ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan revisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus sampai siklus II yaitu, pra siklus (47,5%), siklus I (70%) dan siklus II (93,75%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Achievment Team Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 11 Palembang, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran Matematika.                             Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar,Matematika, Student Achievment Team Division

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media animasi berbasis flash pada model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Desain penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara random kelas dan terpilih kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pada penelitian ini, variabel bebasnya terbagi atas dua yaitu media animasi berbasis flash pada model pembelajaran discovery learning dan model pembelajaran discovery learning sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar kimia peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan pemberian tes hasil belajar 20 nomor jenis pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis. Deskripsi hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan nilai rata-rata untuk kelas eksperimen adalah 85,83 dan kelas kontrol adalah 73,42. Ketuntasan untuk kelas eksperimen adalah 92,59% dan kelas kontrol 66,67%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis degan uji-t pada taraf signifikan,  = 0,05 dengan nilai thitung = 5,19 > ttabel = 1,67 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media animasi berbasis flash pada model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Kata Kunci: Flash, discovery learning, hasil belajar, ikatan kimia ABSTRACT The study is a quasi-experimental research aimed to determine the effect of the use of flash based animation media on the discovery learning models to learning achievment of students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang in the subject matter of chemical bonds. The research design is “Posttest-Only Control Design”. The population are all students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang which consists of 3 classes. Sampling is selected by randomly and class X IPA 1 as the experimental class and X IPA 3 as the control class. In this study, the independent variables are divided into two, namely a reserach was flash based animation media on the discovery learning models and discovery learning models while the dependent variables is the learning achievment. Data were obtained by tests learning achievment as many as 20 numbers that have been validated. Data are analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing. Description of the study of students showed an average value for the experimental calss is 85,83 and the control class is 73,42. The completeness of the experimental class is 92,59% and the control class is 66,67%. The results of hypothesis testing indicate tcount = 5,19 > ttable = 1,67 shows that there is a the effect of the use of flash based animation on the discovery learning models to learning achievment of students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang in the subject matter of chemical bonds. This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of family socio-economic conditions on student achievement in the Faculty of Economic UNP. 2) the effect of family socio-economic conditions, student achievement, work opportunities on the interest in continuing education to the Faculty of Economic UNP Masters Program. The type of research is associative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, with 79 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysisand path analysis. The results show that (1) Family socio-economic conditions has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, (2) Family socio-economic conditions has no significant effect on interest in continuing education to the master's program, (3) Student achievement has a significant effect on interest in continuing education to the master program, (4) Job opportunities has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to the master program, (5) family socio-economic conditions has indirect effect on the interest in continuing master program through student achievment. Keywords: family socio-economic condition, student achievement, employment oppurtunity, interest in continuing education to the master program

Penelitian ini memiliki fokus diskusi yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kegiatan belajar siswa sekolah dasar kelas IV Kadipaten pada topik untuk menentukan posisi sistem koordinat kartesius melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Student Achievment Devisions (STAD). Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa sekolah dasar Kadipaten. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen dalam evaluasi penelitian yaitu lembar observasi, wawancara, dan daftar nilai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilnya menyatakan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan pra siklus. Pada pra siklus ada 12 siswa tuntas (43%) dan 16 siswa tidak tuntas (57%) dengan nilai rata-rata 67,32. Dalam siklus saya menyelesaikan 19 siswa (68%) dan tidak menyelesaikan 9 siswa (32%) dengan nilai rata-rata 71,25. Pada siklus II, 25 siswa (89%) selesai dan 3 siswa tidak menyelesaikan (11%). Hasilnya merupakan peningkatan dari siklus I dan siklus II sebesar 46%. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 54% termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan siklus II 32%. Hasil wawancara siswa membuktikan bahwa siswa menjawab ya mendapat skor 120 (86%) dan jawaban dalam kategori tidak mendapat skor 11 (86%). Siswa yang menjawab biasanya mendapat skor 9 (6%). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode STAD dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan pemosisian topik pada sistem koorcinat kartesius dapat meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa.

The purposse of this research is to know the influence principal’s leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teacher toword on student’s learning achievement at SMPN south tangerang city in pamulang district. This hypothesis is made to know that there are positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between independent variables with dependent variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. While the sample in this research are the all teachers at SMPN south tangerang city in pamulang district which amounted to 140 people using Slovin sampling technique to find samples that will be used to random respndents. The results of these research show that the effected parcially between leadership of the principal on the positive student learning achievement of thitung 2,242 at a significant level of 0,027. There is partial influence between the competence of teachers to student achievement of thitung 2,428 at a significant level of 0,016. There is patial influence between work athic of teacher to positive student learning achievement equal to thitung 2,262 at a significant level 0,025. And simultaneous relationships occur between the pricipal’s leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teachers on positive student learning achievement of fhitung 3,741 with a significant level of 0,013. So, this hypothesis can be concluded there is positive and significant influence between principal leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teacher to student achievment both partially and simultaneously.

The research aims to analyze the Factor Influencing Student Achievment Junior High School 1 Kediri. The hypothesis tested in this study were (1) there is significant effect partial curriculum on student achievement, (2) there was a significant effect of partial environmental education on student achievement, (3) there was significant effect of partial education infrastructure on student achievement, (4) there are simultans effect of curriculum, education environment, and insfrastructure on student achievement.               The result of descriptive analysis it was revealed that student achievement SMPN 1 Pagu Kediri in both categories (56,5%), curriculum in both of the data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show (1) the curriculum has a significant impact on student achievement t-hit >t-tab (4,692 > 1,656) with a significant level of 0,000 (2) education environment have significant impact on academic achievement students t-hit > t-tab (3,623 > 1,656) with asignificant level of 0,001 (3) education infrastructure has a significant impact on student achievement t-hit > t-tab (3,858 > 1,656) with a significant level of 0,001 (4) together curriculum, education environment, and education infrastructure has significant influence on student achievement F-hit >F-tab (5,558 > 3,276), with a significant level of 0,001 with the effective contribution of 77,5% (R square =0,775). Keywords : Curriculum, Education Environment, Education Infrastructure, And Academic Achievment

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Matematika Dasar dengan melakukan perbaikan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Perbaikan kualitas proses ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis realistik dalam kelompok kooperatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada materi persamaan/pertidaksamaan linear dan persamaan/pertidaksamaan kuadrat. Ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 61% pada siklus I, sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 88%.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik. Abstract: The aim of this study is to improve student achievment on learning mathematic through improving quality of learning process. The improvement of quality process is carried out by applying realistic mathematic education (RME) pinciples in cooperative groups. This study is a classroom action research, which was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that an increase in student achievments on topic linear equation and inequalities, as well quadratic equations and inequalities. This result confirmed that apllying RME is important on learning process.Keyword: Student achievments, RME.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan SAVI (Somatis, Auditori, Visual, Intelektual) dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar biologi siswakelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Mataram tahun ajaran 2008/2009. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMPN 15 Mataram dan sampel penelitian ádalah siswa kelas VIIIA dan VIIB .Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasieksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-test dan post-test group design. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data hasil penelitian berupa hasil dari pre-test dan post-test dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test kelas eksperimen masing-masing sebesar 43,1 dan 85,6, nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test kelas kontrol masing-masing sebesar 46,625 dan 72,3. Hasil uji-t diperoleh t hitung 6,77 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,67 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar biologi yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan SAVI dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Mataram tahun ajaran 2008/2009.Kata kunci : model pembelajaran kooperatif pendekatan SAVI, prestasi belajar.Abstract : This research is held to know the influence of cooperative learning by using the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) approach in increasing the student’s achievment at SMP Negeri 15 grade VIII with theacademic year 2008/2009. The population of this research are the students of SMPN 15 Nataram grade VIII, while the sample are the students of VIII-A and VIII-B. The kind of this research is quasi experiment by using pre-test and posttest group design. Cluster random sampling is used in this research. The data is analyzed statisticly by using t-test in significant level 5 %. . The result of this reseacrh shows that, the average values of pre-test and post test for experiment group are 43,1 and 85,6 mean while average values of pre-test and post- test control group are 46,625 and 72,3. the result of t-test obtaned value of t-hitung 6,77 is more than t-tabel 1,67, it is mean that the different  achievment of students in biology between the experiment group and control group significantly. The conclusion of this researc is the application cooperative learning model by using SAVI approach is able to increase the student achievment at SMP Negeri 15 grade VIII with the academic year 2008/200.Key words : cooperative learning, SAVI approach, achievment
