That is the reason we offer a framework known as the Automated Medicine Alert System, the proposed framework will be intended to remind patients to take as much time as is needed and to give data about the patient's wellbeing status to both the patient and the patient's overseer. Here, the patient necessities to give a medicine, the subtleties of which have been given to him by a specialist to a page, after which the framework will store the heaviness of every tablet just as the all out weight of medication. At the hour of medication admission as indicated by the GSM module, the tablet will be determined by a 16-digit LCD screen, alongside a buzzer sound. The weight change is processed with the assistance of a gadget called a load cell subsequent to taking the medication and afterward contrasted with the past complete weight. The framework will send an affirmation email, i.e, an instant message to the patient and his overseer assuming any, subsequently, broke down dependent on changes in the heaviness of tablets.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi interpretation gap antara Generasi X dan Millennials Indonesia tentang tanda baca titik pada instant message. Sejak gaya komunikasi chatting muncul akibat populernya aplikasi instant message, tanda titik kehilangan fungsinya sebagai pemberi jeda dan pengakhir kalimat. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa tanda titik merupakan sebuah senjata untuk menunjukkan ironi, nada sinis, sikap agresif, dan ketidaktulusan. Tanda titik tidak hanya mengakhiri sebuah pesan, namun ia adalah pesan itu sendiri. Millennials menggunakan tanda titik untuk mengekspresikan kemarahan, sementara Generasi X tidak melihat adanya makna pada tanda baca tersebut. Kesenjangan pemahaman ini disebut sebagai interpretation gap yang dipengaruhi oleh aspek generasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe eksploratif. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam dengan Generasi X dan Millennials Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya penulisan dalam instant messaging akan mengimitasi gaya bicara pada percakapan tatap wajah. Generasi X cenderung menyelesaikan konflik secara to-the-point dan tegas, sementara Millennials cenderung bersikap pasif-agresif dan menghindari konfrontasi. Fakta ini merupakan akar dari pilihan simbol yang mereka gunakan untuk mengekspresikan kemarahan melalui media IM.

Sustainable Interpersonal Interaction: Research on Instant Message and Helping from the Perspective of Sender

Instant Messaging is widely used in people’s daily life because of its convenience and timeliness. People have to deal with this communication almost every day. At present, most of the researches focuses on the instant messages of the receiver, but rarely explores the perspective of the sender. Based on the conservation of resources theory, we propose a model that initiates communication indirectly affects one’s own follow-up helping behavior. The results showed that (a) Instant Message sent has a positive correlation with perceived work goal progress; (b) Perceived work goal progress mediates the relationship of Instant Message sent and helping; (c) The mediating effect of perceived work goal progress on the relationship between Instant Message sent and helping will be moderated by the usefulness of reply. Our study builds a framework to explain how sent instant messages can increase helping via perceived goal progress, broaden the knowledge of Instant Messaging and helping. The practical implications are further discussed.
