This study aims to design a set of the visual artificial intelligence system based on medical information mining for hospital emergency care management. A visual artificial intelligence emergency first aid nursing management system is designed by analyzing the needs of the emergency first aid nursing management system. The results show that system personnel allocation, comparative management, record management, query management analysis, basic setup analysis, nursing management basis, and nonfunctional requirements all need to be optimized for the emergency first aid management system. In this study, the comparative management module, log management module, and the query management module are designed, and the emergency first aid management system of different APP terminal functions in different modules is described in detail. The nursing document query business is tested, and the corresponding time of query of nursing assessment sheet, nurse shift record, nurse record, and physical sign observation sheet is 375.50 ms, 351.48 ms, 336.36 ms, and 245.57 ms, respectively. It shows that the visual artificial intelligence emergency nursing management system based on medical information mining can provide convenience for clinical work to a large extent and has potential application value in hospital emergency nursing work.

ABSTRACT The problem of this research is the tahfidz Al-qur’an learning management model the  purpose of this study is for orphans and ruhama Islamic boarding schools in bogor because in the orphans and Islamic school of ruhama memorized the holy qur’an The results of this study indicate that first, planning in Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor carried out activities (1) developing a strategic plan, which included vision and mission, objectives, strategic programs, implementation strategies, monitoring and evaluation; (2) arranging the rules of the santri (3) compiling technical guidelines for the implementation of activities. Second, organizing in managing Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor, including (1) arranging the organizational structure and the map of the program's responsibility (2) preparing the tasks and positions of each personnel (3) structuring the program. Third, the mobilization in Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor was said to be (1) motivating; (2) coordination; (3) leadership and (4) maintaining good relations with ustadh, santri and staff. Fourth, controlling in Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor is divided into (1) monitoring and evaluation (2) assessment. Fifth, the constraints of management of Islamic education institutions in the Islamic program in Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor consist of, (1) financial activities and operations in Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor still rely on permanent donors; (2) makeshift facilities; (3) Inadequate human resources. The six obstacles faced in the tahfiẓ al-Qur'an program are (1) the saturation and laziness felt by the santri in carrying out established programs; (2) guarding the memorization of the Qur'an that has been memorized (3) guarding themselves from immorality. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research that produces descriptive data, namely a type of research that seeks to present data and actual facts about the management of Islamic education institutions in the tahfiẓ al-Qur'an program in Ma'had Umar Bin Al-Khattab University Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Data collection techniques used in this study were (1) interview (2) observation (3) documentation. For data analysis using descriptive techniques, the application is carried out in three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification.  The results of this study indicate that (1). There are internal and external factors (2). The impact caused in the application tahfidz lerning management model memorizing the holy qur’an program that high enthusiasm and motivation in memorizing the holy qur’an (3). The need to develop a comparative management of Islamic education institutions in the holy qur’an program, specially the management of Islamic education institutions of Rumah Yatim and Pesantren Ruhama Bogor. This study aims to reveal the comparative management of Islamic Education (Islamic Education) learning in Indonesia and Malaysia. The research method was a case study. The aspect of the study includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data collecting techniques were documents, archive records, interviews, and observations. The informant selection technique was a purposive sampling procedure from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Bego, Sembego, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Sekolah Rendah Malaysia (Malaysian Primary School) or Sekolah Kebangsaan (Malay-medium National Schools) Jelotong, Paritraja, Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. The results of the study show that both Indonesia and Malaysia produce similarities in terms of the stages of the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The uniqueness of other similarities can be found in choosing the topic of Islamic religious subjects in the learning process. In addition to the similarities, there are differences in the underlying philosophy of making an Islamic Education curriculum.

Abstract The article deals with the issue of forming competence of social responsibility in vocational training of future petroleum engineers in Ukraine and abroad. Various views on the essence of social responsibility, particularly by means of higher technical education, have been given. It has been stated that many scholars have thoroughly focused on the essence of social responsibility used by higher education systems of different countries. The article also emphasized that social responsibility can be examined in terms of obligation, reaction and responsiveness. Therefore, it has been presented that social responsiveness are actions that exceed social obligation and social reaction. Additionally, the essence of social responsibility appears to be associated with perseverance and self-discipline. The foreign pedagogical experience referring to social responsibility provides a focal aspect of the role of the professional educator and vocational training throughout the world. Comparative studies of social responsibility are quite infrequent, typically as opposed to other connected areas, like comparative management, law or governance. It is stressed on an instructive interference in learning activities which inquired to train future petroleum engineers more excellent to evaluate severely all pros and cons of social responsibility that is a way to integrating the concerns of the industry and society. Based on the analysis of scientific and reference sources and international documents it has been concluded that a high percentage of universities include social responsibility related subjects on their curriculum. Social responsibility is taught as either specific social responsibility subjects or as a part of various subjects on the academic curriculum.
