In the context of the new normal, the global economy is entering a deep adjustment period, and the driving forces of development are also constantly changing. As a result, China’s economy has also entered a “new normal” phase in which it is growing in a manageable and relatively balanced manner. In addition, the new normal characteristics of the power industry’s development in China are also very significant, and they affect the adaptability of traditional power forecasting methods. By analyzing the new characteristics of China’s economic development and the changing electricity demand in recent years, this paper quantitatively studied the effect of the national economy on the consumption of electricity. Meanwhile, a modified logistic model based on the change of the gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate is constructed to make a reasonable prediction of the future power consumption in China. Subsequently, by calculating the elasticity of electricity consumption in the future, it is found that the coefficient decreases each year, which indicates that electricity consumption in China is following a new trend. Based on the research results, this paper proposes rational suggestions for China’s power development, and they are expected to provide references for the power planning and power industry layout in China.

Consistency and on timely delivery are among some of the factors that can keep a customer loyal and committed to a manufacturing industry. Almost all manufacturing facilities need to use production scheduling systems to increase productivity, reduce production costs and time. Most manufacturing industries invest huge amount of money to manufacture and supply products on time in order to meet customers demand and objectives but due to unforeseen disruptions, these objectives are difficult to achieve. In Real-life, production operations are subject to a large number of unexpected disruptions that may invalidate an original schedule. Being able to cope or react to these disruptions determines a company’s out-put and profitability. Productivity expression and simulation models are employed to assist in determining operational characteristics and also by comparing results from undisrupted system with that which is disrupted. These proposed models are tested on different tile manufacturing industry lay-outs in CMR and it is demonstrated that the leading source of disruption varies with different industry-layout and geographical regions. The study revealed that, the most common cause of disruption are power failure, machine breakdown, advert whether and employees absenteeism). This can be concluded from an industrial engineering point of view that, disruption during tile manufacturing is the main cause of low productivity or out-put in CMR tile manufacturing industries.

At present, the air pollution problem has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. Based on the field measurement, the authors conducted a multi-day and multi-point monitoring for the air quality indexes in Jinan City. Through a detailed comparison and analysis, a preliminary assessment of air quality status quo in Jinan City were finished. The situation of atmosphere pollution is closely related to the terrain, industry layout and urban planning of Jinan. The most prominent problem is that PM10 and TSP pollution are so severely that over standard rate reaches 100% for several monitoring points. The pollution of SO2 is fine in general, and NO2 pollution level is lighter than SO2. The pollution of CO is rather severe, and the situation of exceeding standards exists at every point. The pollution of NMHC is the weakest one and no indexes go beyond the standards.

the cement indusrry has a far-reaching effect on the economical development, and city is a layout poured by cement. The China cement industry is very promising, the choice between its industry layout and city economy development is an important content of the modern economy. In China, the cement industry not merely needs to be greatly develped, and much need to improve the structure and quality of the city. The city development needs the cement industry to scientifically adjust its industry layout, develop marketing channels, and improve the production service function. The industry development can promote regional economic harmonious order, and make progress in good way.
