Рассматривается структура системы информационной поддержки процессов принятия решений оператором АЭС в оперативных условиях. Анализируются функциональные возможности системы информационной поддержки оператора (СИПО) на примере Нововоронежской атомной электростанции (НВ АЭС). Данная система дает возможность оператору, управляющему распределенным комплексом технологических объектов АЭС, проводить качественный анализ и обработку больших объемов сложностpуктурированной информации и принимать своевременные адекватные решения в темпе реального времени. Кроме того, рассматривается объект управления и его структура, приводятся рекомендации, направленные на увеличение функциональных возможностей СИПО на базе искусственных нейронных сетей. Одной из многочисленных функций СИПО является прогнозирование состояния объекта управления на основе реализации программно-технологического комплекса модели энергоблока (ПТК МЭ). Однако существующая модель не способна учесть все факторы, влияющие на производственный процесс. Альтернативой здесь выступает искусственная нейронная сеть, которая в процессе обучения может сформировать искомые зависимости между большим числом параметров объекта управления и получить более полный и достоверный прогноз. Предложена структура искусственной нейронной сети на базе нечёткой системы вывода, которая реализует возможности нейронных сетей и нечеткой логики We considered the structure of the information support system for decision-making by the NPP operator in operational conditions. We analyzed the functional capabilities of the operator information support system (SIPO) using the example of the Novovoronezh nuclear power plant (NV NPP). This system provides the operator managing the distributed complex of NPP technological facilities to carry out high-quality analysis and processing of large volumes of complex structured information and make timely adequate decisions in real time. In addition, we considered the control object and its structure and made recommendations aimed at increasing the functionality of the SIPO based on artificial neural networks. One of the many functions of the SIPO is to predict the state of the control object based on the implementation of the software and technological complex of the power unit model. However, the existing model is not able to take into account all the factors influencing the production process. An alternative here is an artificial neural network, which in the learning process can form the required dependencies between a large number of parameters of the control object and get a more complete and reliable forecast. The proposed structure of an artificial neural network based on a fuzzy inference system, which implements the capabilities of neural networks and fuzzy logic

— The purpose of the work is to analyze the main problem areas and the possibilities of introducing an information support system for making management decisions (controlling) in the activities of managers of modern medical organizations. The work used bibliographic, descriptive-analytical, general scientific, methods of system and content analysis. As a result of the study, the prospects for the use of controlling tools in preventive and clinical medicine, including in activities directly related to the treatment of patients, have been substantiated; a number of indicators have been proposed for monitoring and assessing the health status of the population; an assessment was made of the possibilities of using the decision-making information support system in the management of a medical organization; the main directions of further implementation of IT-technologies in healthcare practice are presented. The results obtained in the course of the study will significantly improve the quality of management decisions made and the effectiveness of the activities of modern medical organizations.

Abstract The present research aims to develop a scientific basis for information support system for studying environmental aspects of the economic development of border regions. The relevance of this goal stems from the peculiarities of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative’ border regions in Russia, China and Kazakhstan in terms of various aspects of economy-environment interaction in specific territories. Based on the generalization of analytical materials and scientific publications, we propose the ways to form a system of information support for the studying, which can be used to develop an ecological and economic integration policy of border regions. Approbation of the approach proposed by the authors was carried out within the framework of the scientific research program of the Baikal Institute of Nature Management SB RAS.

This article is focused on the current issue of developing an operator information support system (OISS) for the Novovoronezh NPP II project. One of the main reasons to raise this topic is the MCR operator’s overload with data due to the greatly increased information flows related to the VVER-1200 Process I&C compared to the serially produced VVER-1000 power units. The other important reason, in the authors’ opinion, is the increased volume of existing procedures in hard copy due to the strengthened requirements for their registration and attempts to describe all possible failures and deviations in the programs and plant evolution sheet, which complicates the work on them. In the era of ubiquitous digitalization, the paper procedures can only distract the attention of the operator, who is overloaded with information even without that. The obvious solution is to create a system providing automatic collection and analysis of information. In addition, the functionality of the operator information support system allows the use of operating experience, thus minimizing the impact of the human factor. The lack of knowledge or experience could be especially challenging with procedures being applied infrequently, for example, for starting up and shutting down the unit. The authors consider the development and functionality of interactive procedures and applicable requirements for them. Particular attention is paid to the ergonomics of the workplace and the convenience of operating personnel working with an interactive procedure. Since the transition from the paper version of the programs can cause problems with reading the procedures and, ultimately, lead to the failure of the unit start-up time, the personnel of the operating station were directly involved in the development of the interactive programs. Based on the review results, conclusions were made about the correctness of the approaches in developing the interactive procedures and validated solutions to be disseminated for all routine operations.

The article considers the role and features of the organization of the information support system in the implementation of strategic programs for the development of the municipality. The main purpose of the information support system in the implementation of strategic programs for the development of the municipality is determined. The basic requirements for information that is used in the process of implementing programs of a strategic nature for the development of a municipality are proposed. The classification of information on the implementation of such programs into external and internal, which in turn are divided into subgroups, is proposed. The author’s definition of the concept «information support for the implementation of strategic programs for the development of the municipality «is also proposed. The author came to the conclusion that a properly organized system of information provision should be given the opportunity to assess the prospects of implementation of programs of strategic character development of the municipality, to make a forecast, to control the execution of these programs allow to analyze the pace of implementation of these programmers, to develop measures to improve the implementation of strategic development programs of the municipality.

The purpose of the article is to determine the information-significant indicators of technical and tactical actions in the competitive process of qualified handball players of different roles using the information support system. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature and data of the Internet; content-analysis of scientific and methodical materials of a complex scientific group; pedagogical observations; analysis and expert interpretation of indicators of technical and tactical actions in the competitive process; ascertaining pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Literature data show that the issues of creating an information support system in the process of determining information-significant indicators of technical and tactical handball actions of players of various roles remain unresolved. It is established that the complex of selected coefficients, indices and calculated values creates the technology of express evaluation of indicators of technical and tactical actions in the competitive process of qualified handball players of different game roles, to obtain individual, group and team indicators. It is shown that the information support system, which contains computer programs «InfoHandball» and «StatsHBall», is effective for calculation, analysis and express evaluation of integrated parameters of competitive activity of handball players in a match, series of matches or tournament. Conclusions. According to the indicators of thrown balls (goals) there is a tendency: the highest indicators of the player of the role of «left midfielder», the average indicators of players of the role of «left extreme» and «linear», with minimum-sufficient indicators of handball players of other roles («right extreme», «right middle», "central»)
