Using the Behaviour Change Wheel to Design an App to Change Tourist Behaviour and Increase Dispersal into Regional Areas

Currently, many tourism destinations are experiencing greatly reduced tourism due to COVID-19. In order to ensure that regions that wish to engage in tourism can share the benefits of it more equally, and to prevent the predicted future problem of overuse of popular areas once pre-COVID visitor numbers resume, an app to encourage tourists and leisure-seekers to change their behaviour and disperse into regional areas has been developed. The Behaviour Change Wheel was used to define the problem, find suitable intervention functions and design methods of delivery that could increase tourists’ capability, opportunity and motivation to disperse farther into regions. The Huon Valley of Tasmania, Australia, was used as a research area. Our application of the Behaviour Change Wheel methodology determined that active engagement in logistic, value-based, and social information has the greatest chance of changing behaviour in this region and a list of Behaviour Change Techniques has been developed and considered in the design of a gamified travel app.

Short Movies as a Solution for Religious Moderation Education

Indonesia has six recognized religions written in the 1945 constitution. Such diversity triggers for people to be tolerant of one another and develop modernity among others. In truth, religious diversity also has a complex problem. A problem often arises when it comes to viewpoints between people of different religions. The problem also became more complex by promoting information that was not yet clearly the source of information. The correct method for solving the problem is education. Education can be made a guide in future problem solving and today's knowledge in the modern era, digitization is already a new life for society. Education in the digital age can reach you through the making of audiovisual, in this case, a short garage. A short film presentation is both exciting and encouraging for people in viewing the film industry to be enjoyed by a variety of people, the effectiveness of education using short films should be able to give Indonesian understanding of the importance of moderation in religion.

THE IMPORTANCE OF FLORA ADMINISTRATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUARUJÁ (SP), BRAZIL

Objective – The study aimed to map, identify and catalog the tree species present in the municipality of Guarujá, Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista, State of São Paulo, used in the afforestation of the municipality. The criteria for the choice of species by the city were evaluated, aiming through this survey, future proposals for better management in the administration of inclusion of urban flora; inclusion of native species, prioritizing species that are attractive to the region's fauna. Methods - During the study, samples were taken in 5 (five) points of the city of Guarujá, with materials that present an equivalent representation of populations. The studies were carried out following seasonality, in order to observe the environmental influence on the distribution of plants. Results - Twelve families, 28 genera and 29 species were identified in the samples carried out in 117 streets in 5 districts, being 57 streets in the Vila Áurea district, 24 streets in the Jardim Progresso district, 10 streets in the Santa Rosa district, 12 streets in the Pitangueiras district and 10 streets in the Virginia Garden District. Conclusion - The interest in paying attention to plant species used in afforestation in the municipality of Guarujá is due to the fact that inappropriate afforestation is observed, sometimes planted by residents, without guidance and thus without technical criteria, thus creating a future problem, for example, causing problems urban areas such as pavement destruction, changes in the landscape and species that are not always attractive to fauna. Another fact that is also observed is the low diversity of species present, many of them exotic and not native to the region.

The Effectiveness of A Proposed Unit Based on Future Problem- Solving Skills in Developing Decision- Making Skills among Government Secondary School Students in Riyadh: فاعلية وحدة مُقترحة قائمة على مهارات حل المشكلات المستقبليَّة في تَنْمية مهارات اتخاذ القرارات لدى طالِبات المرحلة الثَّانوية الحكومية بمدينة الرياض

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of a proposed unit based on future problem- solving skills in developing the decision- making skills of government secondary school students in Riyadh. Using the descriptive and experimental approach, the tool was to test decision- making skills. Teacher manual; For the Occupational Problems Unit in the Work Environment. They were applied to a multi- stage randomized manner of 63 female students of the third year of secondary school, which was divided into: a control group that the occupational problems unit is taught in the work environment in the traditional way, and an experimental group that is taught using the occupational problems unit in the work environment based on problem- solving skills Future. The research found the effectiveness of the occupational problems unit in the work environment based on future problem- solving skills in developing decision- making skills as a whole. Where the experimental got a total mean (28.77 of 32) in contrast to the control obtaining a total mean (13.05 of 32) and the difference in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences at a significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the two groups, the experimental and the control in The post- test in decision- making skills as a whole in the vocational education course and the ETA square factor to measure the size of the effect was (0.97), and confirms that the size of the effect is (large), and the adjusted gain rate for Blake is (1.32), and reflects the great effectiveness of the proposed unit: the researcher recommends directing the curriculum officials in the Ministry of Education to take care of the development of future problem solving skills through the curriculum for their effectiveness in helping students to make decisions and benefiting from the flexibility of the vocational education curriculum in achieving future goals that help students identify their paths Professional.

Torrance's Future Problem-Solving Instruction: Developing Students' Problem-Solving Ability

The purpose of this research was to develop the problem-solving ability of grade 10th students by using Torrance’s future problem-solving instruction. The researchers used action research in this study. The target group consisted of fifteen 10th-grade students of the second semester in the 2019 academic year. Students who had problem-solving ability scores in low criteria showed lower than 70% of the full score. This study's research instruments were four lesson plans in the topic energy, problem-solving ability tests, observation form of problem-solving ability during lesson plans implementation, and students’ interviewing form in problem-solving ability. Data were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics. The finding showed that the problem-solving ability score of the target group increased in each action cycle. At the end of the fourth cycle, the problem-solving ability score of all students was above 70%. According to the results, Torrance's future problem-solving instructional model can help students improve their problem-solving ability.

The Effectiveness of Future Problem-Solving Program (FPSP) in Developing Creative Thinking Skills Among Gifted Students: Experimental Study

The study aimed at developing an enrichment program based on Future Problem Solving Program (FPSP), and revealing its impact on the development of creative thinking skills among 1st secondary grade gifted students in Al-Baha region. The experimental approach was used and a sample consisted of (24) students was selected. They were divided randomly into two groups: the experimental sample (14 students) and the control sample (10 students). The researchers developed the current study program based on the future problem-solving program (FPSP) and a creative thinking skills scale. The tool validity and reliability were extracted and checked. Results showed significant differences in the performance between the two groups (experimental and control) on the post-test in favor of the experimental group. There were also significant differences between the performance of the experimental group in the pre- posttest, in favor of the post-test on the scale and its different dimensions. This indicates the effectiveness of the enrichment program presented in the current study and its advantage in developing the creative thinking skills for gifted students in regular classroom. In addition, there was a significant difference between the performance of the experimental group in the post- follow-up test, in favor of the follow-up performance on the scale as a whole and its different dimensions.

Reducing Emissions, Forest Management and Multiactor Perspectives: Problem Representation Analysis of Laos REDD+ Programs

Every policy solution is embedded in a certain “problem representation” that is taken for granted and assumed by policymakers. This paper examines how emission reductions and forest management have been problematized for policymaking and solution implementation from multiple actors’ perspectives. Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+), particularly Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) programs, in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) serves as a demonstrative example. By applying the ‘What is the Problem Represented to be’ (WPR) approach as a poststructuralist method, this study first comparatively analyzes the general problem as represented by multiple actors, including the government, media, academia and civil society. In particular, queries such as what and how the “problem” is represented and what is not problematized are reflected during the analyses. Next, this research further examines the corresponding problematization gap based on drivers of deforestation and forest degradation and discusses the noncarbon benefits of FCPF in the rhetoric.
