Perbandingan Tebal Perkerasan Menggunakan Nilai CBR Laboratorium dan CBR Lapangan (DCP) (JLS Jarit-Puger)

CBR (California Bearing Ratio) data is used to find out the level of subgrade density, so that a safe pavement thickness can be planned. The calculation of the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) can be done by testing CBR laboratory and DCP. CBR results have a high effect on the surface layer, so that the layer becomes thinner. This condition, if converted to the working price, will be more affordable and efficient. Therefore, this study aims to compare the results of laboratory CBR and Field Cbr (Dcp) to the thickness of flexible pavements in the Development of Trans South-South Java Road Project (TRSS) Lot 8 Jarit - Puger. The method used is Bina Marga Pd T-01-2002-B. Secondary data obtained by weigh bridges and service providers, namely PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero). Field CBR value using DCP tool is 25.19% while Laboratory CBR value is 21.616%. The results of pavement thickness using Field CBR values ​​for UR 10 years are D1 7.5 cm, D2 10cm, for UR 20 years D1 10 cm, D2 11 cm, for UR 30 years D1 11 cm, D2 12 cm, and for UR 40 years obtained D1 13 cm, D2 14 cm. The greater the CBR value, the thinner the pavement thickness.

Bioconversion of Coconut Testa by Rhizopus Oryzae on Chemical Changes and Performance of Red Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus)

The nutritional content that is balanced and in accordance with the needs of fish will be utilized by fish as a source of energy used for growth. The used of feed alternative from coconut testa bioconversion has been investigated for its effect on the growth performance of red tilapia stadium fingerling. The chemical composition of coconut testa, survival rate and water quality (temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen) were analysed descriptively. The experiment was carried out experimentally using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of four levels of using coconut testa bioconversion by Rhizopus oryzae in feed (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). The performance parameters measured consisted of Average daily gain, feed efficiency, and protein efficiency ratio. Data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a 95% confidence level, and Duncan's multiple distance test. The chemichal change, survival rate. The study showed that the bioconversion of R. oryzae coconut testa up to 20% in the feed formulation could provide the performance of red tilapia fry, with the highest value obtained at the use of 15% with an average feed efficiency of 42.43 ± 0.71.

Direct Oral Anticoagulant Adherence of Patients With Atrial Fibrillation Transitioned from Warfarin

Background Reduced time in international normalized ratio therapeutic range (TTR) limits warfarin safety and effectiveness. In patients switched from warfarin to direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs), patient factors associated with low TTR could also increase risk of DOAC nonadherence. We investigated the relationship between warfarin TTR and DOAC adherence in warfarin‐treated patients with atrial fibrillation switched to DOAC. Methods and Results Using data from the Veterans Health Administration, we identified patients with atrial fibrillation switched from warfarin to DOAC (switchers) or treated with warfarin alone (non‐switchers). Logistic regression was used to evaluate association between warfarin TTR and DOAC adherence. We analyzed 128 605 patients (age, 71±9; 1.6% women; CHA 2 DS 2 ‐VASc 3.5±1.6); 32 377 switchers and 96 228 non‐switchers. In 8016 switchers with international normalized ratio data to calculate 180‐day TTR before switch, TTR was low (median 0.45; IQR, 0.26–0.64). Patients with TTR <0.5 were more likely to be switched to DOAC (odds ratio [OR],1.68 [95% CI,1.62–1.74], P <0.0001), as were those with TTR <0.6 or TTR <0.7. Proportion of days covered ≥0.8 was achieved by 76% of switchers at 365 days. In low‐TTR individuals, proportion of days covered ≥0.8 was achieved by 70%, 72%, and 73% of switchers with TTR <0.5, 0.6, and 0.7, respectively. After multivariable adjustment, TTR <0.5 decreased odds of achieving 365‐day proportion of days covered ≥0.8 (OR, 0.49; 0.43–0.57, P <0.0001), with similar relationships for TTR <0.6 and TTR <0.7. In non‐switchers with TTR <0.5, long‐term TTR remained low. Conclusions In patients with atrial fibrillation switched from warfarin to DOAC, most achieved adequate DOAC adherence despite low pre‐switch TTRs. However, TTR trajectories remained low in non‐switchers. Patients with low warfarin TTR more consistently achieved treatment targets after switching to DOACs, although adherence‐oriented interventions may be beneficial.

Python software to transform GPS SNR wave phases to volumetric water content

The global navigation satellite system interferometric reflectometry is often used to extract information about the environment surrounding the antenna. One of the most important applications is soil moisture monitoring. This manuscript presents the main ideas and implementation decisions needed to write the Python code to transform the derived phase of the interferometric GPS waves, obtained from signal-to-noise ratio data continuously observed during a period of several weeks (or months), to volumetric water content. The main goal of the manuscript is to share the software with the scientific community to help users in the GPS-IR computation.

The Effect of Free Cash Flow as a Moderating Variable on the Influence of Company Size and Liquidity on Dividend Policy

The purpose of this analysis is to demonstrate the effect of company size and liquidity on dividend policy in basic industry and chemicals companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, with free cash flow as a moderating variable. The phenomenon of increased company size and liquidity without a dividend policy piques researchers' interest in digging deeper into the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, which is bolstered by the influence of the moderating variable in the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research implemented quantitative and enlightening exploration. A total of 75 research data were collected based on the current population's intentional examination procedure. Company size was measured by the natural logarithm of the company's total assets, liquidity was measured using the current ratio by dividing total current assets by total current liabilities, and dividend policy was measured by the dividend payout ratio. Data analysis using smartPls programming with the least-squares information investigation technique reveals that company size and liquidity have no impact on dividend policy. In addition, free cash flow cannot be a moderating variable in the influence of company size and liquidity on dividend policy.

LINGUOPRAGMATIC POTENTIAL OF PROPRIAL VOCABULARY IN MODERN MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY

The article deals with the dynamic and evolutionary processes of eponymous terms formation in medicine in the systems of English and Ukrainian languages. The aim of the work is to systematize medical propriatives on the basis of such defining features as denotative-characteristic, etymological-word-forming and functional features. Methods and techniques adopted in onomastics and stylistics were used, such as: textual and stylistic analysis, classification of onomastic material, structural, etymological and word-formation analysis, analysis of variants of names, synthesis and identification of patterns. The research focuses on lexical and semantic features and structural features of medical terms with an onymic component. The scientific research of domestic and foreign researchers on the presence or absence of a clear boundary between common and proper names is analyzed. The ways of origin of propriatives and ways of forming a layer of onymic medical vocabulary are outlined. Based on the samples of eponymous terms in accordance with the fields of medicine, in particular rheumatology and neurology, anatomy and clinical nomenclature, the characteristics of dynamic and evolutionary processes in each of the subsystems is presented: quantitative ratio data are given, ways and methods of formation are identified, the role and place of eponyms in medical phenomena and objects are determined, the structural features of these terminological units are described. Much attention is paid to the process of transforming proper names into common words. The processes of transition of proper names into common names, which occur in medical terminology, differences of propriatives and appellates in functions, properties, mechanism of development, essence and linguistic features, context, etymology and translation are studied.

Determinan Konsistensi Penggunaan Kondom pada Laki-Laki Seks dengan Laki-Laki (LSL) Non-Pekerja Seks: Studi Potong Lintang

Kasus baru HIV di Indonesia cenderung terus mengalami peningkatan. Sedangkan, tren kasus baru di dunia sudah mengalami penurunan. Laki-laki Seks dengan laki-laki (LSL) merupakan kelompok risiko tinggi HIV. Upaya pencegahan penularan HIV erat kaitannya dengan perilaku seks. Studi ini menggunakan 1.161 sampel Survei Terpadu Biologi dan Perilaku (STBP) 2015 pada kelompok LSL yang termasuk bukan pekerja seks. Studi cross sectional ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan perilaku seks konsistensi penggunaan kondom dengan analisis hingga bivariat dengan menggunakan chi-square dan prevalence ratio. Data didapatkan dengan metode respondent driven sampling (RDS) yang kemudian mengeksklusi LSL pekerja seks. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penggunaan kondom yang tidak konsisten yaitu pengetahuan status HIV dengan prevalence ratio (PR) 1,14 (95% CI 1,02-1,28), pelayanan pencegahan dan penularan HIV dengan PR 1,18 (95% CI 1,06-1,33), serta akses terhadap internet tentang pencegahan dan penularan HIV dengan PR 1,16 (95 % CI 1,02-1,31). Sehingga, LSL yang tidak mengetahui status HIV diri sendiri, tidak mendapatkan pelayanan pencegahan dan penularan HIV, dan tidak mengakses internet mengenai pencegahan dan penularan HIV berisiko lebih tinggi untuk berperilaku tidak konsisten dalam menggunakan kondom setiap kali melakukan hubungan seks. Maka dari itu, perlu program-program yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan LSL tentang status HIV dirinya sendiri, dan informasi mengenai pencegahan penularan HIV baik melalui program pelayanan maupun internet untuk meningkatkan konsistensi penggunaan kondom pada LSL non-pekerja seks.

Gold price prediction using Convolutional Neural Network-Long Short-Term Memory (CNN-LSTM)

Gold has an important role in worldwide economics. Gold is not only used in jewelry but also can be a good deal for investment however several factors can affect the fluctuation in gold which can make the risk of investing in gold is bigger for many people. Therefore, is very important to predict the gold price for people who invest in gold in order to help reduce the investment risk. This study will implement a hybrid method from Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). CNN can extract useful knowledge and learn the internal representation of time-series data, and LSTM networks will identify short-term and long-term dependencies effectively. This research will use daily time frame data and weekly time frame data. This research also tried some experiments to find the best hyperparameters of batch size and epochs in ratio data 60:40 and 80:20. The best result obtained in the daily time of ratio data 60:40 with RMSE 13.67953 and MAE 9,40998, while in ratio data 80:20 has RMSE 15,53199 and MAE 12,78120. In weekly time has obtained the RMSE 38,01949 and MAE 28,32035 for ratio data 60:40 while in ratio data 80:20 the result was RMSE 32,61283 and MAE 22,74638. Those results shows that CNN-LSTM model can predict the trend of daily time frame gold price.
