Background: A pain in the neck and shoulder region is referred to as tension neck syndrome. Symptoms include neck and shoulder muscular discomfort, pain, tiredness, and stiffness, as well as headaches. Palpable stiffening patches, sensitive sots, and spasms on the trapezius or sternocleidomastoid muscles may be identified during the physical examination, which are commonly coupled with neck pain on the opposing side, as well as a decreased range of flexion, extension, or rotation. Tension neck syndrome is a prevalent occurrence among computer                 users. Methods: The participants (n=30) will be recruited in the study suffering from tension neck syndrome and meeting the inclusion criteria. Two groups will be formed such that patients in group A will be treated by myofascial release technique whereas group B will be treated by conventional therapy. The protocol will cover 2 weeks of treatment. Regular assessment will be carried out. In the rehabilitation period, we will evaluate activity of daily living. Our outcome measures will be Neck Disability Index (NDI) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Discussion: Tension neck syndrome is more common in women than in men, and it is linked to computer users including office professionals, students, and others. Efficacy of the myofascial release technique verses conventional therapy will be evaluated by using Neck Disability Index (NDI) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The result of the study will significantly provide affirmation on using myofascial release technique verses conventional therapy in tension neck syndrome patients.

The existing tools and models for managing stakeholders of the project are analyzed. It is known that effective interaction with stakeholders positively affects on various aspects of project management. The article focuses on the need for stakeholder analysis as an integral part of the project. Great interest in this topic is related to the fact that the best results are shown by organizations that in the course of their work create value for all stakeholders. It is known that in the fifth edition of the PMBoK standard, stakeholder management was highlighted as a new independent branch of project management knowledge. Today, existing methods are intended for the level of contractors: project managers, management team, office professionals. But for the upper echelons of power there are no relevant management models. But this is the level of strategic decisions, on which about 50% of the success depends on.The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches and stakeholder analysis models that allow to identify, evaluate the characteristics of the importance, strength, relevance of stakeholders and, depending on this, outline a strategy for managing interaction with them. It is concluded that existing methods, as a rule, consider the relationship between stakeholders and companies, but do not take into account the specifics of the project. Analyzed models and tools can be divided into 3 categories: quantitative, qualitative and complex. Quantitative models generate numerical data that can be converted to numbers. Qualitative models produce non-numerical data (visualization). Comprehensive - Combine several qualitative and quantitative models, or a combination of them. In addition, quantitative models are often complex tools that can only be used as part of an automated computing system. Thus, the development of effective methods for managing stakeholders in projects and programs is an urgent task.

Social Sciences literature has produced various conceptualisations of professional competence, in addition to models and taxonomies for its perception, assessment and acquisition. The need remains for a holistic model that addresses the varied use of this term. My study contributes to the efforts to develop such a model by investigating how office professionals perceive and negotiate the meaning of competence in interaction. Phase I combines thematic and interactional analyses of individual interview responses to visual stimuli from the sitcom W1A. Phase II combines thematic and interactional analyses of follow-up individual and group interviews with multimodal analysis of the visual stimuli. Four conceptualisations were present in my sample. Three were context-independent: competence as a level of attainment; competence as a set of characteristics required for an individual to fulfil a role; and competence as a set of characteristics required to fulfil a role, subject to training. The other was a dual construction in which competence denotes a set of characteristics required to fulfil a role and, in respect to a given role, denotes any characteristic required for that role. I suggest a multifaceted model that constructs professional competence as a level of attainment and defines context-dependent competencies required for ‘competent’ and ‘expert’ practitioners.   To cite this paper please use the following details: Wall, H.
