This article assesses language as a key component in the development of media linguistics. Given that the main purpose of “language criticism” is to identify and correct shortcomings, it is im-portant to critically assess both incorrect and correct options when dealing with language pro-ducts. The paper puts special emphasis on the language of the media which needs to be normative. The author explores the development of newspaper language in terms of lexical norm vio la tion in the 1920s and 1930s. This article discusses equivalents to non-normative use of words in the daily all-Ukrainian newspaper The Day, one of the most popular publications in the ranking of national media. On the basis of various monolingual dictionaries of Standard Ukrainian and bilingual Russian-Ukrainian dictionaries, the author analyzes the use of tokens/lexemes napruha ‘voltage’, vidbyvaty‘to reflect’, pizniše ‘later’ in newspaper publications. Thus, the word napruha ‘voltage’ should be used only as a technical, physical term; in other cases it is napružennia ‘tension’. When it comes to expression, reproduction, an embodiment in images, it is correct to use vidobražaty ‘to reflect, re-mind of’, viddzerkaluvaty ‘to mirror’ but not vidbyvaty ‘to reflect’. As for pizniše ‘later’, it indicates a period after the time mentioned. It differs in its lexical meaning from zhodom ‘afterwards’ (some time after something) and potim ‘later’ (happening after something, following in time or space, no clear indication of time). Keywords: non-normative use, lexeme, dictionaries, newspaper publications.

In Indonesian positive law there is no rule which specifically and expresslyregulates the authority of the Notary Public to make a statement on the rightto inherit. The Notaries Public make it simply based on costume practiced by theprevious ones. It is not expressly stipulated in Article 15 of Act Number 2 of 2014concerning the Amendment to Act Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Office of NotaryPublic, whereas these Acts are the main rules regulating the Office of NotaryPublic. This condition has significant effect to the evidencing force of the deed onthe statement on the right to inherit made by the Notary Public. This research is normativelegal research and this research is based on library study or secondary data. This research is conducted by analyzing certain problem by studying legislation, literature, and other references related with the authorities of the Notary Public inmaking a statement on the right to inherit and the evidencing force of the deed on thestatement on the right to inherit for the Indonesian citizens of Chinese decent. Fromthe results of the research it can be concluded that the ground for the authority of theNotary Public to make a statement on the right to inherit is Article 111 paragraph(1) letter c of the Regulation of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National Land Agency Number 3 of 1997 concerning Implementation ofGovernment Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Implementation, whereasRegulation of State Minister does not include in the hierarchy of legislation in Indonesia. Thus, the making of the deed on statement concerning the right to inheritby the Notary Public is not based on the positive law prevailing in Indonesia. Thesaid deed does not fulfill the physical term of an authentic deed because there is nopositive law regulating expressly and clearly on the authority of the Notary Publicto make a statement on the right to inherit. the evidencing force of the deed on thestatement on the right to inherit made by the Notary Public depends on the truth ofthe content of the said deed

Abstract In the twenties of the last century the process of building a new type of philosophical culture began, based on the sensitivity towards another person, the recognition of values and dignity of the person and the search for platforms of dialogue and compromise between people. However, it did not gain a broad social resonance. The 20th Century became the scene of the triumph of totalitarianisms, based on the idea of collectivism and marked by the contempt towards the individual, his rights and needs. In the post-war reality environments favouring the humanization of the culture of coexistence earned a voice, but they too did not manage to divert the tendency towards building a bureaucratic and technocratic order. In this kind of system, the person feels reduced to his instrumental functions, and the dialogue submerged in the world of humanistic values becomes a distant and unequalled dream. This text undertakes the problem of the conditions which must be met in order for the tendency towards dialogue and mutual respect to prevail over the hostile, confrontational approach, which characterizes many contemporary social environments. The author suggests that we refer to the analogy with the thermodynamics phenomenon, phase transition, and consider the notion of spiritual energy (the analogue of the physical term enthalpy) as an agent regulating the internal disposition of the individual to “freeze” or “thaw” relations with his fellow human beings. The key thesis is that the most important source of energy indispensable to move from confrontation to dialogue lies in the resources of religious experience- the openness to the grace flowing from the transcendental reality, and the guides on the path to discovering this source are the witnesses of faith- among them the spiritual heirs of Chiara Lubich’s charism.

The paper deals with the necessity to develop and apply quantitative methods to the process of sorting and systematization of physics’ content, when future engineers are training physics. Consistency of the information theory’s methods and processes of the human’s information perception is emphasized. The sense structure of a physical term and graph of such structure, which are based on the information model of intra-subject connections, are given. It is shown that, using the sense structure graph of a physical term, the information characteristics of such term may be calculated. Nanoelectronics developes very fast, and students need to study many different disciplines. On the base of these characteristics we can fixed the information limitations to escape students overloading.

This paper introduces a method leading to separated-form formulation of dynamic equations of multibody systems subject to control. The algorithm is derived from the virtual work principle and includes the moving base effects. The elastic members are treated as Euler-Bernoulli beams. Equations of motion are expanded using generalized coordinate partitioning and a Jacobian matrix expansion. The formulation of each physical term is separated, i.e., the inertia matrix, nonlinear coupling vector, generalized force vector and base motion-induced terms are established individually. The formulation is implemented on a workstation using MAPLE. Nonlinear and linearized equations with control are generated in FORTRAN format. The control design adopts second-order models directly. Several examples including a spin-up cantilever beam, an elastic vehicle with active suspensions and an elastic slider-crank mechanism are given. Numerical results for nonlinear and linear spin-up beam models are provided. Simulation for the active vehicle model using second-order control theory is presented.
