The wanton growth of non-performing financial assets is fatal to the entire financial industry. Based on the research background, significance and content of financial non-performing assets, this paper first expounds the concept, classification and formation reasons of financial non-performing assets; secondly, it enumerates the common methods of financial non-performing assets appraisal in China; then, the method is applied to an actual case; finally, this paper analyzes the application of the method in the evaluation of non-performing financial assets, and summarizes the full text. The research shows that: when the problems of incomplete debtor information, complex causes, involving a large number of related parties and related assets make it difficult to carry out the evaluation work, the comprehensive factor analysis method provides more possibilities.

One of the most important research topics in the financial area during de the last years has been the capital assets appraisal or the appraise of shares. This seeks two determine the explanatory factor of the rate of return for a specific portfolio. The CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model and the APT (Arbitrage Pricing Theory), both capital asset evaluation models, are hereby presented. En el área de Finanzas, uno de los tópicos de investigación más importantes en os últimos años, ha sido la Valuación de Activos de Capital ó Valuación de Acciones. Esta pretende determinar los factores que explican la tasa de retorno de un portafolio determinado. El CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) y el APT (Arbitrage Pricing Theory), los dos modelos de valuación de activos de capital desarrollados hasta ahora, son presentados aquí. Las características principales de ambos modelos que se explican aquí son lossupuestos necesarios para desarrollarlos, sus planteamientos y la prueba practica en el portafolio de telecomunicaciones, utilizando variables macroeconómicas, financieras y operativas, llevado a cabo para contrastarlos con la realidad.

The accuracy of highway asset value is increasingly important , the paper analysis the problems aiming at the existing highway assets appraisal,which classify all kinds of highway asset, and choose the suitable method . Especially to the evaluation of highway assets which not suitable to the old methods,taking the highway assets which need extension as an example, this paper use the hypothetical development method evaluate its potential value, and analysis the principle, apply the calculation steps, process and summarize the data which is the most important information throughout the entire paper.
