APPLICATION OF HVDC SYSTEMS FOR RES INTEGRATION AND POWER TRANSMISSION FROM THE PROFICIT SOUTH PART OF THE IES OF UKRAINE

The analysis and estimation of advantages from implementation of HVDC systems in parallel to the loaded alternating current lines as a means of solving the problem of power output from surplus energy regions of the IES of Ukraine was presented. Such regions arise with the active development of new Renewable Energy Resources (RES). Two variants of installation of such systems are proposed and the corresponding analysis of electrical modes of IES of Ukraine with reliability criteria "N-1" was executed. CLASSIFYING USERS OF INDONESIA’S TOPFIVE E-WALLET SERVICES WITH MCA

E-wallets have been widely adopted in Indonesian society, providing opportunities for fintech companies to competeon delivering the best service. There has been considerable research conducted on the use of e-wallet services acrossthe globe, however not so many research have provided a comprehensive analysis of the profiles and characteristicsof e-wallet users in Indonesia. This study aims to fill that gap by investigating the profile and characteristics ofusers of the top five e-wallet services in Indonesia based on their popularity, i.e., GoPay, OVO, Dana, LinkAja andShopeePay. This study also aims to understand the differences in user demographic information of each e-wallet.Using the Multiple Corresponding Analysis (MCA) method on the survey data from 409 users of e-wallet services inIndonesia, this study identifies several different profiles of users, i.e., three clusters based on e-wallet ownership andseven clusters based on the most frequently used e-wallet services. The results of this study can help to provide a betterunderstanding of the profiles and characteristics of the e-wallet users in Indonesia, which can be used as inputs to serviceproviders to improve the quality of service they provide to their customers and to reach an even broader audience.

A Tool for the Analysis and Characterization of School Mathematical Models

This paper shows a tool for the analysis of written productions that allows for the characterization of the mathematical models that students develop when solving modeling tasks. For this purpose, different conceptualizations of mathematical models in education are discussed, paying special attention to the evidence that characterizes a school model. The discussion leads to the consideration of three components, which constitute the main categories of the proposed tool: the real system to be modeled, its mathematization and the representations used to express both. These categories and the corresponding analysis procedure are explained and illustrated through two working examples, which expose the value of the tool in establishing the foci of analysis when investigating school models, and thus, suggest modeling skills. The connection of this tool with other approaches to educational research on mathematical modeling is also discussed.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE ALGORITHM OF MAKING A DECISION ABOUT CHOOSING THE TYPE OF STRATEGY OF AN IT SECTOR COMPANY INTERNAL GROWTH

The article discusses the importance of the internal growth strategy for IT sector companies. The corresponding analysis is carried out on the example of the company LLC IC «SIBINTEK». The paper calculates and analyzes the target indicators of the enterprise allocated for a specific company; the current growth strategy is considered; conclusions are drawn about its effectiveness in modern realities.

Error analysis of forced discrete mechanical systems

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>The purpose of this paper is to perform an error analysis of the variational integrators of mechanical systems subject to external forcing. Essentially, we prove that when a discretization of contact order <inline-formula><tex-math id="M1">\begin{document}$ r $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula> of the Lagrangian and force are used, the integrator has the same contact order. Our analysis is performed first for discrete forced mechanical systems defined over <inline-formula><tex-math id="M2">\begin{document}$ TQ $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>, where we study the existence of flows, the construction and properties of discrete exact systems and the contact order of the flows (variational integrators) in terms of the contact order of the original systems. Then we use those results to derive the corresponding analysis for the analogous forced systems defined over <inline-formula><tex-math id="M3">\begin{document}$ Q\times Q $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>.</p>

Comprehensive or Comprehensible Experience? A Case Study of Religion and Traumatic Bereavement

The first half of this article provides a brief overview of two respective projects concerning traumatic bereavement, in which religious faith appeared to feature amid a constellation of significant coping and sense-making mechanisms for survivors. After presenting some illustrative examples of the kind of data produced in the course of our research, the second half of the article develops a retrospectively critical appraisal of our data collection and corresponding analysis practices. In questioning the extent to which our accounts of our participants’ accounts can be considered adequate representations of social order, we critically explore the relative potential of ‘reflexivity’ for bridging the experiential gap between researchers and participants. Taken together, these reflections prompt a return to the salutary question: what counts as sociologically ‘see-able’?

Analysis on the Issues and Current Situation of Software Project Management in China

<p>This paper innovatively applies the methods of bibliometric and content analysis to analyze the journals in the field of software project management. It studies the overall development trend of software project management and the evolution of research hot topics from the quantitative trend and content trend, and obtains the development trend of relevant journals from 2001 to 2019. In view of this research problem, from the number of journals published, the corresponding analysis and statistics of relevant contents, the paper analyzes the development issues and the current situation of software project management in China from 2001 to 2019.</p>

Lightweight AEAD and Hashing using the Sparkle Permutation Family

We introduce the Sparkle family of permutations operating on 256, 384 and 512 bits. These are combined with the Beetle mode to construct a family of authenticated ciphers, Schwaemm, with security levels ranging from 120 to 250 bits. We also use them to build new sponge-based hash functions, Esch256 and Esch384. Our permutations are among those with the lowest footprint in software, without sacrificing throughput. These properties are allowed by our use of an ARX component (the Alzette S-box) as well as a carefully chosen number of rounds. The corresponding analysis is enabled by the long trail strategy which gives us the tools we need to efficiently bound the probability of all the differential and linear trails for an arbitrary number of rounds. We also present a new application of this approach where the only trails considered are those mapping the rate to the outer part of the internal state, such trails being the only relevant trails for instance in a differential collision attack. To further decrease the number of rounds without compromising security, we modify the message injection in the classical sponge construction to break the alignment between the rate and our S-box layer.

Grocery Shopping Channels: Segmentation by Gender and Age Group

Grocery shopping via online and multi-channel (using both physical stores and online) has been increasing. Although physical stores still serve a dominant format for grocery shopping, the research examining consumption patterns across grocery channels fails to show this wave of increasing online or multi-channel grocery shopping. Using a secondary data set of 7212 grocery shoppers, we used corresponding analysis to identify grocery shopper segments based on gender and age group that were associated with specific channels (physical store, online, and multi-channel), and GLM to examine consumption patterns across the segments. We offer both theoretical and practical implications for grocery marketers.
