Some Aspects of Geometric Constants in Modular Spaces

In this paper, we generalize the typical geometric constants of Banach spaces to modular spaces. We study the equivalence between the convexity of modular and normed spaces, and obtain the relationship between ρ-Neumann-Jordan constant and ρ-James constant. In particular, we extend the convexity and smoothness modular, and obtain the criterion theorems of the uniform convexity and strict convexity.

Generalised Presic Type Operators in Modular Metric Space and an Application to Integral Equations of Caratheodory Type Functions

Extending the Presic type operators to modular spaces, we introduce generalised Presic type w -contractive mappings and strongly w -contractive mappings in a modular metric space and establish fixed-point theorems for such contractions in modular spaces. Ulam–Hyers stability of the fixed-point equation involving Presic type operators is also discussed. Our results extend and generalise some known results in the literature. The results are supported by appropriate example and an application to Caratheodory type integral equation.

A Fixed Point Approach to the Hyers-Ulam-Rassias Stability Problem of Pexiderized Functional Equation in Modular Spaces

In this paper, we consider pexiderized functional equations for studying their Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability. This stability has been studied for a variety of mathematical structures. Our framework of discussion is a modular space. We adopt a fixed-point approach to the problem in which we use a generalized contraction mapping principle in modular spaces. The result is illustrated with an example.

On Invariant Approximations in Modular Spaces

This article is devoted to presenting results on invariant approximations over a non-star-shsped weakly compact subset of a complete modular space by introduced a new notion called S-star-shaped with center f: if be a mapping and , . Then the existence of common invariant best approximation is proved for Banach operator pair of mappings by combined the hypotheses with Opial’s condition or demi-closeness condition

Nadler’s Theorem on Incomplete Modular Space

This manuscript is focused on the role of convexity of the modular, and some fixed point results for contractive correspondence and single-valued mappings are presented. Further, we prove Nadler’s Theorem and some fixed point results on orthogonal modular spaces. We present an application to a particular form of integral inclusion to support our proposed version of Nadler’s theorem.

Measures of noncompactness in modular spaces and fixed point theorems for multivalued nonexpansive mappings

This paper is devoted to state some fixed point results for multivalued mappings in modular vector spaces. For this purpose, we study the uniform noncompact convexity, a geometric property for modular spaces which is similar to nearly uniform convexity in the Banach spaces setting. Using this property, we state several new fixed point theorems for multivalued nonexpansive mappings in modular spaces.
