The goal of this contribution is an application of the Linear General Model Predictive Control (LGMPC). In this paper, stability of the LGMPC is proven by means of a demonstration of a Theorem stating a sufficient and constructive condition. This condition can be applied for calculating the weight matrices of the cost function in the optimisation problem in LGMPC. Lower bounds conditions are found for one of these matrices and then a system with saturation is taken into consideration. The conditions could be interpreted and discussions through physical aspects. The obtained results were tested by means of computer simulations and an example with a recover water process is considered.

Given the importance of news in preparing children for their role as active citizens in society, insight into how negative news can be delivered to children most optimally is warranted. In this regard, this study examined the usefulness of constructive news reporting (i.e. solution-based news stories including positive emotions). An experiment ( N = 281 children, 9–13 years old) was conducted to investigate how constructive, compared to nonconstructive, news reporting affected recall of television news, and whether negative emotions elicited by this news mediated this relation. Analyses of covariance revealed that children in the constructive condition displayed a lower recall of the general information about the event. In contrast, their recall of constructive stories was better compared to the recall of comparable, but nonconstructive, stories by children in the nonconstructive condition. Fear and sadness elicited by the news did not mediate the relation between news reporting style and recall. Instead, constructive reporting directly induced smaller increases in fear and sadness than nonconstructive reporting. To conclude, the negative aspects of the news event were less prominently available in memory of children exposed to constructive news.

The methodological basis of scientific research and professional managerial education are the classical and elaborating approaches. Their statement and use are realized in traditional, innovative, and aggregated forms, and it becomes a constructive condition for improving the research and education process in the management area. From this positions justification, statement and application of a rapid development methodology in a process oriented management format are realized. Anticipatory orientation lays a creative potential of thinking, forms an innovative development activity, as well as provides an assimilation and implementation of objective for an urgent result achievement. The rapid development priority provides assimilation of professional knowledge, practical abilities and applied skills of learners with development’s constructive resource, formulation and implementation of impact goals. This methodology becomes a universal basis for assimilation and application of necessary for the practice, innovatively oriented competences of a manager.
