Application level resource scheduling in distributed cloud computing is a significant research objective that grabbed the attention of many researchers in recent literature. Minimal resource scheduling failures, robust task completion and fair resource usage are the critical factors of the resource scheduling strategies. Hence, this manuscript proposed a scalable resource-scheduling model for distributed cloud computing environments that aimed to achieve the scheduling metrics. The proposed model called " Modified Resource Scheduling with Schedule Interval Filling " schedules the resource to respective task such that the optimal utilization of resource idle time achieved. The proposed model performs the scheduling in hierarchical order and they are optimal idle resource allocation, if no individual resource is found to allocate then it allocates optimal multiple idle resources with considerable schedule intervals filling. The experimental results evincing that the proposed model is scalable and robust under the adapted metrics.

CV. Cool Clean is a company engaged in packing tissue. During this time the company only perform corrective action that causes disruption of the production process due to frequent damage of a sudden the engine components volpack. In this study used a model of preventive replacement that can reduce downtime and costs. The method used to obtain the schedule interval a critical component is age replacement method. Seal heater obtained replacement time interval of 30 days with a 22% reduction in downtime. Replacement interval for knife foil is 26 days with a 27% reduction in downtime. Replacement interval for solenoid valve is30 days with a 29% reduction in downtime. Replacement interval forOring seal is 18 days with a 29% reduction in downtime. Replacement interval for needle bearing is 62 days with a 25% reduction in downtime. Results of this study also showed that by applying age replacement can save costs for seal heater Rp. 974.000 or 23%. Knife foil cost savings of Rp. 1.251.409 or 22%. Solenoid valve cost savings of Rp.546.539 or 24%. Oring seal cost savings of Rp. 350.096 or 26%. And needle bearing cost savings of Rp. 196.712 or 26%.

Eighteen evaluable patients with advanced malignant lymphoma were treated with a combination of cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum (II) (50 mg/m2 i.v. on day 1), VP 16-213 (100 mg/m2 i.v. on days 1, 3, 5), and prednisone (50 mg/m2 per os on days 1–5), recycling every 2 weeks. All patients were previously pretreated. There were 3 complete remissions (patients with Hodgkin's disease), and 4 partial remission (2 patients with Hodgkin's and 2 with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), for a median duration of 8 weeks. In addition, 2 minor responses (patients with Hodgkin's disease) were observed. Vomiting and myelosuppression were the most prominent toxic effects. In most heavily pretreated patients, myelosuppression was moderate to severe: in these patients and in patients with bone marrow involvement, a schedule interval of 3 weeks should be more appropriate. Nephrotoxicity was minimal. This combination chemotherapy showed some activity in the management of advanced malignant lymphomas; further studies in this area are justified.
