An inventory was developed to identify potentially successful college students who are from minority cultures and therefore might be missed by traditional screening procedures. An initial pool of 145 items was developed and field tested. The final instrument, entitled Relevant Aspects of Potential, consists of 30 items and is intended to supplement other methods for evaluating student performance.
