As Gansu accelerates the building of green eco-industrial system, improving the quality and efficiency of cultural tourism industry has become an important driving force for the transformation of economic quality. To effectively optimize economic structure with tourism resources, a measurement index system of cultural tourism and urban economic development is established, based on which the coordination development model on cultural tourism and urban economy of Gansu is established. The paper can provide theoretical basis for evaluating, tracking and comparing the coordination level between cultural tourism and urban economy of Gansu. It can provide city managers with decision-making basis on developing cultural tourism, protecting cultural heritage and enhancing the comprehensive urban development level.

Against the present background of trade protectionism and anti-globalization, an independent and controllable high-end equipment manufacturing industry has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. Based on industrial safety and some related theories, this paper analyzes the connotation of an independent and controllable high-end equipment manufacturing industry, constructs a measurement index system of it with patent information, and designs a solution by a combination of “Entropy Method + TOPSIS”. At the end of the paper, by using the relevant data of global patent database, the offshore equipment manufacturing industry is taken as an example to measure its ability of independence and controllability. The results show that the measurement index data is consistent with the development status of China's offshore equipment manufacturing industry, which verifies the effectiveness of the index system and measurement method.

The main contributions of the research include the following aspects: the information index constructed by searching information on Baidu’s web pages through crawler algorithm is adopted for the first time to improve the gravity model, which is then incorporated into the same framework with urban flow model and geo-economics relationship model; a new traffic accessibility model considering both passenger and freight transport is established; a comprehensive measurement index system covering seven aspects of space, industry, transportation, market and so on is constructed to quantitatively measure the development level of urban integration in Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou from 2004 to 2016. The results show that the development trend of urban integration in the three cities is obvious and periodic during the research period. However, serious problem of industrial convergence still exists between Yangzhou and Zhenjiang and the relationship between them is a competitive geo-economics relationship. In addition, it is necessary to further integrate the factor market and enhance the sharing of infrastructure and the equalization of public services in Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou.

Confirmation warehouse financing is an important model in supply chain finance. This type of financing has special characteristics due to the existence of the reverse repurchase link, and it increases the risk commitment of the core enterprise at a certain level. Previous research on supply chain financial risk mostly settled in ‘all-industry, multi-model’, ignoring the special risks of single mode. To supplement the vacancies in the current research, the special risks of supply chain finance should be identified under a single model. On this basis, a measurement index system for confirmation warehouse financing risk is created. The article uses a Back Propagation (BP) neural network to build a Third Party Logistics (3PL) perspective of the risk measurement model for confirmation warehouse financing. The said network is combined with the 24 sets of actual cases from ZY Logistics. MATLAB is used to train the sample data. Results show that the absolute errors—0.042998, −0.011102, 0.020514 and 0.039448—between the training value and the predicted value are smaller than the preset error value. Among the 24 cases, high-risk businesses reached 41.7%, whereas low-risk businesses only accounted for 29.2%. The ZY enterprise confirms that warehouse financial business risk is high, and this situation should be revised. Research shows that the risk measurement indicator system has good risk prediction ability. This study establishes and verifies the rationality of the risk measurement index system and provides a reliable reference for 3PL risk aversion in supply chain finance.

International capacity cooperation is easily affected by the interweaving of its internal and external environment. As the risk accumulation exceeds the threshold, a supply chain crisis and even emergency will occur and serious losses will be caused. Regarding multinational operation and international capacity cooperation, 208 cases were summarized to identify risk types and high-incidence areas, and a risk measurement index system was established. A Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to evaluate the importance of each risk index. It was found that country risk was the main cause of supply chain emergencies in international capacity cooperation. Construction, water and electricity supply, mining and manufacturing were major areas of emergencies. In international capacity cooperation, country risk and cross-cultural risk were more important in external risks, while in internal risk, financial risk and decision risk were more important.

On the basis of learning form many scholars' research achievements, this paper goes into the distinctive group of pharmaceutical professional students. And combined with the requirements of job market for college students' cultural capital, this paper comprehensively analyzes pharmaceutical professional students' cultural capital meanwhile, and puts forward the definition of pharmaceutical professional students' cultural capital for the first time. Through the way of knowledge-transference, environment influence and their own practice, the pharmaceutical professional students translate the human outstanding culture achievements into their character, values and professional spirit, turning into their relatively stable inner quality and behavioral pattern in the process of pharmaceutical education. It is mainly shown as kindheartedness spirit, scientific spirit and craftsman spirit. So far, a unified standard of measuring college students' cultural capital has not formed. In this paper, through literature review and combined with the research purpose, the measurement for pharmaceutical professional students' cultural capital is finally implemented into the measurement for the main connotation of cultural capital, which is kindheartedness spirit, scientific spirit and craftsman spirit. Through the questionnaire survey data, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are processed, and finally the measurement index system of pharmaceutical professional students' cultural capital is built, which passes the testing of validity and reliability.

In the increasingly competitive market, the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in China, which dominate the national economy, have to take actions to enhance their competitive advantages in response to the competition. On one hand, competitive advantage of a company has impacts on its performance. On the other hand, the enterprise needs to develop competitive strategies related to its goals. Therefore, the two elements interact with each other. However, most scholars only focus on one aspect to do research, which resulted in incomplete findings. This article summarizes the development process of performance measurement in China and Western countries, based on performance measurement theory, and points out the disadvantages of the performance measurement system of state-owned enterprises in China. In addition, competitive strategies of company are sorted out. On the basis of existing research results, the article built a performance measurement index system which is used as a theoretical tool for case study. Then, through theoretical analysis and case studies of the two state-owned enterprises in the civil airline industry (China Eastern Airlines Corporation and China Southern Airlines Corporation), this article comprehensively analyzes and compares performance measurement of the two companies and the industry environment, suggests relevant competitive strategies for both companies. Finally, this article sums up the research results and makes suggestions for performance improvement.
