Outpatient Behavior Toward Utilizing of Health Service Insurance in A Private Hospital in Pekanbaru

The hospital has a very large role as a provider of health services to BPJS Health participants. The implementation of the BPJS Health program in the Hospital is inseparable from various problems such as BPJS participants who do not understand their rights and obligations as a result of lack of knowledge, community work related to BPJS Health, lack of exposure to information related to BPJS health to the attitudes and behavior of health workers towards patients. The purpose of the study was to find out what factors were related to the attitude of utilizing BPJS health services to outpatients in Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province. This was a quantitative analytic research with a cross-sectional design. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed that the variables significantly related to the attitudes of outpatients in the utilization of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) services namely knowledge (POR: 3.99; 95% CI; 1, 782-8,935), education (POR: 16, 67; 95% CI; 7,206-38,575) and exposure to information POR: 2.65; 95% CI; 1,228-5,704). It is recommended for health workers to further enhance their role in providing health promotion on health BPJS through integrated counseling by establishing cross-program and cross-sectoral cooperation including through integrated socialization from various parties involving ulemas, and community leaders through activities carried out by the community.

The effectiveness of an integrated counseling program on emotional regulation among undergraduate students with depression

PurposeThis study investigated the effectiveness of a new counseling program integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to promote emotional regulation (ER) among undergraduate students with depression.Design/methodology/approachAn interventional mixed method design was employed with the development of a qualitative method-based program using experimental and qualitative research. The sample consisted of 792 third-year undergraduate students at a public university in Bangkok. A total of 34 students with depression voluntarily enrolled and were divided into 2 groups. The 17 students in the experimental group received integrated counseling, while those in the control group received brochures. The effectiveness was evaluated using the self-assessment section on the ER scale and the Beck Depression Inventory form before and after counseling. When the program ended, qualitative research was conducted using in-depth interviews. In terms of quantitative research, the data were analyzed using one-way MANOVA and the qualitative research data used content analysis.FindingsThe mean scores for ER and depression in the experimental group before and after counseling were significantly different (p-value <0.05). Results were also significantly different from the control group (p-value <0.05). Students with depression showed improvements in ER in all six components after joining the program, including awareness, clarity, acceptance, impulse, goals and strategies.Originality/valueIntegrated counseling is an effective program that can increase ER and reduce depression among adolescents and can be an alternative program for depressive patients or other mood-regulating problems to promote ER.

The Effectiveness of Integrated Counseling on Pregnant Mothers to Improve Knowledge on Pregnant Mothers in Pematangsiantar City

Integrated counseling through lectures and booklets is an effort to increase knowledge on pregnant women in Pematangsiantar City. Second trimester pregnant women are the target to prevent children from starting in the womb as early as possible. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of integrated lectures on pregnant women in increasing maternal knowledge. The type of research used in this study was quasi-experiment (quasy eperiment) with a pretest-posttest design. The number of samples is 20 people per group. Data analysis used the Independent-Sample T-Test. The results showed that there was the effectiveness of integrated counseling in the form of lectures and booklets on knowledge before and after giving lectures and booklets with an average value of knowledge 10.35 to 16.55 which increased with the value of p = 0.0001 and increase the average attitude value of 31.70 becomes 42.15 with a value of p = 0,0001. Need to add booklet media in the activities of pregnant women in pregnant women.

Pengembangan Integrated Counseling Problem Solving Bagi Mahasiswa Berbasis Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) *Penelitian OPR UM Metro

Penelitian integrated counseling berbasis SIM ini memiliki rumusan masalah: Bagaimanakahpengembangan integrated counseling berbasis Sistem informasi? Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah: UntukMengetahui pengembangan integrated counseling berbasis Sistem informasi. Metode Penelitian : Metodedalam Penelitian menggunakan Mix Method (Metode campuran) penggabungan antara kualitatif dankuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan eksperimen terhadap mahasiswa program studi BimbinganKonseling dan prodi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Mahasiswa yang terlibatdalam pengembangan integrated counseling problem solving sebanyak 20 orang yang terbagi dalam 5mahasiswa di program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling dan 15 mahasiswa di program studi ilmukomputer.Luaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu: Luaran dalam Penelitian ini berupa artikel Ilmiah yangdipublikasikan dan berupa hasil pengembangan integrated counseling berbasis SIM.

PENGEMBANGAN POSBINDU LANSIA DI POSBINDU JERUK DESA CIPAYUNG KECAMATAN CIPUTAT KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN PROPINSI BANTEN

The increasing life expectancy of increasing the number of elderly people in Indonesia can have positive and negative impacts. The need for empowerment and enhancing the role of the community as well as empowering the public and private partnerships, for example, Elderly integrated counseling post (Posbindu) who conducts early detection and monitoring of risk factors for non-communicable diseases in an integrated, routine and periodic manner. The development of the Elderly Posbindu in the village of Cipayung, Ciputat sub-district according to the Guidelines, needs to be developed. The formulation and management of the development of the Elderly Posbindu program in Cipayung village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City. The incomplete Elderly Posbindu Cadre and the completeness of the Posbindu facilities according to the Ministry of Health's instructions encouraged us to develop the elderly Posbindu in Cipayung village, Ciputa District by comparing with the instructions from the Ministry of Health. After discovering the potentials, problems, and challenges in the development of the Posbindu Elderly in this region, we implemented a plan for the development of the elderly Posbindu Jeruk in the form of meeting the limited posbindu facilities, conducting non-communicable diseases counseling and training cadres in blood sugar level checks. The provision of health service facilities encourages the community to raise awareness of healthy lifestyles, invites the involvement of the elderly community in the health promotion program independently so that they become eager to live a healthy life and life expectancy is increased. Improving the quality of health workers in the context of prevention and increasing counseling in the health sector in the context of handling non-communicable diseases.ABSTRAK:Meningkatnya angka harapan hidup menambah jumlah lansia di Indonesia dapat berdampak positif dan negatif. Perlunya pemberdayaan dan peningkatan peran masyarakat serta pemberdayaan kemitraan pemerintah dan swasta, misalnya Posbindu Lansia yang melakukan kegiatan deteksi dini dan pemantauan faktor risiko Penyakit Tidak Menular secara terpadu, rutin, dan periodik. Masih belum terselenggarakannya Posbindu Lansia di desa Cipayung, kecamatan Ciputat sesuai Petunjuk, perlu dibuat pengembangannya. Terumuskannya dan menata laksana pengembangan program Posbindu Lansia di desa Cipayung Kecamatan Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan. Belum lengkapnya Kader Posbindu Lansia dan kelengkapan fasilitas posbindu sesuai petunjuk kemenkes mendorong kami melakukan pengembangan posbindu lansia di desa Cipayung Kecamatan Ciputa dengan cara membandingkan dengan syarat petunjuk dari Kemenkes. Setelah ditemukan potensi, permasalahan dan tantangan dalam pengembangan Posbindu Lansia di wilayah ini, kami menerapkan rencana pengembangan posbindu lansia Jeruk berupa pemenuhan fasilitas posbindu yang masih terbatas, mengadakan penyuluhan penyakit tidak menular dan melatih kader dalam pemeriksaan kadar gula darah. Penyediaan sarana pelayanan kesehatan mendorong masyarakat meningkatkan kepedulian pola hidup sehat, mengajak keterlibatan masyarakat lansia pada program sosialisasi kesehatan secara mandiri sehingga kembali bersemangat untuk hidup sehat dan angka harapan hidup menjadi meningkat. Meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kesehatan dalam rangka pencegahan serta peningkatan penyuluhan di bidang kesehatan dalam rangka penanggulangan penyakit tidak menular
