Залізко Оксана МиколаївнаАРБІТРАЖНА УГОДА В СПОРТІСтаття присвячена визначенню сутності арбітражної угоди в спорті. Проаналізовано наукові позиції та між-народні акти щодо поняття арбітражної угоди. Автором запропоновано власне визначення поняття «арбітражнаугода в сфері спорту» – угода сторін про передачу спору, який виник чи може виникнути між ними в майбутньому,на розгляд до органів здійснення спортивного правосуддя, що має наслідком виключення юрисдикції держав-них судів. Арбітражна угода може бути самостійною угодою або частиною інших документів (арбітражне засте-реження). Арбітражне застереження може міститися в договорі (укладеному між посередником і спортсменомабо між спортсменом і клубом тощо), у статутних і регламентних документах спортивних організацій, заявках научасть у спортивних подіях (Entry form). Обґрунтовується теза, що арбітражна угода, з якої випливає компетенціяорганів здійснення спортивного правосуддя, відрізняється від арбітражних угод, що є підставами для передачіспорів до міжнародних комерційних арбітражів. Посилання передати спортивний спір на розгляд до органу спор-тивного правосуддя може міститися в арбітражному застереженні, прописаному в договорі або регламенті, абов окремо укладеній пізніше арбітражній угоді (арбітражний розгляд у першій інстанції), або в результаті апеляції,поданої на рішення федерації, асоціації або іншого спортивного органу, якщо статут, або регламентні документитаких органів, або окрема угода передбачають можливість подання апеляції (апеляційний арбітражний розгляд).Установлено, що суб’єкти спорту переважно звертаються до відповідних органів спортивних організацій, ком-петенція яких передбачена статутами (регламентами, положеннями) відповідних спортивних організацій. Такийпідхід пояснюється тим, що в спорті існує власна система органів здійснення спортивного правосуддя, які хочне є недержавними, однак є не менш дієвим, а більш компетентним та оперативним способом урегулюванняспортивних спорів.Зазначено, що майже в усіх статутних і регламентних документах спортивних організацій міститься арбіт-ражне застереження, яке передбачає, що рішення можуть бути оскаржені до CAS як останньої інстанції.

A Survey on Food Waste Management System

Food loss or food waste is the food that is not eaten by the consumer. In addition to that bring down food waste in all role of the food organization is an main part of decreasing the environmental conditions of agriculture, by bring down the whole quantity of water, land and other external resources needed to provide the global group. Decreasing the food waste is the major part of global as it makes the food out of dumping ground. It makes profitable sight at the small scale, by reducing household food bills and at the large scale by decreasing throwing away costs for restaurants. By properly analyzeand manage the food waste makes our world to economically and environmentally healthy and make the resources available for the future generations. Everyday many students in the college wasting lots of foods. So we take an initiative to develop a web application for college used to keep track and analyze the food waste and to take a better decision by knowing what went wrong and to take the essential steps to avoid the food wastage. We planned our web application to have a login form and registration form. The dashboard has a add recipe form and remove recipe form and for wastage entries we have food waste entry form, cook waste entry form and cook item waste entry form. Our web application provides the user to generate analyzed data in table and chart format. The extra cooked recipe can be collected by the nearest Orphanages who actually requested for the food and the food waste and cook waste both were given to the agricultural land for fertilization

Energy-Saving Design Research of Entrance Space for Commercial Building in Cold Region

All of public buildings, commercial building is a special type of energy consumption larger, especially the energy consumption of air conditioning. This paper illustrates entrance space of commercial building in cold region of China as the research project, studying its energy-saving design. Aiming at the problems existing in the present designs, this paper puts forward some targeted solution measures: adopt reasonable entry form, increase thermal damping space, expand the entrance area and make full use of solar energy. These measures can reduce the heat loss of the entrance space, improve thermal comfortableness, and achieve the goal of energy saving.

How many winners will there be?

Some years ago I was invited to take part in a fund-raising competition, [1]. The rules had an interesting feature that led me to analyse the situation mathematically. This resulted in some interesting formulae and one inequality, which I will describe here.The competition offered a single prize and the entry form looked similar to the partially-completed example illustrated below.The form listed 40 categories similar to the ones shown. Participants were required to write down an ‘answer’ for each category, e.g. for ‘an animal’, you might choose DOG. No other indications were given, so each answer was a completely free choice.
