This paper is devoted to the analysis of term generation in the field of computer science and i-net communication using the native word-formative tools of the Ukrainian language. Particular attention is paid to the functioning of such neologisms in common usage (linguistic usus). Ukrainian electronic resources are used as a research material and verification tool. Morphemic, word-formative and comparative analysis of derivatives and the method of periphrasis allowed us to determine the reasons for the production of appropriate and inappropriate special names that can compete with English borrowings in this field.

The digitization of information medium not only provides great convenience for the access of information, but also evidently improves the efficiency and accuracy of information expression. Especially with the development of modern net-communication technique, the exchange and transmission of data becomes very easy. The paper proposes a new image watermarking algorithm —— DCT-domain binary image watermarking algorithm. The algorithm is a blind detection algorithm without the needs of host primary image in the process of extracting watermark. The added watermarking information has good invisibility. And it has better anti-attack capability on JPEG attack of watermarking attack method.

This study intends to investigate PHS phone and its application in an elementary school. The interview process targeted on the projector who directed the plan of PHS phone from an experimental elementary school located in Kaohsiung County, southern Taiwan. She joined all of digital experimental project and observed interaction between the parents and their own children in that specific elementary school. In the experimental period, the projector observed each parents using a PHS phone through message transmission and mobile net communication, and the parents discussed and shared feelings with the teacher and other parents through using PHS phone. The research summarized the projector’s ideas and provided references opinion information to instruction designers and mobile learning projectors to develop further innovative instruction.

This article highlights that manufacturers have been designing remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) that are directly powered by electric motors to improve their energy efficiency, and to reduce their weight and size. Alstom Schilling Robotics developed the Quest to compete with 100- to 150-hp hydraulic ROVs in such underwater tasks as offshore construction support, remote tool deployment, object recovery, salvage, surveying, and mapping. The Quest’s Sea Net communication and telemetry system carries signals over a single optical fiber to and from modular hubs affixed to the ROV, TMS, and accessories, including sensors, cameras, lights, thrusters, and tools. The greater mass of hydraulic-powered ROVs gives them an advantage over electric vehicles in rough seas, where greater stability is needed. To operate in looser soil that cannot support the trencher, the tracks can be removed and replaced with skids, so that the trencher’s power can be directed to its thrusters.
