Abstract. The purpose of the research is to analyze the quality of sowing operations (flaws, sifting), the completeness of seedlings based on multispectral images. The research was carried out in accordance with the purpose of implementing the scientific and technical program “Transfer and adaptation of precision farming technologies in the production of crop production on the principle of "demonstration farms (landfills)” in Kostanay region" in 2019. Methods. To perform monitoring work, an unmanned aerial vehicle of an airplane type was used; a multispectral (MS) camera equipped with sensors of the main channels. Agrotechnical requirements have been developed taking into account the data of the electronic map of fields and the specifics of the region. The analysis of the state of crops using an information and analytical resource was carried out. Results. A survey of agricultural crops was conducted in order to obtain data on the state of the fields by an unmanned aerial vehicle. Aerial photography was performed with the Make sense Red-Edge multispectral camera at an altitude of 300 meters. The survey was carried out over 19 fields in five spectral ranges: blue, green, red, extreme red, near infrared. Aerial photography data are the initial data for the construction of orthophotoplanes, digital surface models, 3D-models. After conducting a flyby of the territory, the general condition of agricultural land was analyzed. Measurements are made on the reference fields using a portable device – an N-tester. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that aerial photography of spring wheat, which is at the stage of 3–4 leaves, was carried out, which revealed changes in the NDVI value, which during the ground survey confirmed an increase in the degree of clogging by annual millet weeds of the selected areas.

Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan meluncurkan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang salah satu kegiatannya adalah pertukaran pelajar. Namun adanya pandemik Covid-19 menyebabkan perkuliahan pada kegiatan pertukaran pelajar dilaksanakan secara jarak jauh (daring). Pembelajaran jarak jauh sering  menimbulkan masalah bagi mahasiswa seperti academic burnout, stres, dan kelelahan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri mahasiswa pada kegiatan pertukaran pelajar dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 20 mahasiswa dan wawancara pada 6 mahasiswa peserta kegiatan pertukaran pelajar di program studi PGSD UNS-UNY. Lima faktor untuk melihat efikasi diri dalam menyelesaikan pembelajaran daring; berinteraksi secara sosial dengan teman sekelas; menangani alat di CMS (Course Management System); berinteraksi dengan instruktur di pembelajaran daring; dan berinteraksi dengan teman sekelas untuk tujuan akademis (Shen et al., 2013). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efikasi diri mahasiswa pertukaran pelajar pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam kategori tinggi dan cukup tinggi. Mahasiswa memiliki keyakinan atau kepercayaan diri yang baik untuk mengikuti program transfer kredit dan berada pada kriteria tinggi.   The Ministry of Education and Culture launched merdeka belajar kampus merdeka program which one of the activities is student exchange. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the lecture activities in the meant programs is carried out remotely (online). Distance learning often poses problems for students such as academic burnout, stress, emotional fatigue. This study aims to determine the level of self-efficacy of the students who took part in the exchange program which conducted online. The method used in this research is mixed between survey and interview. Questionnaire was given to twenty students of PGSD UNS-UNY who join the exchange program through google form and six of them were interviewed. The results showed that the level of self-efficacy of UNS-UNY exchange student during distance learning is in moderate and high categories. It means that students have good self-confidence and in high criteria to join the credit transfer program. Researchers recommend further research to deepen information.

Tingkat stres yang dialami mahasiswa keperawatan program transfer selain kuliah sambil bekerja, mahasiswa juga dituntut untuk bisa menyesuaikan diri dengan sistem pembelajaran blok yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat stres mahasiswa keperawatan program transfer semester I dan semester III dalam mengikuti sistem pembelajaran blok di Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Riau dengan desain penelitian deskriptif komparatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 81 orang yang diambil dengan mengunakan sampling jenuh.Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner untuk variabel tingkat stres yaitu Depression Anxiety Stress Scala 42 (DASS 42).Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat menggunakan uji man-whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan umur 17-25 tahun sebanyak 54 orang (66,7%), jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 59 orang (72,8%) dan hampir seluruh responden tidak bekerja sebanyak 60 orang (74,1%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh p value (0,02) < α (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat berbedaan signifikan antara tingkat stres mahasiswa program transfer semester I dan semester III dalam mengikuti sistem blok di Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Riau. Kata kunci: mahasiswa, sistem blok, tingkat stres THE COMPARISONS OF STRESS LEVELS IN FIRST AND THIRD SEMESTER STUDENTS OF TRANSFER PROGRAM TAKING PART IN BLOCK LEARNING SYSTEM ABSTRACTStress levels among students of nursing department of transfer program are affected by not only having to work while studying but also adapting with block learning system that is used for their learning process. This study aimed at determining the comparisons of stress levels in first and third semester students taking part in block learning system at Nursing Faculty of University of Riau. It was a quantitative study using descriptive comparative design with cross sectional approach. A total sample of 81 participants for this study was selected using saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaire, with Depression Anxiety Stress Scala 42(DASS 42) applied to determine stress level variables. The univariate analysis was employed to determine frequency distribution, while the bivariate analysis used Mann Whitney test. The result depicted that 54 respondents (66.7%) were the age of 17-25, while 59 respondents (72.8%) were female, and almost all of the respondents 60 individuals, (74.1%) were not student-workers. The statistic test results showed that the p value was of (0.02) <α (0.05).The result that there were significant differences in stress levels between the first and third semester students taking part in block learning system at Nursing Faculty of University of Riau. Keywords: block curriculum system, stress levels, university students

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of electrical muscle stimulation on muscle atrophy caused by neuromyelitis optica. Two neuromyelitis optica patients with flaccid paralysis participated. The participants underwent a general rehabilitation program (transfer, balance, and gait training) and electrical muscle stimulation on the quadriceps femoris muscle of their paralyzed side. The change in the thickness of the vastus lateralis muscle ranged from −0.6 to 1.4 mm. These changes were minimal and did not indicate muscle atrophy. These findings suggest that in addition to general physiotherapy, electrical muscle stimulation seems safe and feasible in the acute phase of neuromyelitis optica.

Eksistensi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin di universitas negeri di Indonesia telah ditorehkan sejak 2009 hingga saat ini. Dalam perjalanannya yang masih relatif singkat, terdapat sejumlah tantangan, yakni penyediaan dosen, bahan ajar, kualitas lulusan, akreditasi, dan kerja sama antarprodi, antaruniversitas dengan universitas serta lembaga dalam dan luar negeri. Solusi yang dilakukan guna menghadapi berbagai tantangan tersebut adalah melalui Asosiasi Program Studi Bahasa Mandarin Indonesia (APSMI) yang telah didirikan pada 2015. Melalui APSMI sejumlah Prodi PBM dari PTN dan PTS berdiskusi dan telah merumuskan (1) Profil Lulusan selaras dengan level 7 KKNI, (2) Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan, (3) kerja sama, (4) penyelenggaraan workshop dan seminar baik nasional maupun internasional. Langkah berikutnya adalah Prodi PBM berturut serta dalam program-program yang dilontarkan oleh Dikti, yakni (1) Akreditasi, (2) Permata dan Transfer Kredit, dan (3) penyiapan pembukaan Prodi PPG untuk lulusan S-1 Prodi PBM. Status akreditasi Prodi PBM mayoritas masih bernilai C, karena belum terpenuhinya kecukupan dosen tetap PNS (di PTN penerimaan CPNS dan PNS sangat bergantung pada Pemerintah RI) dan pada saat visitasi belum ada lulusan. Program transfer kredit sudah diprogram dan direalisasikan Belmawa Dikti pada semester genap 2017/2018, sedangkan Prodi PPG masih dalam wacana.  Kata kunci: problematika, program studi, Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin, Indonesia The existence of the Mandarin Education Study Program at state universities in Indonesia has been inscribed since 2009 until today. In a relatively short journey, there are a number of challenges, namely the provision of lecturers, teaching materials, graduate quality, accreditation, and interpersonal cooperation, universities with universities as well as institutions within and outside the country. The solution to deal with these challenges is through the Association of Indonesian Language Studies Program (APSMI) which has been established in 2015. Through APSMI a number of PBM Study Programs from PTN and PTS discuss and formulate (1) Graduates' profiles are aligned with level 7 KKNI, 2) Graduate Learning Achievement, (3) cooperation, (4) organizing workshop and seminar both national and international. The next step is the successive PBM Study Program as well as in the programs directed by Dikti, namely (1) Accreditation, (2) Gems and Transfer of Credit, and (3) preparation of PPG Prodi for graduates of S-1 Prodi PBM. Most of the accreditation status of PBM Prodi is still worth C, because the insufficiency of permanent lecturers of civil servant (in PTN acceptance CPNS and PNS highly dependent on RI Government) and at the time of visitasi not yet there are graduates. Credit transfer program has been programmed and realized Belmawa Dikti in the even semester of 2017/2018, while Prodi PPG is still in the discourse. Universitas Bina Darma Palembang merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang memiliki banyak fakultas dan program studi. Untuk mengelola data akademik seperti penjadwalan, matakuliah, krs dan khs Universitas Bina Darma suda menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akademik yang sudah terintegrasi. Untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar Universitas Bina Darma juga telah menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle. Selama ini proses pengiriman data user, kelas, dan peserta kelas dilakukan dengan membuat program transfer data yang akan mentransfer data dari SIA ke Moodle. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah pertama jika ada perubahan data user seperti password dan lain sebagainya pada pertengahan semester  maka tidak bisa secara otomatis mensikron dari SIA ke Moodle, sama halnya dengan perubahan data pengajar atau peserta kelas pada pertengahan semester harus dilakukan secara manual pada moodle, kedua riwayat peserta kelas dan pengajarnyapun terhapus setiap semester, karena program tersebut mengosongkan data kelas dan pesertanya setiap semester, hal ini menyebabkan dosen harus membackup dan mengupload ulang materi dan tugas nya setiap semester. Mengatasi hal tersebut dengan metode action research  penulis membuat penelitian “External Database Sebagai Media Integrasi Sistem Informasi Akademik dengan Elaerning” sebagai solusinya. Penggunaan fitur External Database mengintegrasikan SIA dengan Moodle secara realtime, dan juga bisa mempertahankan riwayat mengajar dosen dan peserta kelas

Given the rising cost of higher education, many students begin their academic career in community college. For social work students, this can be a more affordable path to a BSW degree and potential eligibility for advanced standing. This administrative note describes the impact of one state's program-to-program transfer articulation agreement on three social work programs that created a viable transfer pathway for students. Statewide agreements can facilitate a seamless transfer for economically vulnerable students, many of whom come from the communities they will eventually serve. They also present challenges for program autonomy and raise questions for accredited social work education. The authors conclude with recommendations for social work education to promote a more diverse student body and clearer pathways for students who transfer.

Pendahuluan: Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme perawat dan keperawatan memberikan kesempatan kepada perawat untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang profesional dengan mengikuti pendidikan S1 Ilmu Keperawatan. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa alih jenjang yang menempuh pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan persepsi tentang profesi keperawatan dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa program alih jenjang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode: Sampel diambil dari mahasiswa alih jenjang sejumlah 78 orang. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa tentang profesi keperawatan sebagian besar dalam kategori cukup baik (60,3%) dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebagian besar dalam kategori motivasi tinggi (44,9%). Hasil uji korelasi gamma menunjukkan tidak ada korelasi bermakna antara persepsi responden terhadap profesi keperawatan dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa alih jenjang STIKes Wira Medika Bali dengan p value 0,121. Diskusi: Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena faktor jenis kelamin, umur dan pengalaman, dan kebutuhan STR Ners. Sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan, memiliki umur yang masih muda dengan pengalaman klinis yang mencukupi. Faktor tersebut mendukung terbentuknya motivasi yang belajar yang tinggi meskipun persepsi responden terhadap profesi keperawatan tergolong cukup baik.   Kata kunci : persepsi profesionalisme, motivasi belajar, mahasiswa keperawatan.   ABSTRACT Introduction: Efforts to improve nursing professionalism provide an opportunity for nurses to continue their education to the professional level by attending Bachelor of Nursing program. This led to an increase in the number of students who upgrade their education to the level of bachelor education. They may have different learning motivation than regular student who is recruited from senior high school. This study aimed to analyze the correlation of nursing profession perceptions with the motivation to learn student program transfer rate. Method: The research used cross sectional approach and recruited 78 students as respondents. Result: The results showed that the students 'perceptions of the nursing profession were mostly in fair category (60.3%) and the students' learning motivation was mostly in high motivation category (44.9%). Gamma correlation test results showed no significant correlation between nursing professionalism perceptions to the student learning motivation with p value 0.121. Discussion: This may be due to gender, age and experience, and the need for Registered Nurse Certificate. Most of the respondents were female, having a young age with sufficient clinical experience. These factors support the formation of high learning motivation although the perception of respondents to the nursing profession was fair.   Keywords: Professionalism perception, learning Motivation, nursing student

Management development programs of Bangladesh Civil Service are traditionally seen as a piecemeal approach; no linkage is found among program performance, transfer performance and career advancement of trained officials. Moreover, no effective mechanism is found in public organization to assess or monitor the issue of post-program transfer of training. The study employed an in-depth investigation into factors affecting post-program transfer of training. It made a detailed investigation into ultimate effectiveness of management development programs by examining contribution of three sets of influencing factors under individual characteristics, work environment (social and logistic support), and learning organizational practices on post-program transfer of training. The study was conducted on two management development courses like Advanced Course on Administration and Development (ACAD) and Senior Staff Course (SSC) by administering survey on purposively selected 212 graduated participants of both the courses. The findings of the study suggest that the predictors like post-program motivation and self-efficacy to transfer, peer support, learning organizational practices like collaboration and team learning and strategic link of transfer performance with career advancement have direct and positive influence on post-program transfer of training. The findings of the study would guide the policy planner to formulate prudent HRD policy and strategy linking training performance (performance of learning acquisition as well as post program transfer) and career advancement (placement and promotion).
