Intelligent Control Method of Hoisting Prefabricated Components Based on Internet-of-Things

Prefabricated buildings are widely used because of their green environmental protection and high degree of industrialization. However, in construction process, there are some defects such as small wireless network coverage, high-energy consumption, inaccurate control, and backward blind hoisting methods in the hoisting process of prefabricated components (PC). Internet-of-Things (IoT) technology can be used to collect and transmit data to strengthen the management of construction sites. The purpose of this study was to establish an intelligent control method in the construction and hoisting process of PC by using IoT technology. Long Range Radio (LoRa) technology was used to conduct data terminal acquisition and wireless transmission in the construction site. The Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), Global Positioning System (GPS), and other multi-sensor fusion was used to collect information during the hoisting process of PC, and multi-sensor information was fused by fusion location algorithm for location control. Finally, the feasibility of this method was verified by a project as a case. The results showed that the IoT technology can strengthen the management ability of PC in the hoisting process, and improve the visualization level of the hoisting process of PC. Analysis of the existing outdated PC hoisting management methods, LoRa, IMU, GPS and other sensors were used for data acquisition and transmission, the PC hoisting multi-level management and intelligent control.

Alarm on Clearance Executive Monitor Instrument Landing System (ILS) Glide Path 36 PERUM LPPNPI Manado Branch Office

ILS equipment is one of the landing navigational aids using radio waves as an instrument (non-visual) which is used by pilots in carrying out aircraft approach and landing procedures at an airport. The problem is the Instrument Landing System (ILS) on the Glide Path (GP) equipment on Runway 36. Glide Path has a monitor that functions to monitor the signal to be emitted by the antenna, the signal to be monitored is processed by the detector module, there are 3 detectors including COURSE CSB detector, COURSE SBO detector, and CLEARANCE detector. The signal coming from the antenna will be detected (sampled) by each detector and then forwarded to the monitor module for processing and the results are displayed on the PMDT (Portable Maintenance Data Terminal) monitor. When the value of the monitor reading exceeds the limit of the tolerance value that has been set, a pre-alarm / alarm will occur. The results obtained that the Clearance detector module on the panel box monitoring combining network connected to the monitor reading was damaged, so replacing the detector module and resetting the selectors on the panel box as well as calibrating and normalizing are the problem-solving steps.

THE PUBLIC RELATION LITIGATION STRATEGIES OF PT POS INDONESIA COMMUNICATION DIVISION IN DEALING WITH THE PROCUREMENT OF PERSONAL DATA TERMINAL

Abstract, Strategic Public Relations is the way that has been planned to obtain a certain result. The result can be the purpose or goal of the objectives to be achieved by the company. Likewise with PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) which is handling the crisis through Litigation Public Relations. Crisis management must be done quickly and accurately so it requires careful planning. The purpose of this descriptive study was to determine strategies Public Relations Corporate Communications team, especially when the crisis is still being processed in court. Public Relations strategy is tailored to the stage of settling disputes in court. Agency culture and the banality of risk

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role that agency culture, training, and supervision play in the rates of on-the-job seatbelt use among peace officers, as well as other officer safety-related driving concerns such as cell phone use, Mobile Data Terminal use, and other sources of distraction. Design/methodology/approach – Based on semi-structured interviews with California peace officers. Findings – This study found an array of agency culture issues related to on-duty collisions, including distraction, failure to follow policy or procedure, fatigue, self-selection processes among officers and agencies, supervision and field training processes, morale issues, and family/lifestyle issues. Originality/value – To explain these agency culture findings, this paper introduces the concept of the “banality of risk” to understand why many officers choose not to use risk-attenuating equipment. The findings are suggestive of a set of best practices that agencies could consider regarding in-vehicle officer safety.
