Automated design of self-testing means of memory modules

In the article the features of the CAD route are disclosed. Computer-aided design defines the stages of design procedures used at all stages of development: from developing and formalizing an idea to testing finished samples. Logic element libraries are used to design self-test memory modules that adapt to the schematic representation of components. The results of prototype design with the implementation of the project on programmable logic device (PLD) allow you to check correctness of design decisions, such as composition and structure, which can be implemented in the future in high-end finished application in a large integrated microcircuit. In Situ Tester Research and Development of Control Stick Force Sensor
