Agricultural IOT (Internet of things) is the integration of modern information and communication technology in agriculture. Based on 6LoWPAN wireless sensor networks, this paper puts forward a real-time monitoring system to agricultural environment, in order to improve the function of modern agricultural greenhouse control system. This system uses the 6LoWPAN as backbone to reach the goal of point-to-point communication between NGI (next generation Internet) and wireless sensor networks signed with IPv6. It is no specific gateway to protocol transition and carrying which makes it possible to realize real-time monitoring and controlling of agricultural environment, reduce energy consumption, shorten the delay time.

In deep wells and ultra-deep wells the complex geological conditions often result in serious casing wear. In order to obtain the wear efficiency which is used to compute the wear depth of downhole casing, the ring block drillpipe casing wear tester is developed. The measure and control system which include the measure circuits of contact forces between casing and drillpipe samples, the measure circuits of the friction forces are main component of wear tester. It is very important to design the measure and control system of tester. The paper also develops the calibration method of the loads sensors used to measure the contact and friction force. The wear tester can accurately measure the wear efficiency and the friction coefficient needed by casing wear prediction.

This paper is focused on the measure and control system for large pumping station auxiliary equipments. The design of system has advantages as follows, functions of sensing measure, compensation calculation and policy control are decentralized to the intelligent measure and control equipments in the field improve stability and reliability of the system; digitalized application eliminates the analog signal transmission errors and fundamentally improves the accuracy of measure and control; CAN-Bus has a higher data transfer rate and distribution capacity of bus resources; isolated CAN-Bus design makes the system anti-overvoltage ability strong; simple requirements of communication network wiring highlight the economy of the system. The application of the system is also described in the paper.

Based on the STC89C52 MCU as the core, this paper designs the measure and control system for temperature and humidity in general storeroom. The system includes two parts: hardware circuits design and software design. The hardware circuits include MCU smallest system, temperature and humidity signal acquisition circuit, keyboard circuit, LCD display circuit, control circuit and alarm circuit; the software includes main program and subroutines (temperature and humidity setting, acquisition, display and overrun processing, etc.). Through system function debugging, the system can realize the temperature and humidity information acquisition, display and control.

In order to improve the testing efficiency of the cylinder leakage, a measure and control system based on LabVIEW is put forwards into application. This paper introduces a method of cylinder leakage calculation and proposes a cylinder leakage standard curves analysis method, and designs the hardware system mainly using the Mitsubishi PLC and the Art USB5935 acquisition card and the software system based on LabVIEW.
