This article is devoted to modeling regulatory mechanisms of human molecular-genetic systems activity during cancer origin and development with taking into account non-coding circulating regulators. The paper draws on results made by using methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis of functional-differential equations. Computational experiments have shown that for certain values of internal and external states there are the following regimes: programmed cell death (apoptosis), stationary state, self-oscillations, irregular behavior (cancerous growths) and a sharp destructive change - the “black hole” effect (metastasis) in depending on various concentrations of micro-RNA. The paper provides a new mathematical and computer models able to describe regulatory mechanisms of cancer taking into account spatial and temporal relations.

Ecological problems of Zakamensk town are associated with sand deposits that were formed as a result of mining activities of former Dzhidinsky tungstenmolybdenum plant. Sands are accumulated in large quantities and they contain dangerous concentrations of heavy metals. Desertification in an urbanized area is manifested locally, but it differs from agricultural desertification by a profound and comprehensive destructive change in the components of the environment. Maps of soils, vegetation, types of lands, as well as ecological zoning maps of Zakamensk were created. The basis for the creation of electronic maps using GIS were stock, archive and own materials, topographic maps and remote sensing data. Urbanized desertification in Zakamensk is caused by chemical contamination of sandy eluvium, the spreading of pollutants by water flows and wind currents. Erosion occurs both in the form of flat flushing and linear erosion. The most intensive is gully erosion. Quantitative parameters of temporal variability of the erosive rainfall potential for the Zakamensk town are received. The quantitative characteristics of loads of pollutants on the territory of the town are determined on the basis of the erosion-deflation models. The calculations showed that 204 tons/ha of contaminated sand annually falls into the settlement area with water-erosion flows (Pb – 3.7 tons, W – 4.3 tons). Moreover, active wind activity led to the deposition of more metals (Pb – 5.6 tons, W – 6.5 tons) in the town.

The present study is achieved for observing and evidence the effect of Datura AqueousExtraction (DAE) on the success the quick repair the cutaneous wound in thigh region in labrats which are infected with Saphyllococcus aureus. The study is achieved in 28 mature rats, those same age and weight (250±25 g), 8 month age and live at similar condition. The animalsare divided into three groups, 1st and 2nd was contain 10 rat (5mal+5femal) in treated groupswhile control group was contain 4 rat which subdivided into (4male+4female) and in allgroups were made surgical wound (superficial) in thigh region. The 1st (Datura) and 2nd(Gentamicin) groups were infected by staph. aureus with 10-8 titration of germs. After 48 hrthe both groups are treated the 1st by DAE 10 mg/kg b.w. and 2nd by Gentamicin 5% w/w aswell as sham-control subgroup is leave. The control group was subdivided into two subgroup, the 1st subgroup (standard subgroup) was leaved stay sterile wound without infection(superficial disinfection), recovery without treatment (self cure),the other were infected withstaph. aureus and leaved without treatment. The experiment is evidencing the quick healingof wound that is treated with (DAE), compare with the wound that treated with Gentamicin. There are no destructive change in microscopic histopathology due to less toxic effect ofdatura, as well as blood parameter is good evidence in datura group. Statically analysis wasachieved by SPSS v. 16.0 , there are significant results of datura compare with other groups,no significant results of gentamicine group and standard control subgroup while significantwith sham-control subgroup P< 0.05.

It is impossible to read about asthma in the 1990s without being informed that it is an inflammatory disease and that all but the mildest cases require anti-inflammatory therapy for optimal management.1 Bronchoalveolar lavage studies document the influx of inflammatory cells and the upregulation of inflammatory cytokines in bronchial washings of patients with chronic asthma.2 Biopsy specimens confirm an inflammatory cell accumulation and the destructive change to the epithelium that one would expect from this insult.3 The pathophysiology of asthma would seem to justify the use of corticosteroids for its management. A single dose of prednisone can be shown to decrease inflammatory leukotrienes while there is a concomitant increase in forced expiratory volume in 1 second.4

The rationalization of companies: Renewer or destroyer of the work-force. The rationalization of companies in the Western world has become almost an integrated part of modern management strategies. The downsizing syndrome has proven to be the favourite choice of many. Change, so many studies have proven, enhances resistance among employees. Change as experienced during the downsizing process, where retrenchment forms an inherent part of the strategy creates its own range of fears and expectations amongst employees. This study analyses the experiences of employees during the phases of destructive change. The hypothesis the study tested was that significantly more employees will rate the experience as extremely negative and that the main issue at stake is job security. It was found that although a significant proportion of the employees thought that drastic change was necessary, they were bitterly unhappy with the way management introduced the change. It was also found that at the centre of unhappiness, threats to job security caused the most damage. Furthermore, it was proven that during change, a well-planned, pre-programmed exercise, with a definite beginning and end time creates significantly lesser stress and fear amongst employees than during a unstructured almost open ended process.
