Based on the questionnaire data and the (ordered) logit and probit models applicable to binary discrete variables, this paper conducts in-depth research on the factors that influence whether college students are employed or not and the factors that influence employment satisfaction. The research found that gender, whether they have gone abroad or studying abroad, whether they have passed the second-level computer test, whether they are clear about their job search goals and positioning, and the definition of exciting offers in the minds of talents are the main factors affecting the employment of college students; commuting time, internal pressure within the company, the degree of self-valued, the social status with colleagues, and the degree of correspondence between profession and work are the main factors affecting job satisfaction.
