Consumer preference analysis is needed to know the advertising media that have a big influence on consumers in making decisions to buy a product, the advertising media applied to rider’s jackets of a ridesharing company. Ride sharing services is a flexible type of advertising media. Flexible advertising media requires a product with fast turnover. Retail products are dominated by primary products with fast turnover. The Company’s rider jacket has a position variable with three levels; bottom, top and separated. Mostly retail products are food, beverage, personal, and household needs. The retail products displayed on the jacket can be 1-2 product(s), 3-6 products, and more than 6 products. Using these attributes and levels, the objective of this study is to get the best design or the best level combination for advertising media of retail promo product on a ridesharing rider's jacket by consumer preferences. To get the best combination of consumer preferences, Choice Based Conjoint method is used with the amount of 106 data. The data obtained is the preference of 106 respondents who once had experience of using the taxibike feature from the ridesharing application. The results of this analysis show the best level of position attribute is the bottom position, the best level of product type attribute is the type of product mixed or alternating and the best number of products to be plotted are 1-2 products.

Most of the results available on the inverse problem of determining loads acting on elastic beams or plates under transverse vibration refer to single beam or single plate. In this paper, we consider the determination of sources in multi-span systems obtained by connecting either two Euler–Bernoulli elastic beams or two rectangular Kirchhoff–Love elastic plates. The material of the structure is assumed to be homogeneous and isotropic. The transverse load is of the form g(t)f(x), where g(t) is a known function of time and f(x) is the unknown term depending on the position variable x. Under slight a priori assumptions, we prove a uniqueness result for f(x) in terms of observations of the dynamic response taken at interior points of the structure in an arbitrary small interval of time. A numerical implementation of the method is included to show the possible application of the results in the practical identification of the source term.

The purpose of this research: (1) To know the description of job rotation, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (2) To know the effect of job rotation on employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (3) To know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province. (4) To know the influence between job rotation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province. The method of this research is descriptive and quantitative and using regresion method. The population in the study were the employees of the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. Technique of sampling research using of stratified sampling. The total sample in this study was 123 respondents. The result of the research shows that the average level of the respondent's answer for job rotation (X1) is 74.46% and the average level of the respondent answer for job satisfaction variable (X2) is 68.52, it shows highest average respondent There is in position variable rotation (X1). The magnitude of the effect of rotation variables on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation Jambi Province is amounted to 2,427. The amount of influence of job satisfaction on employee performance variables at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department is 4.452. Based on the analysis that together into two independent variables of job rotation and job satisfaction have a significant effect amounted to 2.201 (X1) dan 3.308(X2) on the performance of employees at the Transportation Agency of Jambi Province. Keywords: Job Rotation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

We study the translation invariant properties of the eigenvalues of scattering transmission problem. We examine the functional derivative of the eigenvalue density function Δ(x^) to the defining index of refraction n(x). By the limit behaviors in frequency sphere, we prove some results on the inverse uniqueness of index of refraction. In physics, Doppler’s effect connects the variation of the frequency/eigenvalue and the motion velocity/variation of position variable. In this paper, we proved the functional derivative ∂rΔx^=(1+nrx^)/π.

Fishnet-like layered compounds crystallized with anthracene (ANT) molecules between their layers and crystallization solvents at their hexagonal columnar pores; these complexes undergo a solvent-release crystal-to-crystal transformation involving the migration of a portion of the ANT molecules from between the layers to the hexagonal pores.
