Air microorganisms can be found in outdoor or indoor air, ventilation is a very important place in the exchange of indoor air. Ventilation system is divided into two, namely natural ventilation and artificial ventilation in the form of Air Conditioner (AC). This study aims to determine the description of the number of germs in the inpatient wards of children using Air Conditioner (AC) and non (AC) at the Hospital in Martapura city area. This type of research is descriptive survey, the population is the inpatient room of children using Air Conditioner (AC) and non (AC). Sampling using purposive sampling technique, that is as much as 8 room. The examination method used is by TPC (Total Plate Count) method. The results showed that the number of airborne bacterial infections using the Air Conditioner (AC) was 406 CFU/m3. The total number of non-living inpatients (AC) is 443 CFU/m3. The standard maximum number of microorganisms (CFU / m3) of treatment room according to Kepmenkes No.1204/ Menkes/SK/X/2004 is 200-500 CFU / m3.

In this paper, a new portable digital instrument is developed to measure the frequency, rms voltage, rms current and harmonic of power grid. Three phase voltage and current are sensed with precise transformer and then processed by signal conditioning unit before sampling. Synchronous AC sampling technique is introduced to avoid leakage effect of FFT. Consequently, frequency estimation, rms measurement and harmonic estimation are achieved based on MSP430. The experiment results indicate that this analyzer provides accurate frequency estimates with error in the range of 0.001Hz and amplitude estimates with error in the range of 0.1%, which can meet the need of offline application.

In the detection substation microcomputer AC sampling system , monitor the three-phase voltagethree-phase current , power factor ,power online in real-time. This paper describes a FFT designing idea of the synchronous sampling in AC sampling from the substation monitoring system parameters .It provided sampling and calculation methods to apply DSP, MCU measurement of AC signal , details of the mathematical model of AC electrical parameters digital sampling, the introduction of schematic diagram of hardware processing sampling signal of FFT, comparison of the realization of the software and MATLAB simulation, thus obtained the correctness of this algorithm.

To study of current signal acquisition circuit the mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe type AC motor soft starter controller, which carries on AC sampling according to the soft start controller. the system adopts AC sampling method for sensor two information without any deformation processing, it is high-speed sampling. At the same time, the system uses root-mean-square algorithm to process AC signal and obtain the required current parameters. The experiment proves that this method enhances the overall system performance.
