes should be given a needful attention and priority to increase the entrepreneurs’ income and bring about a massive economic prospect for Ido LGA in particular and Oyo State Nigeria in general. Key words: constraints, consumption, determinant, fish, marketing, profit

Functional foods are those with health benefits but cannot incorporate and protect from oxidation or deterioration, maintaining the bioactive compounds (BC) activity. The liposomes have several advantages for BC encapsulation: ease of obtention, characterization, scaling-up, lipid protection for hydrophilic and lipophilic BC, and best, they are made with natural lipids of alimentary grade. In our studies, liposomes were made of soy phosphatidylcholine (SPC) with Stearic Acid or Calcium Stearate as membrane stabilizer. They encapsulated BC as vitamin E, vitamin C and folic acid (B9). The liposome’s design strategy is that SPC lipid’s components are BC like choline and essential fatty acids. These liposomes preserved and maintain the activity of the thermolabile vitamins C and B9. Like milk and fruit juice, in various food types can incorporate liposomes protecting BC. A series of laboratory studies will be performed to select the most stable liposomal formulations, like characterization, encapsulation efficiency, physicochemical, microbiological, thermal and sensory stability. Liposomes- BC design and development are discussed in the chapter. The food heat treatment and the conditions/storage time are also crucial and must be considered in these studies. Finally, incorporating the BC into a food production line is feasible with an excellent economic prospect until supermarket shelves are reached, like our food product proposal.

This study examined the effect of insecurity of security officers on economic prospects in Nigeria. This work seeks to explain the meaning of security, insecurity, types of security, causes of insecurity of security officers, and its effect on Nigeria’s economic prospect. The security officials whose statutory assignment is to secure the citizens’ and aliens’ lives and properties must be first safe to discharge their duties diligently. Therefore, a random sampling was done through the distribution of 130 questionnaires to respondents. Also, secondary data, such as, relevant books, newspapers, research articles, and government publications in Nigeria, were adopted. After the data analysis was conducted, the findings testified that insecurity of security officials is evident in Nigeria due to many identified factors responsible for their insecurity. This hinders Nigeria’s economic prospect from discouragement caused to both existing and prospective investors locally and internationally. It also led to the displacement of investors from the crisis zone to a peaceful area, sometimes leading to the relocation of industry to assured security countries. After rigorous findings, this research concluded and recommended that the government, civil society, and every arm of society must take a proactive approach to ensure that the safety of every security official in Nigeria is given needed attention to address the issue.

Melon (Cucumis melo L.) is one of horticultural commodities with good economic prospect for melon farmers because of several advantages. 'Meloni' is result of crossing between ‘Sun Lady-3’ and ‘PI 371795’ by Genetics and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Biology, UGM. The 'Meloni' plant produces females flowers that expressed by CmACS-7 gene and it can be expected that melon plants 'Meloni' included in the primitive cultivars, while 'Meloni' is a cultivation cultivar. The aim of this research is to study the relation of 'Meloni' kinship to primitive and modern cultivars. Characterization of the CmACS-7 gene is begun by a total isolation process of RNA from a sample of melon plant flowers and detection using a specific primer. The cDNA bands obtained are sequenced and then phylogenetic analysis is performed based on CmACS-7 gene expression using MEGA 7.0. Result of this study show that the presence of the CmACS-7 gene in female and hermaphrodite flowers of ‘Meloni’, ‘PI 371795’, ‘Sun Lady-3’, and ‘Hikapel’. Phylogenetic tree analyze show that ‘Meloni’ from female plant, ‘PI 371795’ and ‘Sun Lady-3’ have closely relation, while 'Hikapel' separated from other cultivars.

This paper attempts to explore global economic prospect of Belt and Road Initiative with special focus on Nepal. The paper begins with the overall account of BRI and examines how connectivity with China would help in prosperity for Nepal. Furthermore, the paper discusses about funding modality as Kerung-Kathmandu railway under BRI and various other dimensions of the construction. The paper concludes with some recommendations regarding immediate requirements for Nepal that should be addressed via BRI.

Subject Zimbabwe mining prospects. Significance President Emmerson Mnangagwa has repeatedly said Zimbabwe is open for business, but this has yet to be backed up by substantive legislative reform or efforts at tackling entrenched corruption. Without fundamental changes, Zimbabwe’s mining sector will continue to deter legitimate investors and remain dominated by military and political elites. Impacts Rejoining the Commonwealth could help improve the overall investment climate, but only if substantive democratic reforms are pursued. Minerals will be the key economic prospect that Mnangagwa can use to entice foreign investors in the short term. Should ZANU-PF triumph in the polls, ruling party infighting could intensify over Mnangagwa’s future successor.
